“Unfortunately our visit this time (we come about once per month) was subpar. The good stuff - food was excellent and our server was good. Bad stuff - we had a reservation but were made to wait 20 minutes. Your front staff seemed flustered. I have to assume the folks at the table that was promised to us stayed longer than they should have? Maybe you put folks there earlier with no reservation? That’s unclear. But what is clear is that the ability to make a reservation so we don’t have to wait keeps us coming to Sonapa. So it was a let down. I think better management of reserved tables is needed and if you seat someone without reservations at a table that is reserved for 5:45, let the party know they need to vacate by then.”

“The food was delicious. We dined on the jagerschnitzel as it is served with the gravy. I’ve had authentic German jagerschnitzel and this was the same- just as I was hoping. I also had the chef’s vegetables and I loved the seasoning, because let’s be honest vegetables are usually boring, but not here. The staff were pleasant. The bread and butter divine. The food came quickly. Lovely date night venue.”

“Great little cafe tucked away in New Smyrna Beach. Incredible taste from a distinct French inspired menu.
For breakfast I had the daily special of a Grilled Brie Cheese and Tomato Bisque and I can assure you, I ordered the right thing. They have many options for crepes if that’s your fancy.
I’ll have to be back for dinner as they have a completely different menu selection.
Atmosphere is stellar, I sat outside in the patio as the squirrels dance along the tree tops but were never a bother.

Took my friends from out of town for the 1st time. Great choices for appetizers, had the gator nuggets and lobster bites. Both were delicious and highly recommend. I tried Hogfish for the 1st time. .The crab spinach dip with homemade chips were fantastic.Perfectly prepared and Gouda grits were so Gouda! The tropical slaw was one of the best ever. My one friend had the Jonah crabs which surprisingly were difficult to crack and meat fell apart. Recommend getting a smaller sturdy fork. The other had the stuffed flounder which was excellent. Highly recommend this place, great food. Service and ocean view to boot. Also one of the few restaurants that take reservations. My neighbors feel more restaurants should allow locals to make reservations.”

“This restaurant is my favorite spot for a quick tasty Italian meal or Trivia! The pizza is pretty good too. Tuesday nights we love go head over for happy hour (ends at 6pm) and gear up for some trivia(starts at 6pm). We were hoping to find a trivia place in NSB and this place is our favorite, it goes great with the delicious Italian food and BOGO drinks if you get there early! Service is friendly and familiar (we bring our young kids). This is a chill, locals spot. Great to eat at after a round of golf too!”

“This is cutest place! I visited Daytona Beach for my birthday. I met some friends from out of town that rode on the plane with a guy that recommended this location. Robin and Charlotte waited on us when we visited and we had an amazing time talking with them. We ordered the lobster rolls, Caesar salad, cookies and cream gelato, and key lime pie. The food was amazing!! We’re glad that we made the trip. I’ll definitely be visiting again! If you’re ever in the area, I highly recommend visiting this restaurant!!”

He will definitely be a great asset to the restaurant! The pesto shrimp flatbread and ahi tuna app were very good. My husband had a burger that had ham , cheese, onion rings, bacon stacked on it.. it was over 4 -5 in high.. difficult to eat but good. * I really dislike when ppl give ratings of 1 or 2 ‘based on an issue such as valet, or club colors ’. Not food/service. Doesn’t seem fair. I can see why they use valet, the parking lot has ruts that rainwater accumulates in, ppl would get wet getting in or out of their cars.”

“My family and I have ordered from HPPW several times and they never disappoint. Their pizza is the best take out pizza we’ve ever had. Their wings are cooked to perfection & even includes delicious breadsticks! You can’t got wrong supporting this local shop. I’ve seen Pappy himself in there working along side his team.
