“First time checking out Spruce Coffee and overall it was a good experience. I got a drink from the fall menu and it was really good. The vibe is chill, super cute decor, and the staff was friendly.

Only downside is the space is pretty small, it can feel tight if it’s busy. I was also a little confused where to order since the register is right by the main door. On a crowded day I could see the line being out the door with not much room to wait.

Still, worth a visit for the good coffee and cozy atmosphere.“

“The new owners have added some new items that made me really excited to try this place. We loved the butterfly pea syrup added to the lychee lemonade! The color change is really fun to watch. This place gets SLAMMED on the weekends so a 20-30 min wait is pretty reasonable for a place with a line wrapped around the building. The food was so tasty and fresh and we loved the maple butter with our chicken and waffles. Its such a close spot to both the bike trail and Sleeping Giant so we'll definitely be stopping by after our next adventure.“

“I want to move to a place closer to this shop. The language sections are not bad. So much selection. Super friendly people working here too. After a very long drive up from the state of floriDUH, it was so nice to be treated with so much kindness. I once heard a person from university tell me that I should've been a film major, kinda randomly TBH, and it had been on my mind for years now. I'm basically too afraid to go to the local venue where there are books and films because all my exes live in Texas. Would be super amazing to learn more about the perspectives of folks near Yale and other brain trust institutions of the NE USA. I'm kinda dulled and tired about and by all of the Spanish and Latino references around where I currently reside. Our public libraries are very dull in regards to languages - soooooo much in English and Spanish but then very VERY little in much of anything else. Any other languages and perspectives, I meant. Seriously, thanks for being so kind and welcoming to me! In floriDUH, it's about a 0.00012485% chance of anyone here being helpful on any given day. Hopefully, the autumn and winter months are going well for all of you there :) Cannot wait to be able to return one day.

From the friendly staff whom immediacy greeted us upon arrival to tbe owner who made a special trip outdoors after personally cooking our crepes in the kitchen. We tried their chicken pesto crepe w/ tomato and spinach- absolutely delicious ! And also the salmon, cream cheese, tomato, caper, red onion crepe. Yum! We also sampled their lattes both hot and cold brew and a marvelous bacon cheddar biscuit warmed up and buttered ! They have sweet crepes as well and many non- crepe options. This Cafe will not disappoint! A beautiful menu with many selections of fresh, health conscious choices as well as some slightly more indulgent pasterie options! ( and a few more diet aware pastries as well! ) Belle Vie Cafe has everything you need! … And with a great vibe , too!!! Give it a go. “Love love love this place. I have spent so many hours hanging out here. In the morning it’s so fun to come sit on the couch and read a book — the coffee is delicious! And the coffee menu is really cool and fun. Any latte here is a win. And Hanna is the most incredible and friendliest barista!! It’s also a really fun vibe in the afternoon to come for a beer and hangs. They have vegetarian options for food usually and a great food truck outside. I am all about aesthetic and this place crosses all the t’s and dots all the i’s. My new go-to spot!!“

“Stopped by on my way to NY tried a GoodToGo order, I will I was surprised by the quantity of donuts. Unfortunately and I don't want to be harsh as GoodToGo is used to stop food from going to waste, but these donuts were really stale and just barely edible. Which surprised me because the donuts given to me came straight from what was on the shelves for the day, I got there around 3:30 and they closed at 8 according to Google. If you do try them maybe try to get them as they open and are fresh. The donuts with cereal with the easiest to eat for some reason but the rest were just dry, stale to the point that it was hard to try and finish. On positive note if you looking to get 10 donuts for $7~ check this place out on the GoodToGo app.“

“i love this place!! it’s a great setting for reading, and the coffee and pastries are delicious!! the barista with the nose piercing is my favorite. he makes the best iced oat cortado in town!! all the other baristas are also lovely and friendly. highly recommend if you’re in east rock!!“

“This is a more silent focused cafe in a hotel, the vibe is vintage and I would say “manly”. This is a great place to do work, there’s a decent amount of seating that gets wildly occupied during school (Yale) season— be mindful of this if you are going here. There is a room with a curtain and a couple booths, providing a private place to do work. The drink options here flavor wise are somewhat limited but they do have seasonal drinks which is nice. I have never tried their food but it seems all premade, so I’m not very interested.
This business would be more enjoyable and successful if their hours of operation were to be expanded until 11 pm or 12 am, 6 days a week. There should also be an additional of halal foods or snacks for customers to purchase.“

“I work close by so I am at Cilantro several times a week... and as a self-proclaimed "foodie" I highly recommend this local hot spot for delicious coffee, super tasty chicken salad, raspberry/almond scones, "yoga" cookies, matcha cookies & their peanut butter/ coconut bites! I also frequently get their matcha or golden milk lattes, both are masterfully made & delicious either hot or cold!! I usually see Helen, but everyone there is also as friendly as she is and on-point with my order. Their in-store grocery treats and savory goodies are a delightful hand-picked selection that reminds regulars & travelers why they're a favorite local business & one to support and visit often!!“

However I do love the sweet cream filled bread you sold me. Thank you very much for helping me figure out what I want for breakfast tomorrow. Lastly, the cream green tea cake was absolutely divine. All this from being served by an incredibly gorgeous and really cashier/manager who I had to tip handsomely. I’ll definitely stop by on payday to give their specialty caffeinated drinks a try.“

“During lunch break from having to serve jury duty I found this coffee shop down the street and decided to pop in. The two behind the counter were very friendly and inviting, and the special grilled cheese with tomato or bacon with soup was PERFECT . the chicken corn chowder came out piping hot and didn't even need any salt or pepper. I'm usually skeptical when someone has to make my coffee instead of me doing it, but unlike dunkin donuts the gentleman made it just right! they seem to have a familiar and friendly customer fan base, and I would definitely go back again.“

“I just went to DD and I dropped my phone in the driver drive-through and there was a Spanish kid in the drive-through that picked up my phone off the ground and he was so helpful. I didn’t catch his name. However, I tried to call Duncan to talk to a supervisor to let them know that the kid in the drive-through was wonderful and his customer service was awesome, however the person that picked up the phone doesn’t speak any English and it was very rude. It was some lady and I don’t know her name but she was very rude. Other than that the dunkin is OK.“
