“We have been to Hudson Table twice - once for a chef competition and we liked it so much we booked the whole space for a party. It was such an incredible experience to be up front with the chefs, asking questions, watching them work. It was also great to hear about their thought process and to taste as they cooked their dishes! I felt like we were on a TV show! The food was also incredible! Bites that you will never eat again but were created just for that specific event. The staff was engaging and very fun as well. We'll remember this for a long time and we recommend to anyone we meet!“

“Smaller and a bit different of a vibe than other Panera’s — more white and less wood. Service was good but the parking lot was tight. My GPS told me to go in the back entrance to the lot which was confusing since it’s on the far corner from that back entrance and there isn’t room to turn around in the lot.Might want to be ready to get your food to go here rather than dining in.“

These folks make it such a great way to start the weekend/morning and the coffee and food are always great! Would highly recommend checking this spot out if you are in town looking for a great start to your day.“
