“Our server Jose and another gentlemen provided us with exceptional customer service. They welcomed our family of 5 with smiling faces and friendly personalities. They were patient while we ordered our food and provided quick service. The restaurant was extremely clean, floors were recently mopped and tables were all wiped down. The food was fresh, delicious and well seasoned. For reference, we ordered a combination of wings, subs, fries and pretzels. Our 2 year old was licking her fingers and she is a very picky eater.

“So I took a couple stars from the food section because yesterday when I got my sub.. I got the chicken teriyaki, and when eating a sub you don't expect to almost break a tooth however there was a giant bone piece in the meat that hurt my tooth so bad when I bit into it.. I got so turned off by that I never ate the rest of the sub 🤢

However, I don't feel that's so much their fault as the chicken comes in a bag anyways and not the best quality clearly so you can only do so much. The last subway I went to(not this location, one in Eustis), they had ants all over their drink station. A whole legit double line marching around the fountain drink station..
My point in sharing that is subways everywhere are going downhill and I don't think I'll be eating there again.

The service was great however. Everything was super clean at this location, the staff were very friendly. This location is in a gas station that's also very clean and nice. No issues there! Just the food itself which they can only make what they're given. No real control over quality of meat. Just subway in general is out for me. I'm sticking with Jersey Mike's from now on.“

“On Tuesday August 12th 2025 at approximately proximately 12 pm, I went to this Subway with my daughter to grab some lunch. We did an order using the app with a special 40% off on my footlong sandwich and she got a wrap. everything went fine. The food was fresh and was tasty and there was no problems with the order. “I had door dash deliver some subs for the family last night and the sub that I ordered for myself was incorrect. I called the store and because DoorDash delivered it I was told I needed to get with them to have the correct sub re-delivered. DoorDash was not able to help and all they could do was request a refund. The store manager called me back to see if I was able to get DoorDash to redeliver and when I told him no, he said that he would deliver it himself. He showed up about 20 minutes later with a bigger sub than what I ordered and a couple of cookies. I was very impressed with the service that he provided. Highly recommend!“

“I went by for lunch with a friend. The restaurant was clean and tidy. The gentleman who waited on us was friendly, efficient and was all about doing an excellent job. He kept a steady pace and was handling taking orders, making the sandwiches, cashiering and personally opening the restroom upon request.
I watched him when no customers were there and he began cleaning, sorting the bread and prepping for the next round of business.
He seemed to me to stand above the crowd of employees available today.

“I love this Subway, it has all my favorite employees! Kloee has the best customer service, she always makes sure you get what you ordered, and Alyssa is super sweet and welcoming. Overall it's a great spot to grab some lunch and stick around for a while. An inviting atmosphere with great employees! Best Subway around.“

“I was pleasantly surprised when I went here today.. had a delicious Cuban sandwich. The place was nice and clean and the manager was very friendly. I noticed that they also have several pasta dishes on the menu. I will definitely be back for some spaghetti and meatballs soon.“

“I had a great experience at this Jimmy John’s location. The staff was professional, polite, and handled everything with genuine care. Even when another customer’s order was mixed up, they apologized immediately and offered a small treat to make things right — really impressive customer service.

Vegetarian options: They have a vegie patty that's excellent on protein and a veggie delight you don't need the protein. My go to when I'm not eating meat.
