Waiting for the next wine pairing dinner there. Chef Luca and LeeAnn are such wonderful hosts and make their guest feel like family.”

It’s totally worth it. Best bakery in Cocoa! I like the French bakery in Cocoa Village, but I like this bakery better. Everything tasted amazing. Try the mixed berry poptarts and donuts to start. “Siam Orchid Cocoa Beach is a Thai, Japanese & sushi restaurant inside the La Quinta Inn that offers a casual space with Asian flair. We discovered this restaurant on our way back to the hotel and decided to check it out. After seeing the reviews on Yelp, we decided to make this our choice for dinner. Walking in, the location was clean and presented a dim ambiance. We headed to the hostess stand, requested a table for two and were immediately taken to our table. As it was my first time, I took a moment to take in all of the options. The menu was very robust and had pages of great options. Once I had taken it all in, I decided on the Crab Rangoon for my appetizer and the Pad Thai with Chicken as my entreé. Crab Rangoon: Very Meaty. Not the cluster of Cream Cheese inner back home. These were filled with crab meat and the right amount of cream cheese. They were very flavorful and fried to perfection. The sweet chili sauce provided was amazing as well and really put the flavor profile on 1000. Pad Thai: The Pad Thai was off the chain good. Great portion. Multi-Flavor profile dish which was done to perfection. All of the flavors paired well and allowed each one to shine. The level of sweetness was exactly as you would expect from a Pad Thai dish done right. Also, the noodles were done perfectly which really complimented the tenderness of the chicken. I’m talking Purrrrrrrrrrfection. Siam Orchid Cocoa Beach was a great decision for dinner. Compliments to the chef.”

“After an incredible day soaking up the sun and enjoying the waves at the beach, we were ready to unwind and treat ourselves to some well-deserved refreshments. That’s when we stumbled upon Tropics Cocktail Bar, and what a delightful discovery it turned out to be! As we stepped inside, the vibrant atmosphere immediately enveloped us, setting the perfect tone for an evening of relaxation and indulgence.

Our server, Nicole, was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we were seated, she greeted us with a warm smile and engaging conversation that made us feel right at home. Her recommendations were spot-on, showcasing her extensive knowledge of the menu. She suggested we try their signature Filipino chesestic, and I can honestly say it was one of the best culinary decisions we've ever made. Each bite was a heavenly experience, the cheese delightfully melting in our mouths, creating a rich and savory sensation that left us wanting more.

But the culinary adventure didn’t stop there! Next up were the chili lime fries, which were a glorious blend of zesty, salty, and spicy flavors. The seasoning was just perfect, the tang of lime paired wonderfully with the heat from the chili, elevating these fries to a whole new level of deliciousness. We couldn’t get enough, and we found ourselves reminiscing about our beach day while indulging in these delightful snacks.

To make the evening even more special, we decided to sample the Baller whiskey. It may not be a traditional Japanese whiskey, it is beautifully Japanese-inspired and aged in authentic Japanese casks. This unique finishing process imparted a smoothness and complexity that was simply divine. Each sip felt like a mini celebration, and we enjoyed the playful garnish of eyes added by the staff, whimsically scattered around the bar, adding a touch of fun to the experience.

As the night wore on, we found ourselves completely immersed in the atmosphere of the bar, the laughter, the music, and the exquisite drinks all combined to create an unforgettable experience. We left Tropics Cocktail Bar with big smiles on our faces and memories etched in our minds, feeling grateful for the wonderful staff, especially Nicole, who made our evening so memorable. If you're looking for a place to unwind and enjoy fantastic food and drink, I cannot recommend this bar enough!”

“Restaurant is inside the Resort on Cocoa Beach. Food was great! Service was amazing. Today they have a “Cuban Night” serving Oxtail Cuban style. We are definitely going tonight to enjoy some Cuban food.

Like I said, came to try the Oxtail and it was delicious, it is served with black beans, white rice, yucca and fried plantains. I definitely recommend it.
Every Thursday they have Cuban food. There is also Happy Hour from 4:00 to 6:00 seven days a week.”

“Needed some food while in town spending most of my time at Cape Canaveral Hospital. There were a few Chinese options equal distance away. This was exactly what I expected… except for the fact the Generals and Sesame chicken meals were really nice portions of white meat. I could barely finish mine. Two lunch plates with fried rice and a soda…~$20.50 (special served until 3pm). I would have no issue paying the higher (slightly) menu price for what you get.
And when I got back to the hospital, parked, and went to 4th floor to eat…food was still very hot. Thanks Kim Bo!”
