“we had a appointment at Shands and decided to have an early dinner. we started with the grouper fingers which were excellent. For my dinner I had the fried green tomatoes and she crab soup. They were both delicious 😋 Hubby had chicken sandwich and fries which were both good but he wishes he would have gotten something else like the shrimp etouffee. We will definitely be back. Our waitress was an absolute sweetheart sorry I forgot her name. But highly recommend!!“

“My family and I was returning back home from Vacation and decided to find a seafood restaurant during our stop in Gainesville. Our decision to try the "Seafood Dock " was definitely the best one ever. The service was superb, our food was served without much of a wait , it was fresh, hot and presentation was on point. We were a party of five and tried different dishes from the menu . Our portions were not skimpy and the food was delicious. The environment was relaxing, clean and "Tiffany J,"❤️our server was courteous , kind and just made us feel very special. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Tonight, Gainesville Bonefish Grill put on a wine and food pairing event, it was very, very very good, they did an excellent job, there were a few bubbles, but having been in the restaurant business before these are unavoidable. The wine was good not spectacular, but enjoyable, the food was delicious but for this 85-year-old appetite way too much food. The three ladies across from us having her girls night out made the whole evening very special. Unfortunately, the old man next to my daughter was negative about everything. Luckily, I was not seated next to him. Because I have no tolerance for people like that. according to my daughter, she enjoyed herself, so that’s all that matters. The wait staff did A very nice job, which always makes the meal much better.“

“I love Italian food—especially mom-and-pop restaurants. My mom and I tried Pomodoro Café for the first time, and wow… hidden gem. The calamari was perfectly cooked—light, crisp, not greasy at all. The spaghetti Bolognese was rich, smooth, and perfectly al dente… the kind of dish that makes you pause and enjoy every bite. The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. And Virginia—our server—was amazing. Attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!“

“I really loved celebrating my fifth anniversary at this restaurant. Our waiter’s service was great and despite the fact that we didn’t have the bottle of Prosecco we wanted, he solved the problem diligently. The only criticism I have is that the restaurant is too bright, they should make the lights dimmer to give me a more romantic atmosphere.“

“We arrived to plenty of parking and were seated right away—no wait at all, which was a great start! We absolutely loved the huge array of food. Everything we tried was delicious, hot, and fresh. The waitresses were very attentive and kept everything running smoothly. I also thought their “over-eat/waste food” policy was hilarious and honestly reasonable. If people are wasting food when others are starving in the world… yeah, I get it! The ladies’ room was very clean and even had toilet seat covers (a big win for me!), but C said the men’s room was a bit on the gross side, so hopefully that gets some extra attention soon. One thing to note: they don’t serve alcohol, and they only carry Pepsi products—so just a heads-up if you have a drink preference. Overall, we had a great experience. We especially loved the noodles and chicken fingers, and we’ll definitely be returning!“
