“We have gone to several Chinese restaurants in the area and Golden Dragon tops all of the restaurants. The food was delicious and the staff were wonderful with beautiful spirits. The young lady at the counter greeted us with a beautiful smile, she noticed that I was amazed and loved all of the plants that she gave me a piece of one of the plants so I can plant it. This is going to be our FAVORITE CHINESE spot.“

“I lived a mile away from this place for 20 years. This was our go-to Chinese take-out restaurant. I was down south for eight years and now, I’m in Branford. We have not gotten any decent Chinese food in Branford, so I decided to pick up a quart of pork-fried rice last night as a little test. I was delighted to see that the same family owned the restaurant. They were still so pleasant and the quality had not diminished in the slightest. Anyway, the rice was fantastic and still the best I’ve ever had. Check them out. I can’t wait to order other dishes from them.“

“My fave Chinese takeout spot in West Haven! I've ordered from Lucky Kitchen several times, and the food is delicious every time. The prices are unbeatable- tons of lunch specials for under $10. The man at the counter is always super friendly, too. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great takeout place.

Parking: There's a free lot right by the sports bar, so you only have to walk less than a block to reach the restaurant.“

“I have been to many different Chinese food restaurants and I have to say this by far is the best (in my area). Everything that I have ever gotten was absolutely amazing. Fresh food, no dyes in the food. You can definitely taste and see a quality in the food compared to other restaurants.“

“I came in and looked at the menu. The lady behind the counter was waiting on me, and then I ordered chicken wings with French fries. When I got my order, she was very polite and easygoing. The food was great because the food wasn't greasy. The service was excellent. They also serve seafood...seems like competitive priced with other seafood restaurants. Give this restaurant a try.
