“It was a busy Saturday, so the normal chaos was present! There aren't a lot of tables inside, but there is seating outside the restaurant, too. The staff was professional, fast and friendly and the food was delicious! Prices were also extremely reasonable for a city establishment!“

“If you go to Chipotle for world class customer service, this ain’t it. But if you go for good sized food portions, this is the best one around. And it’s clean. The line may be long at times, but that’s any Chipotle. At least they work fast in this one. The customer service also isn’t terrible, it’s just not good.“

“My personal experience, and your mileage may vary: this chipotle has the nicest staff of any in the area. When I order on the app I always receive what I paid for. Every chipotle in America skimps on meat, but this location gets closer to 4 ounces than the others nearby. There's also a (tiny) parking lot. I go out of my way to come to this location instead of the one on Willard in friendship heights.“

Man… it’s been a long ride — day 6 of trying to fly out from DC to MIA to SJO, but destiny had a detour for me today. I stopped by this corner store, and let me tell you… Yaya and Justin passed the trial of water, but this time it was with a lemonade that hit straight to the soul 🍋🔥

From the moment I walked in, their energy was real — no fake smiles, no rush, just genuine people showing love and customer service that most big chains could only dream of. Yaya kept it calm and kind, making sure I got exactly what I needed, and Justin held it down like a true professional, repping the store and the community with pride.

These two deserve a raise and recognition — they’re the reason spots like this stay alive and make DC feel like home even when the travel plans don’t go right.

“Geniuely one of the cleaniest and most efficient Chipotle stores I've ever been to. The staff is kind (if not tired from the rushes of customers, understandably), they WORK HARD, and if I'm ever waiting more than 10 minutes its because I hopped into a line with 20+ people in front of me.“

“Just finished my burrito and damn was it good. This is by far the best chipotle in the city. Way better than Navy yard and Howard’s chipotle. Every time I come here it’s clean the food is prepared well and it just tastes way better. “Chipotle in Georgetown, DC was good, but not perfect. The staff was friendly and the line moved pretty fast, which I appreciated for such a busy location. The food was fresh and flavorful overall, and my order was made correctly. The portion sizes were decent, though I wish they were a little more generous.
The main downside was that the seating area could have been cleaner, and a few ingredients looked like they had been sitting out a bit too long. Nothing bad enough to ruin the meal, but noticeable.
All in all, it’s a solid spot for a quick bite—tasty, reliable, and worth stopping by if you’re in the area. Just don’t expect perfection.“

“I was nervous coming to Chipotle since I hadn't been to a location in some time and there's been a lot of news online about how portions have shrunk and staff are not as willing to give a little extra if their first scoop is skimpy. However, today I was served by a sweet older lady who was incredibly friendly and very generous with my portions. I ordered half steak half chicken on a burrito bowl and felt like I got 75% scoops for both. The total was still $15 which is way more expensive than I remember it being, but at least I felt like I got my money's worth in terms of the volume of food. It tasted fresh and delicious and I definitely will be coming back to this location if I have a Chipotle craving.“

However, my visit took a turn for the uncomfortable when I had a disconcerting encounter with the security officer on duty. Throughout my time there, she watched me intently, her gaze lingering longer than what felt appropriate, almost as if she suspected I could be involved in wrongdoing. This persistent scrutiny created a palpable sense of unease, making it difficult for me to relax.

As I waited for my food, I could feel her eyes on me, heightening my anxiety and detracting from the overall pleasant atmosphere. I constantly glanced her way, interrupting my ability to savor the meal I had been looking forward to. While the attentiveness and friendliness of the restaurant staff were commendable, the oppressive glare of the security officer overshadowed what could have been a delightful outing. It was disappointing to leave with such mixed feelings, as the warm service starkly contrasted my unsettling experience with the security personnel.“

“It's funny when you go to Chipotle. To be frank with you, a lot of times the meals are a hit or mess. You go to some places and the food's not cooked right.
The portions are off. Everything is not ideal. The people behind the counter are not very friendly.

But at this one, the very moment this way saw me walk through the door, Josue the manager, made me felt important like it was my first time walking into Chipotle.

The food here was nothing short of phenomenal and truthfully, this should be one of their flagship locations on how to do things correctly.

“the food and service were good but it was hard to find the place because google maps does not take you directly there. additionally, the seating area was rather small and a bit messy alongside it being quite loud. the staff were very kind though!“

“Your typical chipotle , nothing unusual. They sell the international coke that has cane sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup. It was relatively clean and not busy. I think the prices were a little higher than usual maybe due to the DC tax.“
