“Our family had a great night out at Nick’s Pizza this past week. We started with the Ceasar salad which was crispy and delicious, the croutons were phenomenal. Next the buffalo wings, which were a big hit at our table. Finally the pepperoni and hot honey pizza. Amazing flavors. We added on the cheesesteak for good measure, so glad we did. We were supposed to take it home, but it didn’t make it. Delicious and the roll was amazing! We’re excited to make this a regular dining destination!“

“Iron shaped pizzeria building similar to the one in NYC. Very tasty pizza, cheesesteaks, salads and other foods available all a fair price. Clean establishment, small interior but has a second floor for seating and outdoor seating as well. Friendly staff and fast service. In the middle of a busy area (Trolley Square) and across from a shopping plaza and near a supermarket. On street parking.“

“Lucy’s has been a staple in the community for years. Every time I come back home I order either a salad or a sub. With this review it was a sub. I ordered in the phone which is super hard to do bc the line stays busy. Definitely should invest in multi line phone service lol. Love that they have the XL sub rolls. I grabbed one on my 11 hour trip on greyhound back to Cleveland. In an insulated bag it held up and was good and fresh when I arrived. Thanks Lucy’s for always good food.“

“My wife and I go here virtually every Friday/weekend since moving to the area a year or so ago. The staff is always friendly when entering, the tables & storefront are clean, and the food is always stellar. We've tried quite a few things on the menu, and still counting! Everything is prepared well, to our specific order, hot, and most importantly, tastes great. You've got two more repeat customers for sure! Thank you!“

“We started with the Small plates of Avocado and then the Salmon. The Avocado dish was divine...perfectly warm with tantalizing flavors beneath it. The salmon was really good but we weren't fans of the "crisp" that comes with it which is made from the skin...too fishy for our taste. That's a personal preference. I had the burger and my wife the Cacio e Pepe. Both were also excellent.“

Seating was odd, as we had a larger party, and even though there were booths to accommodate, they were put together, and you had to climb over a middle bar to get to your seat. The quality of the food made up for the odd seating. Next time in the area, we'll be back! Ordered foods were- chicken cheese steak, mozz sticks, wings, onion rings, and ham/cheese sub. All superb!“

“Got their Detroit style meatball pizza and I honestly think it was the best thick crust pizza I've ever had in my life and in my top 3 best pizzas overall of all time. It certainly was my first Detroit style pizza, which is kind of sad because I'm from MI!

The crust was perfection. The bottom was perfectly crispy with that baked on cheese along the sides and the inside was pillowy with an almost sponge-like consistency (in the best possible way!). The quality of the toppings, including the meatballs and ricotta cheese were top notch. I absolutely gorged myself and have zero guilt about it. It was worth every calorie! lol This was my first time having their food and I'm definitely looking forward to future visits.

The only minor hiccup I had was with the delivery service. I ordered through the Slice App and the delivery fee was almost $7.00 + 20% tip and they didn't even use any sort of insulated bag. By the time I got my delivery (after at least one, possibly two other stops before me - I could see the delivery car on the map), my pizza was not warm at all and was just sitting on the drivers front seat before he handed it to me. How is a $25 insulated bag not required for both food quality and food safety?

Seems like it would be a no-brainer investment to make for a food delivery service, especially if they're making multiple deliveries in a single trip. Fortunately, I was able to freshen it back up on my pizza stone and the rest is delicious history.

I've still going to give them a 5* overall rating because I'm not entirely sure if it's the restaurant or a 3rd party service who handles delivery, but there should be some improvements made as far as how customer food is transported.“

“Customer service alone is 5 stars. I ordered my pizza For Dine In. They delivered to my table. I looked at the pizza and didn’t like it but I said “it’s pizza. Just eat it”. And I couldn’t. I returned to the desk and said I wasn’t pleased. The pizza was over cooked. They immediately fixed me two larger cheesier slices and again delivered to my booth. I appreciate how they handled my dissatisfaction. Oh and the pizza was good! Slices so big I had to finish at home.“

“Prosperos has the best pizza is the N. Wilmington/Lower Delco area. It’s just like Jersey pizza, thin crispy crust…oooey gooey cheese and a plethora of toppings if that’s what you like. AND ITS CONSISTENT. Their chicken tenders are great too, they’re the flat ones (iykyk). Going forward I will only order through the restaurant directly and never again through the Slice app. After what was a “misunderstanding” the Help personel lied and lied and were not helpful. Eventually got in contact with Prosperos…took a discount to my order and delivered the hottest, freshest pizza ever and the crispiest and juiciest chicken tenders ever. Their honey mustard sauce, where ever it comes from, is delicious.

“On several evenings in the past few months, I've waited in the drive thru of Taco Bell, gazing at the interior of 3 Stars Pizza across the street, and pondered what kind of establishment it was like to be called 3 Stars Pizza. Last night, I finally took the opportunity to visit.Upon entry, I noticed the place was busy with the Friday night rush. To my left was the order counter, where staff chattered on phones taking orders, shouted to the cooks, and slapped double digit order labeIs on pizza boxes and bags. To my right was a minimalist seating arrangement and a small TV. I was greeted brusquely but politely by a woman behind the counter, who called me sweetie. She must have been unaware of my reputation as a reviewer, but I prefer it that way; I like when the staff treat me like an ordinary person.My order included a large 3 Stars Special pizza under the "Gourmet Pizza" section of their menu. For its modest price, the 3 Stars Special pizza was beyond modest. With quality ingredients, thin-but-not-too-thin crust, and the perfect balance of cheese, sauce, bread and toppings, the 3 Stars Special easily became the highlight of my Friday night. Unlike most titular pizza pies I've experienced, the 3 Stars Special included salami among the myriad toppings, which I thought to be loyal to the character of Little Italy, and a nice touch.Overall, my expectations of 3 Stars Pizza were greatly exceeded. As much as I wanted to give this establishment 3 stars for its name and be done with it, I must give it the 5 stars it deserves. Next time, I will have to give a $5 tip for my takeout instead of $3. It was about 9pm and we found DiMeo's sold it by the slice and was open til 10 so we shot over there. Walked in and they were cleaning up, but had a few slices left. Marinara was tasty & had some seasoning. Cheeseburger Sub was heavy, toasted which was fine but the lettuce was ehhhh… The hot items were piping hot!!! “HIGHLY RECOMMEND: 2 large pizzas for $23.99. That is an astronomically good deal. They offer that everyday. I would NOT recommend the “specialty” pizzas that come out to $22.99 a pop. With these kinds of pizza places it’s always about the calories per dollar. The staff here is fun and is down to chat when they have time. Kevin, Paul, Rob, and Mickey are all really cool staff and are when they have down-time they love to crack jokes to make your day. This place is split into a takeout spot and a dine-in spot.
