“Went on Friday night and enjoyed an amazing dinner. One of the friends with us is Vegan and it was so nice to have vegan options for her as well. Service was fantastic, never waited on anything. A special touch is the owner visits each table to ensure we are enjoying ourselves and the food. Totally recommend to anyone looking for a nice, cozy and quiet restaurant where you can actually have a conversation.“

“I am in from South Carolina and my friends brought me to John’s Cafe. Everything from start to finish was amazing! Signature cocktails, (They had a Pumpkin Russian cocktail that was amazing) appetizers, entrees , and desserts were all great! It is hard to be on point every course, however this restaurant delivered!! Would recommend!!“

“Wife and I went out to dinner and as usual food was on point. Base menu is always good and they always have a seasonal menu of great options. I tried the smoked old fashion and it was a home run. They put on the whole show and smoked the drink right at the table. Definitely not a disappointment. They always have seasonal drinks and come up and ask how they were. Lots of care in the food and drinks they put on the menu.“

Farm to table with choices for the vegetarian and carnivore. Here you willI never feel hurried nor rushed. The wait staff is attentive to details and when you sit down at the table with its crisp linen; your meal becomes a celebration.“
“OH MY GOD!! What an incredible place with such unique cabins and amazing food! The staff were so professional and welcoming too. We stayed at the Beaver Lodge, which was impeccably designed. The food was some of the best we’ve ever had; cooked to perfection with a good variety and they were able to accommodate allergies and diet preferences without impacting the quality. A definite must-stay!“
