“What can I say, I’ve been here quite a few times. Today was my favorite time ever being here actually. I decided to let whatever server I got, choose everything I ate. And Aurora did not disappoint. I asked her about seafood and she told me why the lobster tacos might be the way to go. She talked about flavor balancing between different menu items and tried to explain to me all the showcasing of the different seafood and how it worked for flavor profiles. I asked her about side dishes to go with it. She told me all the standard side dishes and she saw that I was not over excited by any of the offerings and she suggested maybe the premium truffle ranch potatoes might be what I’m looking for. She was not wrong on any of it. Lobster was cooked to perfection and all of the items placed on that taco belong there. She was right the balance was there. I was surprised when I got the fries. I thought it was going to be drenched and something, but it wasn’t. But I tasted the truffle and the ranch and the sauce and the side was perfect next to those crispy fries. I did not want to jinx myself so I had her decide my dessert unknown to her what I was doing. She chose the pistachio bread pudding. Not something I would ever get. It was delicious. I’m not going to lie. My only complaint is it needs more ice cream because it is so decadent and rich. Just get an extra side dish of more ice cream, you’ll thank me. Aurora you are a great server and I hope RusTeak knows it. Thank you for making tonight epic for me. I am stuffed and happy.“

“I adore Fresh Kitchen - the best restaurant I've found in the area to eat a gluten/dairy/meat free dinner that is also low in salt! That's because two of the managers know my restrictions and automatically put together a delicious bowl that I can safely eat (rice, chickpeas, kale, red pepper, almond slices, etc) - and it's delicious! Yesterday, I took my bowl home, added fresh sliced peaches and avocado, enough then to split into two meals. It was awesome.“

The staff was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal without being intrusive. Now, let’s talk about the food – it was truly exceptional. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. My meal experience tonight was an amazing event. We had the 3 course special meal offer... the Salad was standard, yet the Prime Rib and Salted Carmel Pizookie was the best we have had. So i ask our waiter to tell the Kitchen and Management what did they do. Remember, I have travel the World and even being a Club member had wonderful meals with BJ's before... NOT LIKE TONIGHT THOUGH... this was TRULY THE BEST and wanted to share that. We was over taken by the quality of Beef and Desert... WOW, we will be back for sure!!! Remember my club membership isn't just BJ's... Landry's, Darden, Bloomin' and you get the picture... many more for the years and learning best place to eat privately or a group!“

“My husband, Al, and I dined at the Chef's Table on Feb 19 2024 and celebrated my birthday. We ordered from the chef's tasting menu and could not have been more pleased. It was one of the best restaurant meals we have had in a very long time. You see I am a classically trained and award-winning chef in my own right so my standards are quite high and I am, more often than not, disappointed in restaurants, even fine dining establishments. Al started with the "Heartbreaker" Cocktail, which was excellent then he had the mushroom and chive crepe torte for an appetizer, exceptional and enough for 2 to share actually so we brought part of it back to the hotel and had it for lunch the next day. He then chose the Duck confit, also outstanding. For dessert he had the chocolate torte with the toasted marshmallow ice cream and caramel sauce, again, beyond delicious and the ice cream was the best thing i've had in my mouth in a long time. Al also did the wine pairing with his courses. I sampled each pairing and they were perfectly matched. I tried the Mr. Pink as an aperitif and loved every drop but the pink peppercorn's stole the show. Then I started with the foie gras. Every bite just brings you to your knees. This was the main reason we selected The Chef's Table to begin with because I had to have foie gras. I chose the filet for my entree and I must say it may have been one of the best filet's i've ever eaten. Cooked perfectly medium rare with a char that was to die for. I brought part of my filet back to the hotel to go with the torte for lunch the next day. Even warmed up it was delicious. For dessert I had the mission fig bread pudding, which had a fantastic texture and was the perfect level of sweetness. I paired the pecan pie martini with it and it was decadent and complimented the dessert perfectly. I did not opt for the wine pairing as a sip of two from Al's were enough for me. Our server, JJ, was attentive, funny, and generous with her time. The manager came by twice to chat with us. The atmosphere was romantic but not stuffy and we had a great view of the kitchen, which as a chef is simply theatre for me. Lastly, the prices were not stupid. This kind of tasting menu can easily run well over $100 pp without the wine pairing. I appreciate the fact that, while affordable, it was elegant and indulgent. “This was a one of a kind, very hard to find experience here in the states. Dining culture is rushed and the customer is tossed the check after they’ve messed up your order, no diss to anyone in this business, I understand it’s just a volume/revenue thing.

In short, all areas of this experience were 5 stars. He took our order and listened and made sure it was correct. He assured us his food was made fresh and demonstrated so as he pulled out the ingredients and started placing them in the grill and seasoning. Everything looked exceptionally clean. There were myriad condiments available. He was generous with the portions and provided napkins and utensils. We sat at the furthest table away and he walked all the way to bring us condiments to enjoy. After we were all done he asked if our food was good, which it was! It was hot, fresh, delicious and meticulously made! I was astounded at how the burger was assembled in such an efficient way and not just tossed together.
Buns were toasted, cheese was melted. Patty sat on top of the lettuce, ensuring the bottom bun didn’t get soggy with grease, and below a juicy tomato. The corndog batter was so tasty and slightly sweet, the dog was very delicious and the outside was hit with a hint of salt bringing a very nice flavor to it.
It is evident this gentleman holds very high standards of service, cleanliness cooking AND kindness. Thank you for this refreshing experience, we were lucky to find you today.“

After dining in some of the higher end resort hotels in Disney this Universal treat beats them hands down. Even with the construction maze one has to navigate that may detract a bit one must remember it is not the fault of the restaurant and they more than make up for this slight inconvenience by their service.“

“Green Eggs and Ham Cafe is my favorite snack spot in all of Universal Studios Orlando. The tots are delicious, filling and can even be a quick meal. I had the Who Hash which was fantastic and you get a cute souvenir can. Service is pretty quick and there are lots of seating options nearby.“

Rooms very comfortable all wonderful the personal top 10 . 2 weeks totally what I aspect for a confortable hotel . The Gym is full equipment very good I’ll go again in August!!! “Bula Bar seemed like a good place to enjoy the pool, watch sports and take a cold drink. On the other hand, the food is not recommended, at high prices and not so good in taste. Regarding service, my waitress was nice but she completely forgot my pizza order and when I ordered something different the food didn't take long but it wasn't what I ordered. The passion fruit smoothie was good and the Piña Colada was one of the best I've ever had.

“This place must have had change in management - no idea why rating is so low. Food was awesome. Gluten free options for my girls were amazing. The GF truffle Mac and cheese was a favorite. The filet steak was really good. Magicians on Friday night was a super fun touch.“

It is a very weird vibe - can’t explain it. The chicken is phenomenal and the fries and ranch are on another level. Amazing food. Just the atmosphere and service is non-existent.“
