“First time to this particular Applebee's. Not overly impressed. Freezing cold inside and we were a good ways away from the door. Seated immediately, waitress came right over with menus and asked about beverages. I can't eat cilantro. Allergic. I AM ServeSafe certified and know the food rules very well. It took our waitress THREE times going back and forth from our table to the kitchen to figure out what to do about my request to leave it off my meal. She and I'm thinking the chef are kinda rough around the edges when it comes to allergies. They, by law must be all ServeSafe certified. I have my responsibility to speak up. I did but they were stymied about what to do with it.
When the food came it was correct. Except my mango lemonade was straight up lemonade. I was too afraid to ask to fix it after the cilantro drama so I just dealt with it. My niece was happy with her meal. Check came quickly and payment went flawlessly considering I paid in cash and most places prefer card.
Just retrain the staff on allergies and how to punt when it gets thrown at them. And turn up the heat. It was 45 degrees outside and we FROZE inside. Never warmed up in the hour we were there.“

Not sure if the seasonal cider flight contains alcohol or not, if it does it could be dangerous. The service has always been really nice and attentive.“

“I had a surprise 40th for my husband at the Grill at Cooper Hill and they did a wonderful job! I was able to get in earlier in the day to decorate how I wanted, and create a space that accommodated a large group of people. Joe and Deanna were so great at the bar! They were fun and friendly and great at keeping up with the busy bar action! The food was delicious. The kitchen staff was able to keep pace with refilling trays as they became low. Kristin was always available if I had questions prior to the party. She was so helpful in weeks leading up. It’s such a great, laid back atmosphere for a party. I would highly recommend using their space to host your next event!“

“First time ordering. Food was great and fresh. Will definitely order again. I’m at the hospital every other week getting treatment. Hospital food is not the greatest so I started ordering out. Last delivery I got I had to tip pre delivery. Asked the driver to bring it up to the second floor lobby as I can’t leave the floor. Gave him a good tip in advance. Left it downstairs.
Pizza choice driver was very accommodating. He wasn’t sure where he was going but called me a few times and made sure I got my food. Thank you guys for the tasty food and awesome service. Will definitely order again.“

“came in at 7:45am and had the burger king of a lifetime, I ordered the cheesy tots with a large fanta oragne, the fanta was a flavour blast to my pilgrim taste buds. Those cheesy tots had a cheese pull longer than my last marriage. absolutely phenomenal service for me and my child. I would always return. The boxes I saw while waiting for my food were perfectly stacked, must've been done by a professional. The fried brussel sprouts are out of this world, and the perfect starter! We also ordered bourbon maple chicken wings as an appetizer, while hot and fresh onion rosemary dinner rolls were also brought to the table. Our entrees were all incredibly delicious. We ordered the Braised Beef Short Rib which was tender and no knife was needed, Pan Pressed Bell and Evans Chicken with risotto instead of mashed potatoes, and the Roasted Norwegian Salmon which was cooked to order. Two of us ordered dessert: one chocolate covered strawberry creme brûlée, and one “special” which was a warm butterscotch Bundt cake with vanilla ice cream.
