The iguanas leisurely walking around made great entertainment for adults and youngsters of all ages. I did love this place and will be back. Google or Mapquest Monteys in Coconut Grove. The meal had some challenges (overcooked and then chewy replacement calamari, overcooked burgers, and replating of food cooked with an allergen vs preparing a fresh plate), but the portions and variety here are excellent. The short rib ragu was delicious. Stefano brought us a variety of complimentary treats at the end of the meal to help soften the disappointment, so again - Stefano saved our meal. “Firsy things first, This restaurant is now called Celias. We were looking for Biscayne Tavern and walked right past it twice lol. Went inside the hotel and they let us know we were in the right spot and that the name had changed. The food was very tasty and served hot. The Mahi Mahi sandwich was seasoned perfectly and the cilantro sauce was delicious. We had a few drinks that were also delicious. Overall its a nice place, decorated beautifully with tropical colors and accents.“

My husband had the sea bass and said it was the best he ever had. I had the filet and the pome puree. Bothe were great! The desert was a show we had 6 leches pearl cake it was great! The neighboring tables were fun to watch. Smokey drinks brought in a chest that glowed blue with smoke billowing out snd a seafood tower with sparklers and smoke from dry ice! All the drama! “This club made me feel so safe the bouncers do an amazing job. One of the bouncers even wear as far as to walk me to where my Uber was because it was late at night and people were being creepy. The atmosphere here is amazing and I had so much fun I ended up going back again. They are the only place that let me store my bag for not an outrageous price. Platitudes like wonderful ambience, fine service, flavorful food, great family style dining, are all applicable but just don't capture the full spirit of the evening. From the pickled cauliflower, to the signature spicy rigatoni ala vodka (which pairs nicely with their pinot noir offering Presqu'ile), to the Caesar salad (you must have those croutons!), and their delicious Italian petit-fours, everything burst with flavor and was resplendent of the authenticity of old Venice. And since you will be spending more than a few pennies here, one must luxuriate in the mid century environs replete with Murano glass chandeliers while being serenaded with a sound track of Italian crooners like Mel Torme and Frank Sinatra in the full bela canta tradition. He was also patience and properly groomed, those are rare qualities in today's society. This made my dining experience exceptional, and I have always enjoyed stopping at Denny's when traveling. It also made my day, thanks to Richie and the entire staff of Denny's at 3600 Biscayne Blvd in Miami, Florida.“
