“This is officially our new favorite tapas in Denver! I had the best two different mezcal margaritas that I’ve ever had. The plates were very big as tapas go, and everything was delicious. It was very fairly priced given the large portion sizes. I especially recommend the chef’s choice cheese and the garlic trio. Service was the best part of a wonderful experience, and we had the pleasure of meeting the wonderful chef, who explained each dish to us and made recommendations. We will absolutely be back.“

Appetizers- chickpea fritter, tomato burrata, and baby carrots. The chickpea fritter had a very smooth consistency like silken tofu. It was so yummy.
Entrees- braised cabbage and trout. The braised cabbage was so delicious.
We also ordered a few drinks. I had make me a gin cocktail and it was just ok. My friends enjoyed their drinks.“

The menu is a combination of breakfast classics, elevated, with a few Mediterranean options that really stood out to me. I had the lamb kofta pizzette with two eggs. It was sensational. My wife and I gauge a restaurant by the menu planning, flavors, and if we’d drive 20mins to come back for a dish. This is easily one I’d travel for. You will not find a better pomodoro sauce anywhere unless your grandma is from Italy and has a long held family recipe. The pasta is hand made and has a perfect texture and amazing flavor with the sauce. The house made buratta is the freshest, creamiest and thickest you’ll enjoy outside of select NYC restaurants that are famous for making their own mozzarella, ricotta or buratta. “OMG, we absolute loved this place. Went in for happy hour. The selection of food and beverage was great, way above most restaurant offerings for both. The Slap Burger, Hot Chicken and Ricotta offerings were top notch and the house wine and sparkling were great. Service was friendly and it was such a fun and relaxing place to spend the evening.

“Came here with my wife and daughter. Reservations are recommended. We were promptly seated and our waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable. My wife has a severe nut allergy and they were able to accommodate us on our orders. They have a nice selection of tapas and the food came out at nice intervals. Everything was amazing, flavorful, and delicious. I paired my selections with a nice red wine. We all finished up by sharing a chocolate lava cake. Nicely done 9th Door!“

“Well deserving of its praise!! We brought our huge family here & ate pretty much everything on the menu. Great atmosphere, wonderful & attentive staff. We walked in at 4 on a Friday & sat right away.

If you come for happy hour, the tinned sardines are a MUST. They come with freshly made, warm bread, incredible butter & a tomato pairing. So crazy good - we ordered 3. Their pizza dough/bread is just that good. Fluffy, airy, crisp. Delightful.

Their new squash is also tasty! A perfectly soft and sweet squash paired with goat cheese.

Pizza - the daisy is wonderful & a must!! Well balanced in toppings & flavors. We also thoroughly enjoyed the white pizza! Creamy, yet somehow refreshing.

Pasta - Nicely made pasta, al dente! The sauces themselves lean on the saltier side, so it's definitely intended for sharing and having one or two bites per person at most.

The olive oil cake dessert is so good! Lovingly paired with lemon curd to cut the fattiness.

Worth stopping by just for the bread alone.“

“We had a great time this afternoon at Dew Drop Inn! The wife and I were in the neighborhood and thought we would do mid- afternoon drinks and dinner here. The vibe is great, total neighborhood atmosphere. My Manhattan was excellent, and my wife had a cocktail with cucumber vodka and it was really good, too.

The food was all excellent. Our mixed greens salad did not sound too exciting but it was mixed with a really good blue cheese dressing. The shoestring fries are perfect, exactly what I want out of a fry. But the standouts were the Bangkok mussels and Lamby Joe sliders! We used to eat at Jonesy’s Eat Bar, which was our favorite spot on 20th Street. It closed years ago, but they had Lamby Joe sliders and Thai curry mussels just like these. I’m not sure if this is the same chef but these are so good and tasty here at dew drop inn.

This place is quite hidden, but it adds to the charm! Best to park in a parking lot and walk!“

By far my favorite wine from the flights we tried was the Viognier, which isn’t usually a go-to for me. And the baked cambozola was amazing! They were also clearly observing good current phase of pandemic practices, with staff all masked and tables well spaced out. A sign out front demanded patrons put on masks before entering. Made me comfortable, even though it was one of my first experiences returning to indoor dining.“

“This was my first time to Rare Bird sine they open the rooftop pizza kitchen and it was amazing! We went for one of their Bird Dog nights and enjoyed pizza and drinks on the roof. I got the mushroom pizza and it was Devine! I’m vegan and by leaving off the cheese I got a delicious vegan dinner full of flavorful veggies. I highly recommend!“
