“Very friendly staff, get my meals right every time some comment staff being rude for not accepting coupons it's not their fault if you look into the the amount of franchisees who apply for redemption from corporate they don't get reimbursed this is why it's their corporate establishment they are causing problems, not taking care of the buisness they ask more and more to the point there is no profit for these mom and pop franchise. They are great people here, just know they truely love their community, and the food they serve they are just wrapped up in the wrong sandwich shop now the chain used to be great.“

“Everyone here is so kind. I stopped in today on a busy Saturday, I was struggling a bit with my baby nephew. 2 staff immediately noticed and started playing with and talking to him while I got myself together. Another staff member saw how overwhelmed I was and brought over some ice water and kept checking in on us. Even though they were slammed, they took the time to focus on and help us and I appreciate it tremendously. Thank you!“

“This subway is the only non-sit down service place where I tip. Not just any subway, this subway in particular. No matter what time of day you go, how busy they are, or what youre ordering, they are always the happiest, friendliest, and nicest people to talk to. All they're doing is making you a sandwich, but somehow I always leave this place happier than when I walked in. The family that owns this location is truly spectacular, and they pick their other employees very carefully as well. This is the only subway location I will go to within a 50 mile radius. I will intentionally go out of my way to go to this location if I want subway. They are good with portions and always happy to accommodate your needs. The place is extremely clean and well maintained. 10/10 would recommend the Seymour tri-town plaza location any day.“

“Usually their salads are delicious. But today i came by, right when they opened up (prob a mistake) and ordered a crispy chicken salad … My salad was done in about 5 mins …. ( how can chicken be cooked that fast?) Anyway, i tried to eat the salad for dinner. My croutons were stale, the bread was stale and tomatoes along with the cucumbers tasted like theve been sitting out from the night before. I doubt chicken was freshly made. I’m so disappointed. Next time i know not to come right when they open up.“

“My experience here…Never had a bad one…Today was great! I coulda used a little more dice but the service was wonderful ! I could go to 2 subways that are just a little closer and I always go to this one…they treat you better…it was the gentleman working there that made my experience so positive so idk if he’s the owner or manager but he was fantastic! How you treat people MATTERS! I had JUST cancelled my dinner order at Vincenzo’s in Town Plot Waterbury because they were and ALWAYS are SO rude! I will NEVER go back…there and this time I mean it! “Staff is always friendly and on top when it comes to customer service when me or my family orders! This team truly goes all out! I have a severe egg, seafood, and shellfish allergy after a long day of working as a healthcare worker there’s days I don’t feel like cooking so I will stop in and grab a wrap or sandwich on my way home, they truly go out of their way to sanitize everything and make sure there’s no cross contamination when it comes to my orders especially when they’re busy. if that doesn’t scream customer priority I don’t know what will! please be nice to them as they are truly one of the best team I have met in the food industry and that is coming from someone who has worked in food industry growing up! They are people too, and if anything one of the best! be patient and considerate! :)“

“This is a very big restaurant the people working here OK because the people is not respecting the customers not giving time to think what they are looking for some other restaurant. They always respect customer and advise them, which is the best but here I don’t see anything like that, but apart from this, I go here because it is located right next to the so many supermarkets Walmart, Aldi ShopRite so many supermarket that’s why I go here otherwise I don’t wanna go here because the people are very rude bad people working here“

Kid-friendliness: We have a 3 year daughter and she was more than able to order what she wanted with the staff the lady behind the counter had a younger daughter herself so the conversation was endless of course, but all in all it was EASY to bring my daughter there and I'm so thankful for that!

Parking: Subway is located in a plaza with a decent size parking lot.“
