“I came in 15 minutes before closing and they were busy and but still able to take my order. The man at the counter was still nice and personable even with all the business. They’re all hard workers and my food was nice and fresh. Their General Tso is nice and crispy! Exactly how I like it. They don’t usually pick up the phone so it’s okay to just show up and order!“

“I lived a mile away from this place for 20 years. This was our go-to Chinese take-out restaurant. I was down south for eight years and now, I’m in Branford. We have not gotten any decent Chinese food in Branford, so I decided to pick up a quart of pork-fried rice last night as a little test. I was delighted to see that the same family owned the restaurant. They were still so pleasant and the quality had not diminished in the slightest. Anyway, the rice was fantastic and still the best I’ve ever had. Check them out. I can’t wait to order other dishes from them.“

“My fave Chinese takeout spot in West Haven! I've ordered from Lucky Kitchen several times, and the food is delicious every time. The prices are unbeatable- tons of lunch specials for under $10. The man at the counter is always super friendly, too. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great takeout place.
