I opened the door I felt the soul healing warmth of the toaster ovens gently caress my body as the young muscular sandwich artist greeted me with a smile. His voice, soft but deep, was like the purr of a tiger. He asked me what I would like and I responded "A hug." and there we embraced for no less than 30 minutes. I felt safe in his arms. His biceps pressing against my back with a gentle squeeze that let me know that he would keep me safe. Once we broke from the hug he fed me black olives one at a time whilst I knelt down in front of him. The best part of this encounter was the fact that he didn't charge me at all.“

“Hands down BEST CFA in the area! Food always comes out hot, fast, and delicious! Staff is friendly and frequently see the owner’s presence in the restaurant.

Aside from the above, there are several things that set this CFA apart from the rest (Chicopee specifically):

1. I consistently see the owner, Colby passionate about their business and working to inspire their staff - including witnessing him train and provide orientation for the new staff where he maintains a genuine positive and upbeat attitude every time

2. This CFA frequently offers special events and/or rewards (Sunrise surprise, Bingo nights, Offers to try new items, etc)

3. They actually provide you with the number of sauces you request and never short you

4. Lunch/Dinner items can be ordered during breakfast

“I went through the drive-thru again, it always takes a pretty long time, and it seems like this establishment is definitely understaffed.

I like the positive attitude and the friendliness of the employees, it just seems like they need more people than they have.

The food was good and it was hot, but it's usually missing some kind of ingredient and this time was no different.

I don't complain because it really does seem like they're just very understaffed, and I'm happy that the food is always hot and never taste like it's been sitting around.

I'm human, they're human, and I feel like they're doing their best with what they have.

Vegetarian options: Taco Bell does have meatless items, it's just not a place I would typically go to for something vegetarian.

The flavors, the texture and the freshness are always there. What makes it even better is the price, for just 3 dollars, you get a meat filled Alcapurria from start to finish. “sent my roommate to get me a chicken sandwich with a coupon I am handicapped I cannot make it there because I am unable to walk and because he had already bought one and in a different coupon for me doing that allow it he said the person that had to be there I've called up the manager and told them I am handicapped would you please let it go through and refuse me so now I'm handicap and can't walk there I am also hungry in handicap now because hurricane has some stupid thing and really just could not help out of handicapped person I'm really disappointed in their staff and this company for denying me my food and handicapped and all my situation I'm really disappointed I've been going there for years and I know half the people that are with there and I just really disappointed in management today denied me my meal could not help out a handicapped guy get a meal what the f***“

“This was a standard Taco Bell. It had a drive through and eat in area. The menu and pricing was the same as other TBs. We were on a road trip and decided to get a quick dinner on the way. The drive through was busy and moved at an average speed. The customer service was good. The food came out hot and ready to devour. I always get a Mexican pizza because it's my favorite. The Mexican pizza was good and standard. Overall, a decent Taco Bell and similar to every other I've been to; it's quick, cheap, and satisfies the unhealthy cravings.“
