“CM Chicken has become one of my go-to spots when I’m craving fried chicken and want something a little different from the usual fast food options.

On this visit, I ordered the garlic soy chicken tenders with sweet potato fries and a Milky. It turned out to be a tasty and satisfying combination. The sweet potato fries were warm, crispy, and the portion size was more than enough. The chicken tenders were also generous and filling. It was my first time trying the garlic soy flavor, and I’m glad I did. The garlic taste was noticeable without being overpowering, which made it easy to enjoy every bite.

The restaurant itself is small, but it’s clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff has always been friendly during my visits. While you wait for your food, they usually have Korean music videos and K-pop playing on the TV, which adds a fun touch to the atmosphere. Service is efficient, and my food has never taken very long to come out.

For parking, I recommend checking the side of the plaza along NE 13th Avenue, next to the liquor store. There’s a colorful musician mural on the wall, and there are a handful of parking spaces there. Somehow, during the three or four times I’ve visited, I’ve always managed to find a spot.

Overall, I recommend CM Chicken. The food is consistently satisfying, the portions are generous, and it’s a reliable place to visit when you’re in the mood for fried chicken or want to try something a little different. 🍗🥤🎵“

We ordered take out about 5 days later, and the chicken was way less seasoned and a little dry. I realize consistency is the hardest goal to achieve in food service. I will give Mad Chicken another try next time I come down to Florida“

“So we’ve been Die hard raising Cane‘s chicken restaurant fans never cared for the sauces though, but I would have to say Huey Magoos Restaurant definitely beat them. French fries are much better. Chicken is actually better. Sauces are way better service was just as friendly, the Restaurant was not hectic and loud, food was made fresh and hot. Definitely my new go to spot. We had the Jones n’ Hot Chicken sandwich which was so full of flavor with a kick of just right amount of spice; the jalapeño fries were the bomb and last but definitely not least the sweet potato biscuit is to die for! This chick fil a is legit the only business open in the building on the whole block yet you can’t park for 5 minutes out front to get food. The garage is $8! The city should rezone the parking in front for 15 minutes Max or something. How are business supposed to survive here. They are losing a lot of business. We left today because the parking lady was harassing us. Meanwhile 6 police cars parked out front getting lunch, a city bus parked in the no parking zone to get lunch, 2 usps trucks parked in a no parking zone to get lunch. Are they special? The grilled chicken is perfectly seasoned and juicy, and you can tell it’s made fresh—not sitting around like a lot of other fast food spots.
