“MintyZ is an all vegan dim sum and Asian restaurant. I had their Forest Omakase which is an 8 course tasting menu. You won't leave hungry. The tasty menu began with kimchi which was spicy and crunchy cauliflower. Loved the cantaloupe Tartare with Rice Crackers. If I knew I was gonna to die tomorrow, I would have the cantaloupe Tartare asy last meal. It's sublime. The other tastes included the Cuban corn wontons, prosperity Gyoza and massaman curry noodles. We enjoyed the bing bread, bao, wonton in brodo, steak and a gnocchi type dish (I don't recall the name). They told us their menu changes frequently, so we can go more often and try new things. This was a delivery order, but I loved how efficient the service was on the online platform. My friend and I were able to build our own bowls. My bowl was filled with sushi rice, wild shrimp, carrots, cucumbers, sesame seeds, furikake, spicy mayo and eel sauce. Everything mixed together brought a perfect balance of flavor. My husband and I have big appetites and we exercise so we always complain about portion sizes and such little protein. Here they give you generous amounts of salmon and tuna in every dish. Our waitress, Jennifer, was also super attentive, very pleasant, and made great recommendations. The only downside is that they only have sake, wine and beer but I ordered a white wine that was actually pretty good. Other than that I highly recommend this place. Delicious food :)“
