“65th and Broadway. Cleveland Ohio. Excellent“

“I love going to this subway simply cause I used to manage it when I was 17 Years old. Well I was in there the other night and ordered a sandwich. Unfortunately when I went to pay my card was not working due to a fraudulent charge . The girl told me it was OK and that she'd use her sub bucks to pay for it. I was a little embarrassed but very grateful she helped me out instead of throwing it out and sending me on my way. So tonight I repayed her with 20 bucks. She seemed very grateful for that . Terry if your reading this give her a raise lol i think her name is Rebecca . People like her are worth their weight in gold and are a complete asset to your company.I'm glad you still have awesome employees at this location!! I will never stop going to this location!“

“Avvetura is becoming my go to Deli. And the bakery is awesome as well. The food is always so delicious. I love the variety of sandwiches, meals and baked goods. I never leave hungry!!!“

“OMG🤤 I ordered from DoorDash spectacular experience but whoever made my grinder I want to bow at their feet because DELICIOUSNESS to the 1000th power🫡 it was EVERYTHING a grinder should be I felt like a pig grunting with every bite 😩 I really need to know who made it because I want to tip them big. The Newington location Fenn rd. has me in a grinderhold 🥰 I don’t have any photos because I ate the whole thing nonstop 🥴“

“Recently had catering done from this store for the Memorial Day weekend. I have to say what a great job they did. Sandwiches were delicious! Everyone loved them. thank you.“

“The staff was friendly, fast, and made my order perfectly. I would like to thank Matt and Amira with treating me with nothing but respect and made me feel welcome. The restaurant was clean and organized. The sandwich was fresh, loaded with ingredients, and tasted amazing. You can tell the team really cares about customer service. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had at Jersey Mike’s — I’ll be coming back. This location deserves more than 5 stars. Thank you Matt and Amira! ❤️🥪“

“My husband and I split the Italian and a cannoli. They were both out of this world! We will absolutely be back!“

“Incredibly friendly staff! Clean environment and VERY delicious 😋 Thanks for being so incredible guys!“

“I recently visited Subway in Plainville, and overall it was a good experience. The food was fresh and tasted great, and my order was made just the way I wanted.

Before I ordered, there was a situation where another customer was arguing with one of the employees, which made things a bit uncomfortable. However, the staff handled it professionally and continued serving customers as best as they could.

Despite that moment, my visit was positive. The service was efficient, and the sandwich quality was good. I would still come back again.“

“the best jersey mike’s i’ve ever had. it was so good i genuinely thought about going back for a second one and i usually NEVER finish my food. the service was amazing, even though i had gone in during peak lunch rush, i was greeted, welcomed, and attended to quickly. even though it was busy, not one worker looked stressed or upset, and they were well staffed! only complaint is that all though i work in cheshire i live 40 min away and this location just isn’t close enough to home :( .will be going every day for lunch from here on out though.“

“Great food and conversations with the Q-man(Quentin) earlier today. The sub was the best Subway sandwich I've had. Definitely recommend but only if the Q-man or someone of similar sandwich making proficiency is there crafting the sandwiches.“

“Tried this deli for the first time. It is right up the street from my home. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and it was one of the best bacon , egg and cheese sandwiches EVER. Very clean as well.“

“The two gentlemen that run the show during the lunch rush are amazing kind individuals. They always have a smile on there face and its refreshing to see people excited at work. My food always comes out perfect. Been coming in 1-2x a week the last 6 weeks and this is the best subway in the area.“

“I want to give a big shout-out to Priya at Subway. Every time I come in, she’s always incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. She remembers what I like, makes my order perfectly, and treats everyone with genuine respect. It’s clear she cares about her work and the customers she serves.
Priya’s positive attitude always makes my day a little better. Subway is lucky to have her!“

“The food was great, fresh, as it should be .The service was exceptional, how I wish every subway was! Clean restaurant , the veggies were crisp and fresh. We have been to many subways in several states, this was the best. They are doing a great job! The young woman who waited on us Thursday afternoon with a braid should get a raise. She's on top of it.“

“11/09/24- I stopped by after work heading to the hotel and George was on duty. He was busy, but immediately acknowledged me and went to wash up and came back happy.

We discussed the subs and he recommended #34 Spcy Nachos Steak. He added the way it says, but without green 🫑, extra jalapeños.

This is day two experience and I don’t know if previous reviews were out of anger because I have had great customer service.

11/08/24- I haven’t been to a Subway in years and today I stopped by for the $6.99 special. I walked in and was loudly greeted by Ilvin who was friendly and made me feel like I’m an old customer. He made all the customers feel comfortable and happy to be there.

Subway has so many new meals I asked Ilvin about the different subs. Ilvin did not seem put out and he went over the breads, the meats and all the toppings. He made it easy to order but hard to choose 😋

I ordered #23 Hotshot Italiano Sub based on his recommendation and it did not disappoint because I enjoyed every bite.

He wasn’t stingy with the jalapeños and he added just enough sauce that it didn’t make the bread soggy.

Ilvin explained how to earn points. If he isn’t the manager he is manager material with his positive attitude. I asked about the other guy in the back and Ivin said they are a team. I was impressed he spoke well of his staff.

I leave in a week, but I may start eating a new subway every day thanks to Ilvin and my great experience! Ya Sabes! 😎

Kid-friendliness: I am sure they have a sub for every kid. If the kid is picky or not, chubby or thin there’s a sub on the menu for them.“

“Make sure you guys check your sandwiches before you leave this is my second time getting a sub here and they dont put what i ask on my sandwich and i say it more then once charging me extra for stuff i dont even get on my sandwich im over them“

“Ordered a delicious grinder here. Food was made fresh and tasted great! Staff was friendly and food was made quickly right in front of my eyes. Meat is sliced to order. Can’t forget to grab one of the chocolate chip cookies for dessert. Restaurant is clean.“

“Nice quiet subway with friendly staff and great food as usual!

Kid-friendliness: We have a 3 year daughter and she was more than able to order what she wanted with the staff the lady behind the counter had a younger daughter herself so the conversation was endless of course, but all in all it was EASY to bring my daughter there and I'm so thankful for that!

Parking: Subway is located in a plaza with a decent size parking lot.“

“Every time I go to this Subway location, the people working have a smile on their faces. The store is nice and clean, the workers are friendly, the ingredients are always well stocked and the service is nice and fast. This is hands down the best Subway I’ve ever been to, no questions asked.“

“Went at 9:00 pm, someone standing outside of the drive thru window. No car. I pull up to place an order waited 5 mins and no one even acknowledged they would be taking my order. Needless to say I left. They will not be getting my business. 4/13/22“

“Whoever did my order at like 1:15-1:30 deserves a raise. They went above and beyond with my request and I am extremely satisfied.
I remember years ago not liking this subway location very much, but I am pleased that it has gotten much better in recent times and I will continue to go here. ❤️❤️“
