“I work at the Pomfret Baker’s Dozen, so I’ve had my fair share of coffee — but my visit to the Chaplin location absolutely blew me away! The coffee was perfect (hands down the best I’ve ever had), and the manager at the window made it with such care. Friendly service, smooth coffee, and the kind of attention to detail that makes you want to come back every day. Great job, Chaplin team! ☕👏“

“Not sure who the lady that took my order was. Went through the drive thru 5/20 @6:35. Lady was very rude not just to me but the car in front of me. Pretty sad I like that Dunkin. Wish I got her name or id call this in. The rest of the staff was very nice though“

“I came here for Syd. My husband and I came in for a quick coffee and Syd quickly made us feel loved. She was efficient and quick, and even complimented me which was sweet. She made my husbands cold brew to perfection and my shaken espresso was INCREDIBLE. Most people burn my espresso. She was top notch. Thanks so much Syd!!!“

“We went in this morning for red cup day and had such a great experience, despite how busy it was! The baristas were all working together to quickly get orders out and my coffee was perfect! Thank you to Olivia for recommending the iced gingerbread chai. My daughter said it’s her new favorite drink!“
