“I am sure Korean food is the best when tasted in Korea. That's why I'm not a big fan of Korean restaurants abroad. However this one, Rice Bar in DC satisfied me for real. 다만 제 느낌에 1회용 숫가락이 좀더 크면 좋겠고 젓가락에 일본어 적힌 점이 아쉽.. 그래도 또 들리고 싶네요.“

“Very convenient distance from our hotel—just a two or three minute walk. It took a minute or two for us to figure out the right place to start in the line, and no one helped us at first when we got there. The employee who helped us was nice, but they had a difficult time hearing what I was saying, and at one point filled my bowl with something I didn't ask for. The other employee at checkout asked what base and protein I had gotten—it would have been easy to lie and get a cheaper meal.

The food itself was great, and I was happy with the price point. I think the experience could be improved with labels on the glass to point at so employees don't mishear me, as well as some way of marking the bowls so the cashier doesn't have to ask what I got.“

“The food here was absolutely delicious! I literally want to drive the 5 hours back to DC just to get more. The lady that took my order was super cute and sweet and answered all of our questions. I didn't even get a picture of my food because it looked and smelled so good and I just dug right in! They do have a couple of stools at a little bar area, but it is mostly a takeout place.“

“The food is good, but I’m gonna have to remove stars because of the customer service. 😕 When I first entered, I wasn’t greeted. The associate just stared at me, as if to say “I don’t have all day. Are you gonna order anything?” She had the most stony expression… It was only my second time here, so I was quite sure I had not had any negative encounters with anyone. I was trying to get suggestions and ask questions about certain things, but every time I asked a question about something, the server just dumped it in the bowl. He never answered the question. When I got to the cashier, I apologized, because I wondered if I had done something wrong. But he just referred to me as “diva,” and tried to assure me that nothing was wrong. I told him I didn’t appreciate being called a diva. I just don’t like being treated like I’m a problem when I haven’t done anything. I gave two stars for service, because my first experience was so amazing! I don’t know what happened.“

“The manager was extremely kind and knowledgeable. He was patient while I asked him questions about my various allergies and gave recommendations with those in mind. The food 🤤 DELICIOUS. The proteins were not dry and well seasoned. Everything was fresh and the portions were generous. Right after I finished my bowl, I ordered one to go! Highly recommend ✨10/10 will return again!“

“I Highly recommend this restaurant. I had Mother’s Day dinner here and it was AMAZING! The food was great and the customer service was Top tier. The manager Edin was attentive and friendly. My entire family enjoyed ourselves. I will definitely dine with those guys again in the future. Small parties and Large parties are Welcomed. 2 👍🏾 Up.“

“I order the lemon pepper every time. Saucy and quite literally drenched with flavor. I love KFC (korean fried chicken) and this is the best in the county. If I want candied chicken meat- this is where I go. The wing skin is like biting into a lollipop then your teeth sink into the flesh and the chicken taste bursts into your mouth . Phenomenal . Super kind staff- they get me.

“We were in town too see the Cherry Blossoms. While looking for something quick to eat, we stumbled upon SeoulSpice. I have been craving my mother's cooking... You guys are the closest to her cooking that I teared up while eating.... All the way to the last bite. 😋 And then we went again the next night!“

“I eat at Iron Age every time I pass through DC. It is an awesome experience with great food. The price is also very good at $30 for 90 minutes. I just can't order the shrimp because it is whole shrimp with eyes and all.“

Great place for lunch specials and Korean Fried chicken
But it says on the menu it will take 25-30 minutes since it is fried fresh
Well worth the wait
Fries are crispy as well“
