“There was a crowd at the time. Everyone wanted their food now. The staff looked stressed. The acted very professional and worked through it all. Before long the crowd went down to 4 people. The food came out hot and in a decent amount of time. I enjoyed my order.“

“went to 12000 NW 7th Ave store in North Miami. Ordered 2 grilled 1/2 chicken platters (dark) at drive thru. They had no black beans. When I got home they had enclosed burnt dry recooked chicken. Pieces were wing, breast, and leg quarter (not dark). Called customer service and also filled out concern on website. No positive response received.“

“Honestly I'm never too happy about the management and team here at this location but today I was greeted by Chris. Let me tell you, customer service was on point, he was friendly, nice, didn't miss nothing in my order and I left happy for the first time😂 Thanks to Chris for the excellent customer service, I'll definitely ask for him to take my order next time coming here!“

“The food is great. The customer service is fantastic . This is more of a to go spot there isnt alot on inside seating. They don’t seat too many people inside so unless you and one friend is willing to go in and just check to see if they can eat inside, order to go.“

“Food was fresh and hot! We had the Hot honey buffalo chicken breast sandwich and fries & Chicken Tenders and fries. It was delicious. The tenders are a nice size and juicy. We chose to dine in and Jayniah our server was very tentative and helpful. I will definitely be back. Check them out.“

“This pollo tropical is great. I don’t know who they got working in the kitchen but they need to make sure they do not fire them or give them a hard time lol. That food be season GREAT. Im haitian so i know what at least season. The people who take your order are nice as well I love the service and food that i took the time to write this review keep up the great work“
