“First and foremost, we’re dealing with a Dunkin’ Donuts inside of a gas station. I say that because they have a smaller footprint, and therefore do not have as many staff as a normal size Dunkin’ Donuts would have. Usually 1 or 2 ladies working at a time whereas most DD’s have 4-5.With that said, there can sometimes be a bit of a wait, especially when breakfast sandwiches are being ordered. I have never experienced wrong orders, food being burnt, food not tasting good. Everything is always done correctly.The women that I have interacted with who worked there are always friendly. When my dogs are in the car, they are always excited and offer the dogs a munchkin.The food is what it is. It’s the same as any other Dunkin’ Donuts. The coffee is as you would expect it to be. Overall is a fine Dunkin location“

“I work at the Pomfret Baker’s Dozen, so I’ve had my fair share of coffee — but my visit to the Chaplin location absolutely blew me away! The coffee was perfect (hands down the best I’ve ever had), and the manager at the window made it with such care. Friendly service, smooth coffee, and the kind of attention to detail that makes you want to come back every day. Great job, Chaplin team! ☕👏“

“Not sure who the lady that took my order was. Went through the drive thru 5/20 @6:35. Lady was very rude not just to me but the car in front of me. Pretty sad I like that Dunkin. Wish I got her name or id call this in. The rest of the staff was very nice though“

“I came here for Syd. My husband and I came in for a quick coffee and Syd quickly made us feel loved. She was efficient and quick, and even complimented me which was sweet. She made my husbands cold brew to perfection and my shaken espresso was INCREDIBLE. Most people burn my espresso. She was top notch. Thanks so much Syd!!!“
