“My boyfriend and I go out of our way to visit the Chipotle on Vermont Avenue in DC because of Olga. From the moment you walk in, she greets everyone with a smile, and the ingredient line/bar is always spotless, fresh, and perfectly organized.

Not only is she incredibly friendly and welcoming, but she also makes the best bowl (with a tortilla on the side 😉) out of any Chipotle I’ve ever been to. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and the customer experience.

It’s safe to say we always leave in a better mood than when we walked in whenever Olga is there. Please let the higher-ups know that she deserves recognition and praise — employees like Olga are what keep customers coming back!“

The staff On site are really on top of the engagement with a customer when walking in we need to pick up food or the weather in the personal online pick up order food delivery. The freshness and quality is very good from this location. As well as I love the sauces from tejas barbecue is very good.“

“Had a lovely experience with the staff at this location. My son is allergic to milk. Once I said I have an allergy order everyone on the line automatically changed their gloves! 💕they were incredibly safe and kind as I requested a side of guacamole and stated it could not be the guac next to the cheese. So pleased with their care.“

“My personal experience, and your mileage may vary: this chipotle has the nicest staff of any in the area. When I order on the app I always receive what I paid for. Every chipotle in America skimps on meat, but this location gets closer to 4 ounces than the others nearby. There's also a (tiny) parking lot. I go out of my way to come to this location instead of the one on Willard in friendship heights.“

Man… it’s been a long ride — day 6 of trying to fly out from DC to MIA to SJO, but destiny had a detour for me today. I stopped by this corner store, and let me tell you… Yaya and Justin passed the trial of water, but this time it was with a lemonade that hit straight to the soul 🍋🔥

From the moment I walked in, their energy was real — no fake smiles, no rush, just genuine people showing love and customer service that most big chains could only dream of. Yaya kept it calm and kind, making sure I got exactly what I needed, and Justin held it down like a true professional, repping the store and the community with pride.

These two deserve a raise and recognition — they’re the reason spots like this stay alive and make DC feel like home even when the travel plans don’t go right.

“I dont understand the negative reviews. I think people just love to complain and try and get free food.
Ive eaten here no less than 50 times and never once was the food not perfect and fresh and never a complaint.
Never busy, always great food and service.“

“One the better chipotles I’ve been to. Came on the later side of the lunch hour and they still had everything. Also I get why they lock the bathrooms, lots of non-customers coming in to use them. Lots of kids trying to just hang out here as well (not customers). Staff was very friendly!“

“I see that this location has lots of poor reviews but I didn’t have that experience at all.
We pulled up 30 minutes before they closed so they were low on a lot of things. The young man behind the counter immediately notified us of this.
We placed our orders and he packed our bowls. The food was flavorful and filled me up. You could tell they had all had long days but they were still cordial.

“Everyone knows that when getting a to go order at a chipotle it can be luck of the draw - some folks are super generous and other times a bowl can be skimpy. However, every time I order from this chipotle, my bowl is filled to the brim and absolutely delicious! Huge thank you to the staff for being so reliable!!“

“It’s Chipotle nothing special there and the location is convenient for me to pick up and go. The food always comes out the way I order it but I keep it simple so it’s different to mess it up. The staff doesn’t come across to friendly no one seems to be excited to see you and begrudgingly greet you. They have security on staff I guess criminals are or used to get hungry and frequent them who knows I’ve never felt threatened in that area but I don’t scare easily either lol… All in a decent place to get food that we all know about and no E. Coli poisoning is a plus as well.“

“I asked for everything on my veggie burrito today and they were super busy and it's almost like they thought to themselves were going to make him sorry for his order' and angrily slapped large amounts of all the condiments on my burrito. It was 980grams of saucy mess and I'm not sorry. I'm now 1kg heavier!“

“Your typical chipotle , nothing unusual. They sell the international coke that has cane sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup. It was relatively clean and not busy. I think the prices were a little higher than usual maybe due to the DC tax.“
