“I visited Oldays Coffee and had a great experience. Over the course of my meal, I enjoyed two americanos. The coffee was smooth, balanced, and carried a subtle brightness. There was a touch of citrus on the front and a cocoa-like finish that lingered just long enough. It’s the kind of cup that rewards you for paying attention.

For food, I ordered scrambled eggs with gluten-free toast and house potatoes. The eggs were light and satisfying, the toast sturdy enough to do its job, and the potatoes offered a crisp edge with a soft interior. Classic breakfast done well.

Since I was extra hungry (light dinner the night before, more room for wine), I also added the super greens with lemon vinaigrette. The citrus gave it a bright lift, but it was the mint that surprised me—cutting through with a refreshing punch that kept each bite lively. That detail elevated the salad from simple to memorable.

I sat outside on the covered patio, the only guest in that space. It was quiet, calm, and toward the end of my meal, the rain began. I lingered rather than rushing off, and it turned out to be a lovely place to wait out the weather.

The service tied it all together. Ignacio, my server, was attentive without being intrusive. He never made me feel rushed, even though I was dining solo outside.

Between the carefully prepared coffee, the refreshing salad, the peaceful setting, and warm service, Oldays Coffee delivered far more than just a good breakfast. It was an experience worth repeating.“

The flavor tasted a bit off, not much like pumpkin or pumpkin pie…and it felt light on the coffee. Might just be a personal preference, but I’d probably stick to other drinks next time.“

“Super impressed! Not many coffee shops know the true definition of a Machiato. It is espresso with a touch of milk (unlike what Starbucks would have you believe). I placed my order online so I could pick it up on my way to work, it was my first time visiting. The gentleman baristo was super thoughtful and made the espresso shots but wanted to confirm my order when I arrived. It came out perfect 👌 Will be back.“

A hidden gem in a older shopping center. I had the signature panini and my wife had the sunny spinach toast. Both were delicious. The panini was smoky, spicy (not heat, but flavor), and very cheesy. The spinach toast was beautifully proportions and also beautifully seasoned.

The place is spotless, and has a variety of gluten free and vegetarian options.“

“It's always a pleasure to dine at Sapido—one of the few truly authentic Italian restaurants in Fort Lauderdale. My wife and I visit regularly or order from home, and the flavors never disappoint. The dishes are consistently genuine and full of character. This time, I had the fettuccine with Bolognese ragù, while my wife ordered the Pastore pizza topped with a mix of cheeses—both were outstanding. We ordered the 2+2+2 which is 2 Eggs, 2 Sausages or Bacon and 2 French Toast or Pancakes. My wife ordered the same thing but with Bacon. Our friend ordered a 1/2 order of Biscuits and Sausage Gravy. Even though they were busy, our order came out fast. My Eggs were done perfectly, and the Sausage tasted good. The French Toast was hot and very good. My wife’s Eggs were done perfectly, and her Bacon was browned just like she wanted. Her French Toast was very tasty. Our friend's Biscuits and Sausage gravy was very good. Everything was hot and tasted great. I can't wait to get back there for dinner so I can make a more involved review. We went back for dinner around 5pm the same day and got seated immediately. I ordered Chopped Steak with Mashed Potatoes, Coleslaw and Salad. I liked the fact our waitress asked how I wanted my Chopped Steak done. The wife ordered the Salmon with Baked Potato, Coleslaw and Salad, our friend ordered the foot long Hot Dog with Fries. They served our Salads quickly. Everything tasted fresh, one thing I loved was that our Salads were chilled. Our main order came out shortly after our Salads. They looked great and filled up our plates. My Chopped Steak was done perfectly, Mashed Potatoes were good, and of course the Coleslaw was very delicious. My wife’s Salmon was done and tasted great. She did say her Baked Potato tasted a little old. She loved her Coleslaw as well as her Salad. Our friend's foot long Hot Dog was done perfectly, and he loved the Fries, they did have some extra fried onions on the plate along with his dog. All our food was hot and very tasty. Wednesday 10-9-24 we stopped for breakfast. We got seated fast and coffee cups were filled at that time. I got the House Special which consisted of 3 Eggs, 1 Smoked Sausage, Home Fries and Rye Bread. My wife ordered the Belgium Waffle with fresh Strawberries. Our ordered came out fast and it was hot and so good. One of the best breakfasts out that I ever had for sure. We stopped back for dinner same day at 6:30pm. I ordered the Turkey, Mashed Potatoes, Filling, Carrots and Peas. I also got a house Salad on the side. My wife ordered the same thing, and our friend ordered the 6 BBQ Wings. When JT brought our food out it was hot, large portions and so tasty. It was the best Turkey platter I ever had at a restaurant. Our friend loved his BBQ wings as they were meaty and very tasty. Thursday 10-10-24 we stopped for our last meal as we were leaving to go back home next morning. I got the Chopped Steak, Mashed Potatoes, and side Salad again. My wife got the Roast Beef sandwich. Our friend got a side Caesar Salad. Service was fast food was hot and all was very good. I do recommend this place and believe you all need to try it. Prices are reasonable, the servings are large, a great value for your money. I gave this place 5 stars, for the great tasting food, large portions, and service all above and beyond. “We love this place. The steak and eggs are incredible with a massive portion of steak. The avocado toast is also amazing and same with the locks and bagel. The french fries are the best we've ever had and when they have special French toast or waffles for the special of the month, they are always amazing also“

“I ordered a coffee and a piece of coffee cake. The server, Esther asked if I wanted it warmed up. I assumed it was at room temperature so I said “no thanks”. When i took a bite I knew it came from the refrigerator so I kindly asked to please heat it for me. To my surprise Esther said with a smile, it the policy of the cafe is not to take back any item but they would provide me with a new piece of cake and to keep the “cold” one. I never had a cafe or restaurant treat me with such amazing service. They made sure that me, the customer should have the best experience they could provide.

“My mom, aunt, my two daughter ages 10, 8 and I stumbled upon the Friendship Cafe just leisurely walking on our way to get back on the water taxi. The restaurant was bright and very inviting. We didn’t know how hungry we were until stepping in. I ordered for all of us to share, the Shawarma plate with falafel and six of the sides. I could have eaten them all, as there were many to choose from. I have never seen my girls enjoy a meal so much as well as my mom and aunt. I would have been able to post a picture, but they devoured it to fast, I wasn’t able to capture one. That plate was enough to feed and satisfy five bellies, it was fast, fresh, reasonably priced and served from one of the most friendly smiles we had encountered thus far in our week vacation. “Great location located inside the Broward health hospital. I came to this location in my unfortunate overnight stay. It was absolutely freezing inside, but the do have a door that takes you to a outside patio. With table and chairs. The barista that took my order was so pleasant and so nice.
