“An incredible dining experience. Every plate was outstanding with many subtleties. Timing of the meal and the serving attention was outstanding. I would have liked there to be a less expensive wine by the glass. Ambiance was nice with low key lighting and a beautiful bar.”
“After super bowl game stopped by , this was by far best expirience so far. Bar was crowded so the room but the coctails hit the spot. Did not catch the bartenders name i think is Chris , so far best coctails this establishment had.”
“This is a "great save" review. Four of us went for an early lunch and were there right at the open (11am). We were seated right away and then the waiting began... The tables around us were being attended to but no one stopped by ours. After more than twenty minutes we flagged down one of the staff to inquire as to who our server was. This was when Chris, the manager, flew into action. After apologizing and explaining that the table where we'd been seated should have been closed until more wait staff was on shift, he tended to us personally for the duration. After getting our drinks, he brought out two appetizers courtesy of the house for our wait. After a delicious meal (3 burgers and the Macho salad), he informed us that the entire visit was on the house. Well done, Chris! We knew the reputation of your establishment and didn't want to be disappointed. You didn't disappoint.”
“We shared an excellent Sunday evening here with friends, eating, drinking and enjoying the jazz. We opted for the chefs selection. Fabulous fresh foods served over five courses. All well executed. A previous reviewer said they couldn’t understand why they have a Michelin Star. This restaurant is Michelin recommended, not a star and it definitely deserves its status. The location is good, brilliant location in central Aspen and a lovely ambiance. Fresh and interesting food elk, scallops, wagyu beef, foie gras etc . The staff are all excellent , especially Leslie . The wine list is endless but there is a friendly sommelier to help you navigate it. Definitely on the more expensive side but for this location worth paying the extra to get the best prepared food. Thanks to everyone there for giving us this great experience”
“This place is literally a hidden gem in Aspen!!! I'm so happy I made our dinner reservation in advance for our group of 6. The staff were amazing and very accommodating too. Overall 5 stars!!!! Best dinner I've had in Aspen!”
“It was nice to find a nice coffee shop while I was visiting on business. I went to several in Aspen, but this was my favorite. It was obvious from all the local attention others think so as well. Food was good. Coffee was tasty. Service was smooth.”
“Parc Aspen is an absolute gem! From the exquisite world-class cuisine to the warm hospitality of the team, every aspect is meticulously considered. Whether it's indulging in their bolognese or savoring the perfectly cooked salmon, each dish is exceptional. The restaurant effortlessly blends fine dining with a local experience. The spirited team goes above and beyond, hosting special events throughout the year and ensuring every visit is memorable. With lovely hands-on owners, Parc Aspen offers a five-star experience that's unmissable!”
“This place is tiny, but has all of the goodies! The gelato is OMG good. The sample tastes they handed out were huge as well, allowing you to really get the flavor. The staff were super nice as well. I had the Black Forrest (delicious dark cherries and a slab of dark chocolate) and the Banana Nut (banana ice cream with peanut butter and nuts). A mini cookie on top was an additional surprise! Unique homemade flavors. I’ll be back!”
“Perfect girls night out! We sat at the bar and had delicious cocktails then a fantastic meal. Chicken is rarely interesting....the chicken plate here is out of this world. I have a reservation for next week because I can't wait to have the chicken again.”
“Service was quick and polite. Classy yet casual atmosphere, good for a date or family affair! German inspired menu with fondue and international classics. From excellent German to steak and seafood this place should be able to make anyone happy! We started with some adult beverages and worked our way from the house served pretzel rolls directly into apps. Escargot in a garlic butter and mushroom sauce and delicious bittersweet jam topped potato pancakes that were like lightly crisped mash potatoes . Both were on point and came out quickly . Followed by Weiner schnitzel, we tried both the pork and the chicken not that we had room. Both were excellent. Presentation of all dishes was lovely, you can taste the love and care put into these dishes. I will be back. Side post: conveniently forgot my card here and had to come back.... For seconds! Service still abounded, they went above and beyond for us! Chicken schnitzel was the clear winner ! Mussels and potato pancakes with jelly on the side for crispness. Meal was fabulous, again! Thank you”
“Limited daily menu. Our order was take away and was hot 30 minutes later when we began our meal. The homemade bread was delicious and the beef stew tasted just like my grandma's. The beef was tender!! The only negative is that the stew was a bit on the greasy side. However, I'd definitely go back and order it again!”
“Must go!! I was sad that I went here the last day of my trip because it was amazing! So fresh, tasty and their service is quick. Even when it’s crowded, line goes fast. Loved this spot, highly recommend!”
“Best food in past 4 years!!!!! Service was a bit odd.. If they have a preference on ordering everything from the get-go they should say so but other than that food was amazing.”
“We came here for a light dinner and drinks. As vegetarians, the only options for us were appetizers, but that was perfectly fine! The avocado flatbread and hummus platter were very filling. Great sevice and atmosphere too!”
“Nice ambience even though some drunk done loud skiers having their apres ski drinks. Professional and efficient service. Food was okey. We have bolognese and mussels. Pasta was better. Mussels a bit strange. However, oysters at the start were delicious. Quick dinner, and thats what we ”
“The Belly Up showcases truly phenomenal talent. I still fondly remember being blown away by Jack White's energy and the crowd's infectious enthusiasm. The intimate venue, enhanced by the cleverly designed sound-dampening ceiling (see my picture!), creates an incredible atmosphere. While the recent construction was a temporary inconvenience, the improvements are definitely eagerly anticipated and and we look forward to the changed that will make the space even more comfortable. Like most things in Aspen, it's not an everyday experience, but perfect for a special occasion. If you're looking for an unforgettable night of live music, the Belly Up is a must-visit!”
“Madame Ushi is an absolute must-try when coming to Aspen. The nigiri was fresh and delicious, and the wagyu meats were of extremely high quality… top-notch restaurant quality products make this place ELITE. The atmosphere was amazing, customer service was impeccable, and the overall attention-to-detail in the restaurant is unmatched by any other spot in Aspen. Definitely worth a visit!!”
“My heroes!!! The BEST restaurant and staff ever. ❤️ I am beyond grateful for them calling me after I tried to order food a couple times via UberEats and DoorDash late at night when nothing else was open. Wonderful people. Amazing food. Support this business! ??”
“Staying at the Jerome in Aspen, and decided to have breakfast here since it was blizzard weather outside. The server for my table was Maggie who was not only beautiful, but was very attentive, and knew the menu well! She recommended the egg sandwich which was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend this restaurant.”
“Perfect location. 150 yards from the gondola, center of town everything walkable. Huge units, all condos, great full kitchens, different floor plans, studios to four bedrooms. The units are more luxurious and larger than the Saint Regis or Little Nell condos next door. Great year round outdoor pool. Perfect Aspen property year round.”
“One of the best places to eat on Snowmass Mountain. We come back every year when we ski. The service is always good and the food is excellent. Not much else on the mountain that you can compare it to.”
“Great bar to stop in while on vacation. Karaoke was pretty good. One of the only places I found that you can shoot pool. They have one pool table and it cost five dollars a game which is quite ridiculous. We've always had a great time when we stop in Silver City.”
“Absolutely gorgeous space on a level that even exceeds other Aspen high end venues like Little Nell and Hotel Jerome. The wine list is spectacular highlighted by one of my personal favorite bottles Vega-Sicilia Unico 2007 and top notch customer service”
“Best service in all of Aspen! Our server, Anand was amazing. Hospitality and service you don’t find very often. He made us and our son feel extra special. Also, the Ribeye Fajitas were delicious! Highly recommend! Thanks Anand!”
“Food was fine. Service was exceptional. Ambiance was lively casual. Our favorite part was the store, which had all kinds of foods and high quality brands that are uncommon.”
“As far an on-mountain “fast-food” goes, this place is up there! The Apple Strudel, which was highly recommended, was good, but could have been warmer. I had the hot-dog, very good and bigger than a normal hot-dog. Staff were friendly and the service was fast. Hard to find seating during prime lunch hours, but we managed to find a good seat. Views are fantastic.”
“I LOVED the cinnamon roll I got this am. I only got 2 pastries and immediately regretted not buying more after the first bite. Flaky crispy perfection that is NOT easy to achieve at this altitude.”
“10/10! Me and my girlfriend came here to grab a quick bite of dessert w/ coffee and tea and the servers were very friendly and respectful. They made my birthday a very special night. A Special Thank you to Lizzy and Brenda for everything!”
“I was a homeless travelin hippy deadhead for life ?❤️Anyways i found myself in Aspen, me being a Jerry guy I had to ofcourse order the Garcia. Can’t remember the price or most of the day before I had it for kinda obvious reasons ? ? but for years, heck even to this day I try and replicate the Garcia for me and other travelers and homebums when we get up enough for some good groceries and picnic in the bushes. ? I love the Grateful Deli, and the staff was so chill. I always recommend them to other travelers that mention they are in Aspen or headed that direction. ✌️ ❤️ ? ⚡️ ?”
“Staff was incredibly friendly and took great care of our table! Loved the ambiance of the space too. Food was good, but not great and a little on the pricey side.”
