“A culinary delight! I took my family to Oyster Club on a Saturday evening after some shopping in Mystic and had a wonderful experience. The oyster happy hour was fantastic. As a raw oyster enthusiast, I was elated at the quality and price. I had a dozen oysters myself and had to stop myself from getting more- they were SO GOOD! The blackfish I had for dinner was excellent. The ramp hummus was a real highlight. For dessert, we had the maple ice cream which was the most delicious ice cream I have ever had. It was a real treat to come here. You can tell that the food is made with heart and served with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. I’ll definitely be back soon.“

“A very cozy and vibey coffee house. Stopped in a few times while staying in town for the week and had an amazing experience each time. The food and drinks were phenomenal, I got a hot peanut butter cup latte with oat milk and a plain bagel with cream cheese and my friend got an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a biscuit. As far as I saw the breakfast sandwiches aren’t on any menus inside (I might be blind though) but they do make them and are 10/10. Dunkin dreams of making sandwiches that delicious that don’t wreak havoc on you.

The gift shop was wonderful to browse while finishing my drink and I did leave with a few pieces of jewelry and a travel mug momento.

Overall a great place to get a bite to eat, and somewhere I will visit anytime I’m in the area.“

“Absolutely amazing experience! Planning a secret 80th birthday celebration for my father from 200 miles away in NJ, they made this event memorable in many ways. Jerry, Alyssa, and the whole family and staff went over the top. They provided us with a dedicated area and servers that didn’t miss a step. The texture, temperature, and seasoning of each dish were delectable and authentic. Jerry’s meatballs were all that. Cannoli’s the best we’ve had. Great ambiance, great service, and sumptuous authentic Italian food. This is easily one of, if not, the best meals we’ve ever eaten. I cannot recommend this place enough! Assolutamente favoloso!“

We indulged in a variety of IPAs at this charming classic home, built in the 18th century New England style. The layout was superb, offering plenty of tables and seats to choose from. The bartender, Justin, proudly informed us that all the murals were original, leaving us in awe! They were reminiscent of the Wadsworth Atheneum (CT), showcasing their age and historical significance. Whether you’re here for the beer or not, this building is worth exploring with its iconic status. What an incredible opportunity to tour such a historic gem! “Just a sumptuous dinner at one of the most stately of resorts. Everything about the visit was 5 stars plus! The staff is top notch and exceptionally friendly. Our server was Ricardo and he was excellent. The most serene water view from our table added to the ambience. The summer campanelle and the Italian sausage rigatoni were perfect. The chocolate torte and the panna cotta were perfect. The drinks such as the Weekapaug sunrise were perfect. Definitely a place to come back to again and again.“

We’ve just experienced a devastating fire at our apartment complex a little over a week ago and some of us lost everything. We’ve been staying in a nearby hotel as massive repairs are in the works. When Valerie came with our check, she asked if we wanted to buy a raffle ticket to which we explained our situation. As we were getting ready to pay our bill, Valerie came over and said our lunch was on them. We couldn’t believe it. “Its harder and harder to find GOOD beer. Beer'd always delivers with an exceptional IPA menu, unique seasonal brews and always Midnight Oil... one of the best oatmeal stouts I've had. The culinary scene in coastal Connecticut is incredible, these guys definitely deliver the brews to start off any night or enjoy with the best dinner. (We found that many restaurants in the area serve their offerings). Definitely a must try when in the Stonington / Mystic area! Cheers!“

“Had a nice visit today at Stonington Vineyard. When talking to the staff found out one had some mutual fur babies. One of which was a spunky calico. Had to share this photo when I got home of my calico checking out my purchase.. Love the wine and staff! Always gracious and the wine is perfect.“

“We had a reservation for dinner on a Saturday night at 6 so no wait time to be seated. No issues finding parking, they have a small parking lot in front and in the back that is reserved for their customers and other shops in that building. Menu is upscale American overall everything was good. I was disappointed they were out of the mussels I was looking forward to trying those. Deviled were beautifully presented, hush puppies were delicious and the pan seared scallops were cooked perfectly.“

“Although I still love the atmosphere of the place, I think both food quality, menu choices & service have all declined. Two last times I went I found servers less friendly than in previous years, menu not as varied & food not as good. An example would be the sides that they give you with a sandwich is no longer french fries or homemade chips, but instead a potato salad or greens which was ok. The server did split things when asked but not exactly friendly about anything. I've been coming here from the very beginning when they first opened and I've seen a slow decline. The hostess who greats you & parking attendants continue to be friendly & welcoming. I think the dining servers need to step it up a bit & the food needs a little tweaking with both variety & quality.“
