“A & B Lobster House 700 Front St., Key West, FL 33040 4 Stars Ah, the Conch Republic. How can you not love the Key West even if it is a tourist trap. It is our tourist trap. Any place Papa Hemingway lived has to be cool. Opened 70 years ago by good friends Alonzo Cothron & Berlin Fleton, A & B Lobster House has become a Key West Waterfront icon in what is now A & B Marina. They have expanded over the decades to include a slew of eateries. Upon entering the abode, I almost thought I had stepped into an atelier; the place was so pristine and classic-looking. Michelle was the server today, and she was more or less what one expects from a place that bills itself as "fine dining." She was knowledgeable, polite, and professional. I asked for one Old Fashioned from Berlin's Bar, some Beef Carpaccio, and a New York Strip (Blackened and medium-rare) with a Caribbean Lobster Tail. Relaxing in the atmosphere of Key West, I was almost lost in the comforting arms of Hypnos when Michelle brought forth our fare. First, the Old Fashioned was made by someone who obviously knew what they were doing as it was delicious. I then turned my attention to the order of Beef Carpaccio. I learned from Michelle that the "fresh baked" part of this was neither fresh nor baked on-site. As I've stated a million times, if a dish involves any bread or pastry product, it has to start with the bread or pastry. If that is off, it throws the whole dish off, which was the case here. A for effort - D for quality. Moving on to the Blackened New York Strip and Caribbean Lobster Tail. Looking at the pictures, you can clearly see that beautiful, blackened crust on the charred bovine. It was cooked to a succulent medium-rare and was extremely tasty on the palate. The accompanying Lobster Tail was delightfully seasoned, grilled to perfection and caused my taste buds to break into a Bruckins as they were freed of crappy food for the nonce. The Carpaccio and bread are a 1, while I found the NY Strip and Lobster Tail to be a 4.5. Hence, the overall rating of a 4 -- giving greater weight to the entree. The Big Boy says, "I'm not sure if there is better dining in tourist trap haven, but it's miles above anything up in Cocoa Beach serving the same feed."”
“Excellent service from owner Francesca and her knowledgeable staff. We enjoyed exploring her delicious dishes and exclusive wines from the Bocelli family. This hidden gem in Key West is a must-try”

“Being from Canada we were looking forward to trying this little quirky restaurant on a boat . Ribs and brisket were excellent and best baked beans I’ve ever tasted. Apparently missed the neighbour hood manatee who lives in the port . We would definitely visit again !”

“First of all they have boars head meat. Off to a great start. Second.. it’s got the little sub deli shop feel it’s great. The sub was amazing!! And the owner is beyond welcoming and nice!! Highly recommend! If I come back to key west I’d definitely come back in.”
“Celebrated my 30th birthday here and it was by far the best food we ate in Key West. We ordered the Asiago bread and squid for our appetizers. The squid was FABULOUS!!! I’ve been craving it since! For dinner we did the wahoo, swordfish, prime rib and chicken. All of which we were each raving about to each other! The atmosphere was dimmed candle lit tables and our server was great! Highly recommend for anyone wanting to taste high end food and it be up to par! Will definitely be back!”
“Great staff, excellent tapas, the beef tenderloin is a must and priced very fairly 👍”

“We stayed down the block at a AirBnB so naturally got coffee and breakfast our first morning. It was so delicious we ate breakfast there every morning except for one (we had to leave for the ferry before they opened, so we ate dinner there that night!) All the food was amazing! Well seasoned, fresh, flavorful, and portions were huge! The coffee was perfect, I really loved the cortadito and milk espreso. The staff was friendly and offered recommendations if needed.”
“This place was fantastic. I met the owner(s?), they were so warm and friendly. They went above and beyond with their service and knowledge. I fell in love when the gal told me she made all the treats herself and all their packaging was biodegradable. The coffee was phenomenal, like nothing I’ve ever had before. I wish I lived close enough to have it regularly”
“An absolutely hidden gem in Key West. 18 in-house beers that were all very good. There are lots of different beer styles that are all very good. The food menu is perfect for a day of drinking. Their guacamole was superb. The bartender, Angelina, was a joy. Very engaging and knowledgeable about the beer and all things local.”
“Best coffee shop in the planet! We went in and placed an order on an extremely busy day (the day of the airshow) with kids in tow. We were waiting a fair amount of time and the owner came up to me with kind words, pushed the order along, and even threw in a free muffin. Everything we got was DELICIOUS! You could tell by the conversations that they are beloved members of the community, which warms my heart. We will definitely be back every time we head south! ❤️”
“This place was phenomenal all around. The owner greeted us, management all greeted us, and staff was attentive all around. Lobster pizza and the street corn pizza were phenomenal. I loved the Pina colada key lime pie. It is by far the best key lime I have tried. The view, the chickens, all of it!!”
“I love this place! I came here years ago when my wife told me about frozen key lime pie on a stick. I was hooked after my first bite. My oldest daughter and I used sneak out and get a slice when the young ones went to bed. Then I bought key lime juice and other treats. Recently I discovered key lime bbq sauce from Kermits and it is soooo good on chicken. Plus this store is dog friendly with a bowl of water for thirsty doggos. I have tried all the other pie on a stick flavors and now just stick with regular dark chocolate.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly”
“To access the restaurant you have to go up to the first floor, it is the typical American bar with people eating at the counter, the food was good, and the price was affordable.
Wheelchair accessibility: As it is a first floor with exterior stairs, it cannot be accessed by wheelchair.”

“After a morning of snorkeling we headed her for lunch. Getting to the restaurant looked a little sketchy but once we were there it seemed OK. I had. hard time understanding the waitress and ended up ordering three appetizers somehow. All three were delicious though. I asked if they had a kids menu when we were seated and he said yes but the waitress would let us know. When asked about the kids menu she said they didnt have any. We got 3 chicken sandwiches, 2 fish and chips and 2 cheeseburgers. While the food was fantastic the service was lacking a bit. We didn't get any refills. The gentleman that brought our food out helped us more then the waitress did. Loved the atmosphere. Light music playing with the view of water but it was nice and cool inside. You have the option to sit outside as well. I would go back for sure.”
“Viva was delicious! We went for an announcer dinner. We wanted a perfect steak without all the fancy ingredients & we got just that! The steak was perfect. Our server was excellent! We sat outside under the Tiki Hut, the fans and shade made it very comfortable in the Aug heat. The drinks were on point~ Highly recommend.”
“My husband and I were there tonight. We were at your restaurant 12 years ago and we had the Soul Mama soup then and I had to go back while in Key West to have it again. Even in 100 degree weather I had to order me some soul mama soup. The lobster special was very tempting, but I couldn’t pass up my favorite. Thank you for keeping Soul Mama on the menu ❤️🎉”
“Oh my goodness, what a wonderful experience we had when dining with you on November 30th! The food was incredible and service was outstanding! If you like martinis, they have many to choose from. We celebrated my husband’s birthday with a beautiful sunset view. (Thank you to the staff for making it extra special!)Seriously, a perfect dining experience! When in Key West, definitely dine here!”
“We just left there and we had an amazing time staying at the campground. We went to the restaurant every day and it is really a great place to eat and hang out. We would love to see a couple of delicious desserts added to their menu, but other than that, no complaints at all! Great food, nice atmosphere, and we can’t wait to get back there in December! Also, take a short ride in a Lyft or Uber to Old Town and enjoy!!!”

“I was looking for true island food, and the Duval Street scene is not for me. Trusted the high review numbers and was not disappointed.
I went with the shrimp creole. The rich seasonings were infused in each bite and only encouraged each next bite. The generous portion ensured I would not leave hungry.
I topped off the meal with a slice of key lime pie. The decadent key lime flavors contrasted the rich consistency of the dessert.
An electric guitar hung nearby with the promise of live music on busier nights. I am certain the ten tables and bar seats quickly fill on weekends.
I left fully satisfied and ducked into Hurricane Helene for a stormy nights rest.”

“I booked this hotel for my daughter and friends. They had nothing but praise for the property. It was clean, staff extremely friendly and helpful and the location was perfect. If they get a chance to re-visit Key West, they expressed that they will re-book the same place.”
“Bartender alone ! She made an Outstanding Old Fashion and grapefruit Martini.”

“It has such a cool vibe, the staff were super friendly and professional and the food and drinks were so fresh and delicious on top of being really gorgeous! 💗 I also loved the added touch of the dog bowls on the side walk, MANY dogs stooped to grab and quick drink. I recommend 10/10 !”

“The food is healthy and delicious. Staff friendly and kind. You don’t need a “Loyalty Card” just add your phone number and use your perks as you please. Customers receive credits with each purchase. This is a healthy alternative to calorie laden meals. Incorporate a few trips to Date and Thyme in your weekly routine and your belly will smile. Mine gets happy with the Blueberry Bliss smoothie, organic apples (quick snack), espresso, the prepared foods (some make a great meal right on premises). There is ample seating and shade to keep you cool. Be cool my friends!”
“The sandwiches are to die for! We went back two days in a row. The only thing to watch out for, they accidentally gave non-gluten free bread when asked for on an order and we didn’t realise until we went back the second day and the bread was visibly different.”
“I’ve driven by The Corner Sandwich Shop in Key West many times over my last vacation and every time, I noticed locals lined up or picking up sandwiches. That’s always a good sign, so on this trip, I made it a point to stop by—and I’m glad I did!
This is a true walk-up window spot, with a handful of outdoor counter seats and a menu posted on boards flanking the order window. Simple, unassuming, and exactly the kind of local gem you hope to find on vacation.
I ordered the steak sandwich and it was perfect. A generous portion, packed with flavor and great texture. The griddled beef was tender and savory, paired with grilled onions, melted cheese, fresh tomato, and the unexpected crunch of potato sticks—an amazing touch that brought everything together.
My wife and kids tried the Cuban sandwich and absolutely devoured it. What stood out was the way the pork was reheated—seared on the grill for a bit of crispy texture before being tucked into the sandwich. That little detail made a big difference in both flavor and mouthfeel.
It’s clear why the locals keep coming back. Great food, quick service, and zero fuss. If you’re in Key West and craving a satisfying sandwich, don’t miss this spot.”
“Fast, fresh delivery. Visiting the area and pleased to have such delicious food delivered so quickly! Spinach samosas were hot and steamy upon arrival and delicious. Falafel and gyro platter come with fresh roasted vegetables- a nice, fresh non-fried choice in the keys”
“The food is so freaking delicious and you can taste the care and Love she puts into HAND MAKING all her dishes. The coffee is strong, but the Love is Stronger!! I would recommend this place to anyone who has tried Israeli food and misses it, or anyone who has not and wants to experience something truly special.”
“Thank you for making my wife's birthday dinner enjoyable. Everything was first class. We have been here many times and Azur is one of our favorites in town.”

“If you’re in Key West and haven’t tried Wasacaca, you’re truly missing out on a hidden gem! This food truck serves the most incredible authentic Venezuelan food, and it’s run by the kindest and friendliest person you’ll ever meet, Neilee. My favorite thing to order is the chicken cachapas! They’re absolutely out of this world – perfectly cooked, loaded with flavor, and just the right balance of savory and sweet from the corn pancake. It’s comfort food at its finest. I highly recommend trying them! Neilee’s dedication to authentic flavors shines in every bite, and it’s clear she pours her heart into every dish. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, make it a priority to stop by Wasacaca – you won’t regret it!”
“Fogartys was one of our favorite places to eat. Maxwell was our server and he was great! he has a wonderful personality and made sure we were well taken care of. Slushy drinks were made extremely well, and food was delicious. atmosphere was fun and laid back. 5/5 would highly recommend and definitely on our list of places to visit again in our next visit.”
“The Bartender’s and Staff are amazing! Food is consistently good, drinks as well as food is probably the most reasonably priced on the Island! Also, Sun Loungers are only $15 bucks for the entire day. The Beach is small but it’s always clean and a good vibe. Great mix of Locals and Tourists! Highly recommend for a relaxing day out 🙌”
“Lovely place for breakfast! Me and my family ate eggs, pancakes, bacon and bread for a really reasonable price. The coffee was really good as well! The two people who ran it were really friendly and were happy to talk to us about Key West after we ate. It is also in a beautiful courtyard with seats both outside and inside.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly”
“OUTSTANDING!! OUTSTANDING!! OUTSTANDING!! Only way to describe my recent experience at Chef Richie’s Lola’s Bistro. Incredible dinner with amazing sauces. Everything was great from start to finish. Will definitely eat here again. Two seatings 6:00 & 8:00. It’s BYOB. Best meal I’ve had in a long time. This place is a home run. Make sure to call ahead for reservations.”
“Extremely overpriced food. Worst sloppy joe sandwich I've had in my life! certainly not worth $15.49 and NO SIDES included. Small, and not much filling, I've had better at a church picnic! Drinks are no better than anywhere else. Party atmosphere, but if you want good food and decent portions for REASONABLE prices, look elsewhere.”
“Have been there twice. Last year was amazing. Everything perfect. This year, the special was prawn (not gulf coast shrimp as specified) and the prawn had the seafood stank, unlike typical fresh seafood. Didn’t want to cause a stink. Way overpaid IMO, we’ll be back about a 50:50 shot. Wasn’t busy? Perhaps off season? Idk.”
“I was excited to try the food here after reading all the reviews. The service is great with very friendly staff. The food, however not bad, lacked flavor. I wasn't expecting this from a Caribbean food truck and felt disappointed. The price was also higher than what is shown in the pictures here.
The juice, though, was amazing.”
“staff is excellent and responsive. facilities are the greatest in Key West. it is a bit of a hike from the rest of Key West but Key West is pretty small so it wasn’t too bad”

“This is some of the best Mexican we have had in Key West. The staff is very friendly. I wish I remembered his name but our waiter was so friendly and attentive that we asked if he owned the place. he said no he just worked there but really enjoyed his job. You don't see that much any more!”
“Perfect location on Duval! Easy walk to beach, bars, and restaurants. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Rooms have everything you need, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, beach chairs, beach towels, information on local attractions, I could go on and on… Oh and the fact that the rum bar is right downstairs is very convenient, maybe too convenient, lol! 🍹🥴”
“Great place. The ladies that worked the Greene St. shop are so sweet and friendly. When I worked for the Conch Tour Train it was my go-to at the Stop 3 😁 I've moved since mid 2022. If I get the chance to visit, I will definitely stop in for a cup of coffee and their delicious emenadas 😀”
“Friendly staff and clean establishment. My boyfriend was so excited to find authentic shave ice like they have in Hawaii! This was my first time having it like this, and it was delicious plus the portions were huge. Make sure you upgrade to island style!”

“Excellent food, above average friendly service and a warm cozy atmosphere! Spaghetti & meatballs and eggplant parm were both plentiful & delicious! Cool little bar, not a bad seat in the place! Looking forward to coming back again next year.”
“Absolutely wonderful food! Pizza, calzone, and carbonara were delicious! Calamari and caprese appetizers were fabulous too and atmosphere and service was top-notch! Highly recommend the location on Duval, down the alley!!”

“We had our wedding dinner here March 28th and they were absolutely amazing! They handled our large party well, drinks and food were amazing and service was super fast! We will definitely be stopping in on our next trip!”
“Unbelievable! We had the calamari app which was sautéd. Freaking amazing! Next my wife ordered the Ceviche. Off the hook! Now for the coup de grace, the Black Grouper with passion fruit and mango chutney. OMG!!! A foodies dream! A must stop when in Key West!!!!”
“The staff is friendly and the food is great ! Half Shell Raw Bar is always a must when we stay in Key West. You will never be disappointed.”
“Excellent wine selection and supplemented by the owner Mark. A great knowledgeable conversationalist and such a pleasant guy to chat with. Almost forgot we went in for wine. A must visit when in the Keys, forget the trashy Duval street pseudo-bars and kick back with a glass of Red from Mark.”
“Great food, great staff, comfortable no-hurry dining room. From apps to salads to sandwiches to platters. Not a loser in the bunch. Gotta have the tomato soup.”
“I highly recommend Irish Kevin’s. However after coming here for over the past 20 years, today May 25,2025 was the worse service we have ever had. We had the laziest waitress ever. Never came around asking if we needed anything. Then there were 3 of us originally and we told her it was 2 & 1 for the check. We then had a bunch of friends show up and she decided it was one check. It was hard to understand her but I don’t think she could understand us. So frustrating. This is my favorite bat in KW but if this happens again it will be our last. The entertainment is always top notch.”
“Usually, I go to Salutes at night. However last Friday myself and a good friend met for an afternoon lunch. I have to tell you from the moment we were seated and our server introduced herself the luncheon was spectacular. Mary Jo was so bubbly, excited and energetic that it changed the whole dining experience. She made the lunch fun and all about us. Apparently, Mary Jo works Monday -Friday and that's why I never ran into her before. Make sure you visit and look for her. Barbara Bosco Crespo”
“I highly recommend the Reverend Joe’s Burger and the Cuban! They serve an Island Life Lager that is brewed by Waterfront Brewery right in Key West! It was awesome as well!”

“Excellent food. Their tomato bisque! Historic building. Charming.”
“Had a blast! You exceeded all of my expectations with your tequila selection last night. From your single barrel Fortaleza “Horse Play” to the G4 6 barrel and the other extensive selection. Killer atmosphere def sets you apart from everywhere else. The DJ out back was sick and we will be back.Keep up the good work!”
“Gotta get a zombie!
Great little tiki bar with awesome live music and a really cool aesthetic. We went back here several times to try different cocktails and loved it.”
“Cozy little place with very nice staff. We had wide noodles, lobster soup, and a few appetizers. The food was tasty and warm —perfect for a cool evening. They executed each dish well, overall. The prices felt slightly high, however (even for the island), and my wife's nigiri was pretty small compared to most sushi places. But overall it was a good experience and I would come back.”
“Alvin was honestly the best bartender I ever had in my life! He was so much fun and added so much character to the place! He was singing and dancing and simply happy to be alive. Genuine, kind hearted lovely bartender. If only the world had more people like Alvin 😊🙏🍸❤️”
“We spent a little over a week and each day was better than the previous! The breakfast was amazing, the bar and food were also great! Every single staff member we were in contact with was friendly, gracious, and beyond accommodating! Special shout out to Felix and Lisa! The rooms were beautiful… So clean, large, with great views, and the beds were super comfortable! Our son goes to school and lives in Key West so we are down there often… This was our first time at the Capitana and definitely not our last! From here on out we will stay nowhere else! I have been telling people and will continue to tell everyone I know that this is the best place to stay in Key West!”
“It was our last brunch in the keys the setting view people and food so good and we loved the music”
“My husband and I have been coming here for years. It’s exceptional. We never have any problems with dietary restrictions and the service is 10/10”
“Fantastic wine and food! The service here was phenomenal and the Godfather charcuterie board is a must! The included bread was some of the best we have had and paired very well with their goat cheese and a touch of honey. Variety of wines are available at fair prices and pours are very generous. Do keep in mind that there was only 1 person taking orders and serving the food, so the wait can be slightly above average. Still, this wine bar was fantastic and we highly recommend visiting if you're in Key West!
Updated on 6/22/25: Stopped by and the ambiance and wine were still as great as last time! Enjoyed the Godfather charcuterie board once again! We did notice that the portion of bread was reduced but the quality and flavor of everything was phenomenal. The Échiré spread that came with the bread was absolutely incredible. Highly recommend this spot!”
“Somewhere in that bar, you will find a painted plaque dedicated to Capt Mark Gamble, he and his wife perished on a vessel that was modified in Key West. Captain Paul Worthington was so touched by their story he allowed a painted plaque to be placed in his bar, You as a person from afar are allowed to drink here not knowing the history of the great masters who sat here like Hemmingway and Mel Fisher met their demise thur their love of the ocean. I miss all of these men dearly, I am shedding tears for all as I write this story. You are fortunate to sit in their shadow and consume drinks in a place where only the greatest of men have hollowed. This is not your normal bar, this is a shrine to men who loved the ocean and have perished. You should feel privileged to sit and drink here.”
“Stopped for lunch, amazing food! fish tacos were incredible! very impressed. best food I've had in Key West. Havana Hog Punch was also delicious! highly recommend.”
“Great experience during lunch. Go straight to the bar. It’s on the water. Beat the dinner crowd and enjoy a great view during a lunch visit. Much more relaxing! No reason to fight the crowds at night.”
“Can't wait to go back the next time we're in Key West, we love this place! Great atmosphere Great views, highly recommend❤️”
“tasty brunch followed by relaxing on the beach. Kids loved it here”
“Lovely family owned restaurant in Key West. Inside you feel a million miles away from the touristy street of Duval. Aesthetics are warm and inviting, service is attentive, friendly, and accommodating. Food was exceptional with many choices to me different food preferences. Look forward to our next visit.”
“We visited the Yummy Crab while on vacation in Key West! It was by far the best food we ate down there! it was seasoned to perfection.... the wait staff were very attentive and friendly. We are so happy we stumbled upon this gem!!!!”
“Duffy’s was recommended by a local and while it was good I wouldn’t say great. I opted for the surf and turf and the sirloin was tender and delicious, melted in your mouth. The lobster however had no flavor and was over cooked. The baked potato was just ok, but we all know it’s not hard to cook a baked potato. The service was friendly and quick and they got us right in. Maybe it was an off night, you decide!”
“So delicious hands down the best homemade pasta, sauces and bread I have have ever had!”

“Delicious food and drinks with a great atmosphere and friendly staff”
“Great food! We all shared the filet mignon fried rice it was a huge portion. The sushi was very fresh and the lobster roll was delicious. Their house beer "Every day good day" was refreshing after being out in the sun all day.”
“Really enjoyed the convenience of having Abbey Road there. .Drinks by the pool. And great Breakfast!!
Shout out to Marcella she was friendly and took great care of us..
The prices are very reasonable.”
“Great stay at La Concha. Added bonus of Tropicado Mojito Bar with doors right off of Duvall! Gary and Sarah were amazing to us. Anticipated our needs and made excellent drinks. Try the Blackberry Mojito or the Espresso Martini! PS. Hotel pool is wonderful with cabanas, bar, and 3 floors of games and seating areas.”
“Some of the absolute best Latin food I’ve had the pleasure of eating while living in key west! 11 out of 10 worth trying 🫶🤙🇳🇮”

“5 STARS! I found this alfresco cafe in Key West because it looks like Florida. Colors, open air, music, food, great vibe! Then came the food. I had a salmon crepe that was huge and a cappuccino that made my day! Next time in town my girlfriend and I WILL be coming back!”
“Great experience during lunch. Go straight to the bar. It’s on the water. Beat the dinner crowd and enjoy a great view during a lunch visit. Much more relaxing! No reason to fight the crowds at night.”
“Amazing experience everytime. Everything is always hot fresh and delicious. Best sushi in Key West”
“Delicious food! And lots of it! If you come to Key West it's a must.”
“We dined here on Sept 14, 2025 The toasted coconut piña colada was amazing!! Everyone had a cheeseburger with French fries, everyone was pleased! We would eat here again.”
“The food was excellent; my wife had the hog fish special and I had the chicken parmigiana. We split chocolate mousse for dessert. The service was excellent. Highly recommended!!”
“Always enjoy my meals there. The ambience would be enhanced if one of the waiters, not ours, could lower his voice. I've heard the same speeches from him every time a new customer is seated for him. I eat there regularly and try to eat at the bar unless I'm with others or it's just too hot. I'm sure some of his patrons find him delightful. I'm not one of them.”
“This is hands down our favorite restaurant whenever we’re in the Florida Keys — and for good reason. We’ve never had a bad meal or poor service here. This visit was no exception and might’ve been our best yet. I had the crabcakes, which were perfectly crisped on the outside and packed with flavor. My daughter ordered the lobster ravioli and declared it one of the best meals she’s ever had. My husband went with the Caribbean pork chops — moist, tender, and full of island flavor. Even the kids meal impressed us: our grandson’s fish fingers came out looking like a full adult entrée, complete with freshly cut fruit. And yes, everyone wanted a bite of those fish fingers. As for the drinks: the Caribbean Mojito made with Bombarda Culverin Caribbean Rum was refreshing and just strong enough to remind you you’re on vacation. The Million Dollar Conch-A-Rita (their signature top-shelf margarita) with Herradura Blanco, agave, fresh lime juice, and a Grand Marnier float? Worth every dollar. We finished with the hot pineapple upside-down cake — warm, gooey, and absolutely dreamy. And as always, the view of the water is breathtaking. You just can’t beat dinner with a sunset over the sea.”
“We didn't want to leave the hotel but were hungry. The bacon turkey sandwich was phenomenal. A significant amount of turkey AND bacon. Sweet potato waffle fries were on point.”
“Omg the best food hands down I never tasted something so delicious and authentic and amazing as this place 😩😩😩”
“We had a shockingly delicious chicken sandwich with fries before a flight out. Honestly, was one of the tastiest fried chicken sandwich I've ever had. Friendly service as well! Great spot to relax if you're waiting for a flight.”
“Amazing Gluten Free Pizza! Thankful for a Celiac Safe lunch. A must try wood-fired pizza ( and the chocolate tart was also really good).”
“My server was nice and sweet (blond girl), but the other one (dark hair, black outfit) was mean and unpleasant. If I ask her something it seems I'm bothering her.
It's sitting outside, around the pool - cute concept.”
“Excellent experience.. we travel to the keys annually in September. Best time to dine, not too crowded and service is exceptional.. the manager always checking in on customers with a smile and enthusiasm. The staff is magnificent, caring, knowledgeable and very friendly .. my family always looks forward to dining every time we visit the Keys”
“This place was so good, we went there twice in just the matter of a couple days while we visited key west! It was within walking distance from our hotel. Everything was top notch, fresh salads, cooked to order lamb chops and delicious homemade desserts! Friendly and attentive waitstaff!! Highly recommended!!”
“Romantic dining with the most creative entrees . Such a memorable experience”
“I booked this hotel for my daughter and friends. They had nothing but praise for the property. It was clean, staff extremely friendly and helpful and the location was perfect. If they get a chance to re-visit Key West, they expressed that they will re-book the same place.”
“Tonight was our second time here and it was just as perfect. Being from Charleston SC we have been to some excellent restaurants and this is right up there. The atmosphere, view, service, and food are all 110%”
“We really enjoyed our time at First Flight, from the atmosphere to the food! But we especially enjoyed the service. Lorena was wonderful—attentive, personable and a joy to interact with. The conch fritters were good, as were the steak tacos, tropical salad, and swordfish. A varied menu with reasonable prices.”

“Unfortunately the seaweed had come in and was pulled up on the beach, so the stench took away from the ambiance. Plus there was a large party who thought the entire place was theirs. Food on the other hand was really good. Would come back when the seaweed isn't so bad”
“We stayed down the block at a AirBnB so naturally got coffee and breakfast our first morning. It was so delicious we ate breakfast there every morning except for one (we had to leave for the ferry before they opened, so we ate dinner there that night!) All the food was amazing! Well seasoned, fresh, flavorful, and portions were huge! The coffee was perfect, I really loved the cortadito and milk espreso. The staff was friendly and offered recommendations if needed.”

“I ordered the shrimp omelette and thought it was a solid choice—fresh and flavorful, nothing over the top, but definitely good. What really stood out was the service. Gigi was fantastic—super attentive without being overbearing and genuinely kind. Her energy made the whole breakfast more enjoyable. Would come back just for her!”
“Lovely anniversary dinner. Excellent service and meal. They had a sign on our table wishing us a happy Anniversary and we had the best view of the sunset!!”
