“We recently hosted a team-building outing for 20 people at Hudson Table in Stamford, and it was an absolutely incredible experience! We participated in a private chef competition, and every single person in our group loved it. The night was filled with energy, laughter, and amazing food.

The competition was not only fun and engaging but also a great way to bond as a team. The staff went above and beyond—super friendly, personable, and made everyone feel right at home. The food we prepared (and ate!) was outstanding—easily one of the highlights of the evening.

When i was greated by her sunshine smile face at the window i apologized for the animals in our country and she kept her beautiful attitude. Wish i caught her name but i want to say it starts with S. “All the times I’ve been to Llama Lips, the food has been delicious. Being raised in a Peruvian family and having stayed in Peru several times for vacation months, there are times when one craves the “real” Peruvian flavor. Not that other restaurants are not “good”, it’s just that they don’t “hit the spot” for someone that knows what authentic Peruvian flavor tastes like. Yes the cost to eat here is higher than other fusion restaurants, but it is 100% reasonable when you take into account that they are literally working hard to bring to your table what they would offer you in Peru. Details like, the “cancha salada”the minute you sit down, the specific yellow potato that is used in the Caldo de Gallina, the real “yellow sauce” that’s robust and not watered down by mayonnaise, the “yuyo” (Peruvian seaweed) that dresses the ceviche, and many more things that gives you the real authentic Peruvian flavor. Every time I eat there it’s like I have been transported back to Peru. The fact that they now offer a lunch menu is a total gift. I highly recommend giving at least the lunch menu a try. My only reason for not rating the service a perfect 5 stars is that the wait time for your food to get out during the lunch menu hours (from the menu of the day), can be a little longer than expected. For someone going there to eat lunch during their lunch break, you may be rushed to eat due to the time or have to take it to go. Other than that, the servers are clean, friendly, informative and polite. The space is spotless and the ambiance is great to eat in peace.“

“Today I copped a sausage egg cheese croissant and tea... They did the croissant just as I asked... I love that. Dunkin donuts when I ask they always still burn the croissant. I always ask lightly toasted. The meat they use seems better than dunkin. Dunkin I keep biting on tiny bones in the sausages. And the tea... well they forgot the cream.. since I said light with 3 sugars but that's OK. I'll add the cream later. I wanted it for when I got home. My car has 106 degrees showing today so I wasn't interested in drinking it right then and there. The lady at the window was real nice.

Another store near a FedEx around ardmore rd also does good too with my requests & are welcoming in their demeanor.

“Few restaurants are consistently better on every visit, Capers is one. We went with another couple for dinner. Wine was Ken Wright Pinot Noir-excellent. Appetizers were Squid and Tricolore Salad. Salad was very good, didn't try the Squid, but it smelled incredible. Entrees were Chicken Martini, Mussels, Short Ribs and Yellowfin tuna.- all very good. Service is great.“

So I went in and did two things I would not ordinarily do. Ordered a delicious latte and a pastry!! The guy who took my order was sweet and had perfect recommendations. “I just had the Starbucks experience. I came to downtown Scarsdale at 6 AM to work. Nothing was open, including the building I was going to work in. I do not drink coffee and had never bought anything at a Starbucks in my lifetime. So they suggest a hot chocolate, was upsold to the largest cup, they put a dab of Whip Cream and Chocolate syrup on it. The barista was a very Upbeat person And provided constant upbeat greetings to every last person who came in. I was thinking of my niece Jessica who was a barista and now makes part of her living doing IMPROV. Coffee is highly overpriced, and the cashier has repeatedly overcharged that that needed to be corrected.
If you have a coffee card, even after 10 drinks, they will acknowledge the card but forget to take it off the bill. Very weird way of ringing the end client.“

“Not from this area but stopped in yesterday while visiting PC around 8:45am. The store is quite busy and seems regular customers because the staff seemed to know everyone. A couple of PC police were there for quite a while sipping coffee and chatting. Coffee was hot & fresh as was the food. Bathrooms were clean. I visit a lot of DD stores in NJ and all down the east coast and this location is now on my best-DDs list!“
