“Been going here for over a decade, and Harvest remains the best breakfast/brunch/bakery in the area. They have fresh baked items in the bakery case daily that are priced reasonably, and their scones are THE BEST with great flavor and spot-on texture. Dining in, I always enjoy the Farmer's Benedict with a side of fresh baked sourdough toast. I prefer my eggs poached hard, and they gladly accommodate this request. On top of the most amazing food, the friendly staff, great service, and a cozy atmosphere makes every experience dining in a pleasure!“

“Don't Forget about having Lunch at Tucker's Restaurant! Today I had a Wonderful Meal that consisted of Homemade New England Clam Chowder for starters. Then for my Main Meal, I had their Cordon Blue with famous Roasted Red Pepper Sauce. The Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Broccoli, and Cauliflower, while prepared simply tasted Fresh and Delicious. “What a wonderful experience we had for lunch today. The owner Dan was so personable and has a great appreciation for his customers. From the minute we pulled in and saw veteran parking we just knew this was a nice place. When we came in and met our waitress Jess we knew this was our new spot. Jess was the best waitress with a great attitude and definitely fit in with our family. THE FOOD!! Omg we tried so many different items on the menu and nothing disappointed us. From the crab rangoons to the blt sandwich, the burger, chicken sandwich. Everything was so tasty. Lastly you HAVE to try the carrot cake! First time here and it is most definitely NOT my last!“

“Last night we went to dinner for the first time at the 110 Grill- it was such a wonderful dining experience! As someone with celiacs sometimes going out to relax can be quite anxiety producing as I worry for cross contamination and getting sick. Walking in I was asked if anyone in my party needed a gf menu- they asked me! I never had to ask which was the first amazing point as normally I have to ask and half the time restaurants barely have one. Second wonderful moment was the super larger and delicious gf menu. It was all so accommodating. We indulged and got the calamari as an appetizer which came out with an allergy tag on it and the server noted it was gf. It was such an anxiety reducer as I normally question things and triple check with the server and kitchen if things really are gf. Finally, I got the fish and chips. Similar to the appetizer it came with an allergy tag and the server noted it was gf. I also was able to get more or less onion rings as my side. The servers were friendly and kind. It was all so yummy and just such a great celiac friendly experience! We will definitely be back!“

“I feel it’s important to share Three Figs is under new management and has made quite a turnaround. I waited until I experienced several successful visits before writing this review so I could be certain in my recommendation. I’ve now dined in a small group, a larger group, in the dining room, in the bar and as part of a civic group banquet in the back room. Each time, I have been pleased and satisfied. The food has been delicious (both regular menu and specials) and the service prompt & exceptional. I find the atmosphere warm & welcoming, reminding me of Cheers (the neighborhood place where everybody knows your name). Our dinner this past week was a positive experience in specific ways. We didn’t have a reservation and the parking lot was packed. Yet our wait was surprisingly short, and enjoyable at the bar with friendly service. Once in the dining room, our server was kind, helpful and happy…and very accommodating when a substitution was requested on an order at our table. The manager even helped serve our plates and made sure we were all enjoying our experience. Noting that the staff worked well together and were all happy…it implies that working there must be positive for them as well. The restaurant itself was also very clean and comfortable. In the past, I could not have shared these same words and had nearly given up on this local, convenient spot. So it pleases me very much to see the new management has turned it around. Having a great spot so close by is appreciated. Congrats Three Figs…your efforts are worth it!“

“The food was here was amazing! Gluten free calamari to start and burrata which was so flavorful. I had the sea bass for entree which was probably the best sea bass dish I have ever had and my partner had the short ribs which he loved too! Service was good and we had a good conversation with our waitress. Overall a very pleasant evening and i highly recommend eating here.“

“This dining spot is located in the Marriott Hotel on Day Hill Road. After work, my guest and I stopped in for apps and drinks. We enjoyed the Point Judith Calamari and the wings.
The inviting atmosphere and excellent service make this dining experience a plus for business travelers. The menu is a little pricey but not out of line for 4-star hotels.

“My husband and I traveling home to Wisconsin from a family gathering stopped in. Sarah was great friendly and a joy to talk with! My husband and I both had the Hefeweizen (No Limits) on tap and it was very delicious. Met a gentleman who we discussed attending the Great American Beer Fest at the convention center in Denver, Co! Great company and great place to stop when waiting to board your plane home! A must stop??? “Evergreens is the main dining experience at the Simsbury Inn. Many Wedding go on simultaneously and rea held by reservations way in advance. The dining quite is very fine. Fine dining is very expensive for most. Evergreens is elegant and vey well sought after.“

“We dined at the Black Bear Saloon before a cross country flight home, with our 4 month old. The atmosphere was warm, inviting and clean. Our server Brent is what made me want to write a review though, above all. He helped us efficiently and kindly. Gave us time to settle in and look at the menu but also came back quickly in case we had a flight moving soon. Our entire lunch experience, my husband and I could not help but notice how attentively and genuinely, Brent was helping over 20 different people and tables, without even needing a notepad for orders. This is a special kind of teammate and staff member, so I hope Black Bear’s leadership gets to notice and recognize Brent’s hard work. We left for our flight, well fed, happier and much less anxious for our flight, thanks to Brent’s courteous service. Thank you all for the lovely meal today. ( Nice Plus for beer lovers: fantastic variety of local and familiar options across draft, can and bottle.) They also had a full bar and several TV’s for the sport lover’s viewing pleasure.

Vegetarian options: Cheesey and salad alternatives for vego/ but more so pescatarian friendly.

Kid-friendliness: They kindly brought us hot water to warm our infant’s formula bottle and the entire vibe was highly accomodating.“

I didn't read my bill til I got home they charged me $2.00 for the lime!! You can buy a whole lime in the store for fifty cents! They should have told me about the extra charge for next to nothing.“

“This place was beyond amazing. I have been here personally for food with friends before but never for an event. I used this place for my 2 month old baby’s baptism luncheon. (On st Patrick’s day) Shannon, the event manager was absolutely fabulous to work with. She even followed up with me after her first email since I have a terrible memory and forgot to reply to the first outreach. She made the whole event super easy and seamless. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate that. I am a new mom with a 2 month old so complicated processes will never get done. Shannon made everything super easy and friendly. She was available by phone and email. Any questions I had she comfortable to ask and when I changed the salad she made it seem like it was nothing. I cannot say enough great things about her. (P.s this place was extremely well priced too for absolutely FABULOUS food) The day of, we were 30 minutes early and the room was all ready for us and let us choose whether to be in the room or hang out at the bar. Jackie was our waitress and she was amazing! I am a neurotic mom who can’t remember anything and she totally helped me out. When I was walking around talking to guests she brought the drinks to me. She was beyond professional, kind, helpful and nice to all of our guests and us and our family. We got TONS of compliments on Jackie and the food. We got the bronze package and replaced the salad with a Cesar salad, the chicken plate, steak and pasta bolognese. Delicious! They were the perfect portions and super tasty. Again, we cannot say enough great things about Jackie! We had extra people show up and within moments she had spaces created for them. She and her team were great and I hope she knows how wonderful she made the day!“
