We left Tampa for a year, and when we finally moved back to the area and went to Cold Stone, Nick remembered us immediately and asked how our time was in the other city. He has great attention to detail and customer service. Not to mention he is always cheery, conversational, and makes a mean ice cream! He is a true gem and deserves a raise/promotion! We know we are in good hands when we pull up to CS and Nick is there.“

There had to be at least 10–15 people in front of me, but he stayed patient, friendly, and in a good mood the whole time. He treated everyone with kindness and never looked annoyed or rushed, even with such a long line.

By the time it was my turn, he made my ice cream perfectly, and you could tell he actually enjoyed helping people. It honestly made my night. Give that man a tip, a bonus, or a raise—he deserves it! And y’all definitely need a third person working on holiday weekdays because it gets busy.“

“The gelato was amazing, however the coffee and matcha was not very good. I purchased a matcha latte and it was completely watered down. It tasted like water and basil? It was also pricey considering how bad the matcha was.

All in all, the drinks are not great however the gelato and atmosphere are great, and the employees are very friendly.“

Food was unique and fun to try , we sampled the souffle pancakes🥞 , bento 🍱 boxes and the taiyaki 🐟 . Our favorite was the bento boxes , the shrimp 🍤 was really yummy ! We won a cute plushie in the claw machine while waiting for our food . I was served by Nuria, and even though she seemed to be working all by herself, she was very fast, It’s rare to see someone work with that much efficiency while still being so genuinely kind and attentive. She has a great energy and was so sweet the entire time.
