I always come right at 5pm or a bit before to secure a spot. Today was no different. However, I placed my order as soon as the waitress came over and waited 28 minutes for nothing. My order was never put in and by now the place is packed!! After bringing it to the attention to the waitress and the owner, I was told I’d have to wait another 15 min! For a simple order of crispy tuna (deep fried rice with spicy tuna on top)???? Why make sure to come early to then have to wait 45 for an appetizer? No thanks. Never again! Paid my beer and two plates I grabbed from the boats and left. They’ve lost me as a client as well as my husband. They could have expedited it considering how long I had been waiting and that it was their own fault. Like I said, I’ve been coming here for years. Faithful client. Not anymore!“

I found this to be the best restaurant in the Hard Rock complex. Every dish was fantastic. The Miso Chilean Sea Bass was some of the best I have ever had. The filet was cooked and seasoned perfectly The hamachi and crispy rice and tuna were very tasty. I would pass on the sashimi scallop appetizer next time. Great place to have dinner.“

I walked into a very petite intimate restaurant with only. 11 seats. The experience from start to finish was extraordinary. As a New Yorker, who is also in the hospitality business, I have high standards especially around sushi and Japanese cuisine. The food, wine and sake pairings and attention to detail were outstanding. Each course was better than the next. We met the sushi chef, the culinary chef and the owner. They were so lovely and made our experience so special. I look forward to my next visit.“
