We had 9 people in our group our server was RJ the food drinks and service were top notch! One of the best burgers I have had in a long time, cooked to perfection soft roll and the Cajun tator tots oh my!! Definitely recommend you stop in and give it a shot! We will be back. We got the squid ink pasta and the filet. You could 110% taste the food was high quality and fresh but it missed the mark for us on taste. It lacked so much flavor. If you’re looking for a good simple meal with 5 star service, this is the place but if you’re looking for dishes that the chef cares about flavor and excitement, this restaurant lacks in that. It was a good experience over all but we were just disappointed because there’s so much potential for it to be a restaurant where you go back specifically for that one dish because it tasted so good.“

“One of the last few family owned & operated breakfast/lunch restaurants in the area!! Not only are they the breakfast spot but their lunches are incredible!! They actually cook fresh turkey daily for their turkey sandwiches & chef salads!! Soooo delish!! They cater to their clients like 5 star restaurant while you still feel the comfort of home!! Dine in or carry out are always fresh & delicious! We even hosted an evening event there & food was outstanding.

“This is by far the highest quality food in west haven. I bet even with 30 miles. The owners are fabulous and the food is amazing. Great outdoor entertainment during the season Not only do I love to have a great sit down meal the cater all our family’s gatherings. When a family member was down and out Linda the owner delivered the food personally and made sure we had the whole experience even though we couldn’t make it there she brought the restaurant to us. “We were in the area for a celebration of life. The rooms are newly renovated. There was a slight odor in the corridors from the paint and carpets, but the rooms were wonderful. The Bistro staff was friendly and enjoyable. The food was good, but not a lot of options.“

They leave dirty dishes on your table, they don't fill empty water glasses and soda refills are not free. Shame because the ambience is wonderful and it's never super busy.“
