“Whenever I visit westerly, I always stop here for a soy latte (I think they use silk brand, but whichever they're using, it's good) before hitting the road home. The people are friendly/professional, and the espresso they use is excellent. I usually get a double shot in my lattes, and it tastes like it. My only criticism (and I'm biased) is that they don't have more vegan options for food. Highly recommend!“

Fries were amazing. Lots of flavor on every fry. The bacon cheese burger was good but I wasn't blown away. Expected it to be a little bigger honestly. Had the chicken sandwich later and I will say it was probably one of the best buffalo chicken sandwiches I've had. Will definitely return ♥️“

This restaurant — and its ownership group — has been the driving force behind the Mystic restaurant renaissance, and they continue to set the standard for excellence.\n\nThe space itself adds so much to the experience. “LOVE THIS BAKERY!! Our first time in Mystic and we stopped in just for a coffee, ended up leaving with half the store! The almond croissant is amazing. The salmon sandwich is a must have, and the coffee is very good. During a road trip we made sure to bookend the trip at Sift. The ordering process is swift and efficient, and staff was friendly and relaxed, even on a very busy Sunday morning. I look forward to coming back very soon! Mystic itself is beautiful but not complete without a stop at Sift.“

“We had an unforgettable experience! It was a snowy Saturday in late February when we arrived. We indulged in a variety of IPAs at this charming classic home, built in the 18th century New England style. The layout was superb, offering plenty of tables and seats to choose from. The bartender, Justin, proudly informed us that all the murals were original, leaving us in awe! They were reminiscent of the Wadsworth Atheneum (CT), showcasing their age and historical significance. Whether you’re here for the beer or not, this building is worth exploring with its iconic status. What an incredible opportunity to tour such a historic gem! The baked goods, everything is so delicious the best cider doughnuts ever eaten 🤤 😋…Not only is this place educational for watching and learning how cider is made the old fashioned way but because the ppl are so amazingly friendly its family owned and 3 Generations work on the grounds and love what they do! I personally met and spoke to 2 of many, John who is in the mill making the cider and will tell you all you need to know about it. As well as Amy (Nurse on site, John’s sister and her mom makes the cider doughnuts, she goes in at 3am to do so😳) who was so friendly and helpful she and some of the workers and some patrons helped my father,who has an inner ear issue with vertigo. Came on all of a sudden right at the register these ppl were so helpful and came to his aid got him to a chair during this scary 😟 time for him. I can’t thank them enough but go show your support and enjoy some hard cider 🍺 and pick up wine and apple pie 🥧 for home! Dogs 🐶 are welcome!! “Best cold pressed juices! I’m a new Weekly “stopper”. I place an order on line generally 24hours prior to pick up. (So easy to order) pick up being just as quick and easy. Staff is always so kind and accommodating!! To be 💯 honest, these are THE FRESHEST juices around! I have tried many other cold pressed juices and these are not comparable!!! “I ordered my wedding cake from Li's Bakeshop in December of 2023. It was for 60 people and was a two tier chocolate cake with oreo filling and vanilla buttercream frosting. I was able to show the baker a picture of the design I was thinking about in the frosting and asked for a little bit of gold on it as well. The result was even better than me or my husband could've imagined! It was the absolute perfect, sweet ending to our amazing day!! All of our guests couldn't stop telling us it was the best cake they've ever had. We were able to save two slices and they're in the freezer awaiting our first anniversary. We've been long time customers and wouldn't have trusted anyone else to make our cake for us.“

“Westerly Dels went above and beyond for my little girl’s birthday. It is her favorite treat (nut allergic so one of the very few treats we can get that we don’t make ourselves). A gallon of Dels served her entire class (16) the mini size and and 4 adults a small, for only $25. They wrote happy birthday Lora on the cap, gave her a shovel, and balloons. Way more than I expected and it made both of our days. Thanks again!“

“Its harder and harder to find GOOD beer. Beer'd always delivers with an exceptional IPA menu, unique seasonal brews and always Midnight Oil... one of the best oatmeal stouts I've had. The culinary scene in coastal Connecticut is incredible, these guys definitely deliver the brews to start off any night or enjoy with the best dinner. “Today, 3 of us had lunch at your restaurant. Our server Valerie was great and the food was delicious. We’ve just experienced a devastating fire at our apartment complex a little over a week ago and some of us lost everything. We’ve been staying in a nearby hotel as massive repairs are in the works. When Valerie came with our check, she asked if we wanted to buy a raffle ticket to which we explained our situation. As we were getting ready to pay our bill, Valerie came over and said our lunch was on them. We couldn’t believe it. Thank you Valerie and management of the 99 Restaurant in Westerly for your kindness to us!“

Let's start from the beginning ,started off ok the waitress who seated us was nice took our coffe order, then it started to bad , our waiters came over with an attitude right away , came to our table and said with an attitude "you ready to order yet " no hi no name nothing but that. So I ordered the short stack chocolate pancakes and a order of hash my wife ordered the breakfast burrito,she said ok and walked away . Another waitress delivered our food and she was nice . The hash was homemade with awful water down potatoes and over cooked cornbeef drenched in grease and had no seasoning. Wish I took a picture but grabbed the waitress who dropped off the food and said We can't eat this and before I could say why ,she said "to greasy ?" And I replied to greasy . Then I took a bite into the worst and dry pancakes I have ever had . My wife burrito was ok but the homefries were awful again watered down and no seasoning. When the rude waitress came to ask us if everything was OK we told here what was wrong and she replied "I have never had these many complaints I guess people like different things " and then walked away and never came back till she dropped off the bill which she did take off the hash and pancakes because we didn't eat them . No one came to refill our coffee.. its also important to mention the rude waitress went up to another waitress and said to her I'm doing this to prove a point today because what she did was wrong . we will never be back and caution people not to waste there time ! Worst breakfast place I have ever went to in my 47yrs ! Want great breakfast in that area go to Hungry heaven!“
