“This is the best frozen custard in the area!If you've never tried frozencustard, it's creamier, thicker, and better than soft-serve in every way! Mix it with some Italian ice, and you're in heaven. The staff was friendly and let us try some samples of different flavors.I Love this place, and will drive out of my way just to visit.“

“We visited mystic Park ice cream on our last day in mystic. We tried the salted caramel pretzel, campfire s'mores, PB explosion and rainbow sherbet flavors. All were delicious. We purchased a total of 6 scoops and spent $28. We left shortly after unfortunately as our son scraped his knee in the adjoining parking lot.
Ice cream shop is located right next to the water and is a fun atmosphere. Would visit again.“

“The staff was amazing and the ice cream was mind blowing. Of all the local, handmade ice cream shops I've visited, this one is by far the best! Chocolate was amazing and the selection was extensive! A must if you're ever in downtown Mystic!!“

“I had my first Diary Queen ice cream at the Niantic branch, the heath cup-achino - it had caramel, a chocolate fudge and whippy ice cream. (I can’t remember the exact name. I will definitely have it again and take a photo next time!) It was a sundae. Huge portions. I shared mine with my other half. There was a long queue as everyone was there after the Memorial Parade. I didn’t mind waiting. There’s lots of car parking space outside. It was a take away. The only thing I was sad about was there was no coffee ice cream on the menu. I get that this place is for children, the menu was huge. You don’t want children bouncing off the walls, but adults love ice cream too.“

“good treat for the family“
“We have been coming here for several years. The kids always have a great time! The staff does a super job of setting up for the festivities. During the summer the splash pad is a big hit. Love that you can bring in your own food. It’s a great and easy place to take the young ones.“
“Mike and the Flavorking ice cream trucks are the best!“

“It’s the best Candy Store“
“I'll always be a fan of dipped cones and hot fudge sundays from Dairy Queen. Service was kind of weird. The guy working here wasn't around and the place was dark when we arrived in the evening. Then he came out and served people for a little over an hour. Then the lights went out again, so I'm not sure what their hours are. He was friendly though. I was also really excited to see the variety of flavors for dipped cones! chocolate, cherry, dreamsicle (which I hope to try when it isn't sold out) and butterscotch“

“WOW. erin at ben & jerry’s absolutely crushed it. we gave her full creative freedom to whip up a sweet & salty milkshake and she seriously delivered — it was hands down one of the best milkshakes we’ve ever had. not only is she incredibly talented, but she was also so kind and patient while our whole group took forever deciding (and it was right before closing!). never once did we feel rushed. she made us feel welcome, taken care of, and left us with the most delicious treat to top off the night. 10/10 — erin, you’re amazing!“
