“We have been to Hudson Table twice - once for a chef competition and we liked it so much we booked the whole space for a party. It was such an incredible experience to be up front with the chefs, asking questions, watching them work. It was also great to hear about their thought process and to taste as they cooked their dishes! I felt like we were on a TV show! The food was also incredible! Bites that you will never eat again but were created just for that specific event. The staff was engaging and very fun as well. We'll remember this for a long time and we recommend to anyone we meet!“
