“Every time I go to this dunkin I get easy in and out parking drive through is never backed up so traffic flows and parking is always available I visit this dunkin at least 2 to 4 times a week walking in I feel welcome and ready to take my order food is made fast and hot and presentable I feel important and it's genuine from each worker. The lobby’s cool furniture and big communal tables make it feel stylish but relaxed, and the space itself is great, high ceilings, tons of natural light, and plenty of room to spread out. The coffee is consistent. The staff is genuinely kind, especially to pets; my dog is always welcomed with smiles and a treat. Between the pet-friendly vibe (hotel included), friendly service, and comfortable setup, it’s the perfect place to post up with a latte and stay awhile. Highly recommend.“

“Place it's good. They always make the coffee the way I want it and the people behind the counter it's nice. Nothing bad to say about this Dunkin donuts. Also plenty of parking. Always crowded a bit so if you crossing from the parking to the store always look first. People driving cars in Waterbury they don't stop. They have some kind of mental problem. They think when they driving a car that they can mix their problems with people on the streets, plus they always in some kind of hurry I don't know exactly what they hurry is but they don't even have a minute to stop for a person crossing an street.“

I’m terribly sorry that you lost a star but that matcha brownie tasted absolutely disgusting. Never again will I buy it!!! Sorry sweetheart but it’s lacking sugar. However I do love the sweet cream filled bread you sold me. Thank you very much for helping me figure out what I want for breakfast tomorrow. Lastly, the cream green tea cake was absolutely divine. “During lunch break from having to serve jury duty I found this coffee shop down the street and decided to pop in. The two behind the counter were very friendly and inviting, and the special grilled cheese with tomato or bacon with soup was PERFECT . the chicken corn chowder came out piping hot and didn't even need any salt or pepper. I'm usually skeptical when someone has to make my coffee instead of me doing it, but unlike dunkin donuts the gentleman made it just right! they seem to have a familiar and friendly customer fan base, and I would definitely go back again.“

“This morning I was craving a bacon egg and cheese and decided to stop here and try it out. I had a bacon egg and cheese on a hard roll that was pretty good I wish the bacon was a little crispier but I would get it again. I also saw that on their menu they had a gyro egg and cheese so I decided to get a sandwich for my boyfriend as well. They have a nice variety of donuts but make sure to come early so you can get the best picks! The woman at the counter was nice and had good customer service. We did get the Apple spice donut as well. I can’t wait to try some other flavor of the donuts.“
