I will say that the service can be faster, but her service was so good that I cannot complain about the timing. “The food is great. The customer service is fantastic . This is more of a to go spot there isnt alot on inside seating. They don’t seat too many people inside so unless you and one friend is willing to go in and just check to see if they can eat inside, order to go.“

“Food was fresh and hot! We had the Hot honey buffalo chicken breast sandwich and fries & Chicken Tenders and fries. It was delicious. The tenders are a nice size and juicy. We chose to dine in and Jayniah our server was very tentative and helpful. I will definitely be back. Check them out.“

“1st time we went food was great, the seasoning on the chicken was perfect.
We ordered take out about 5 days later, and the chicken was way less seasoned and a little dry. I realize consistency is the hardest goal to achieve in food service. I will give Mad Chicken another try next time I come down to Florida“

“We came in for dinner and I am so glad that I finally came here. The staff was so friendly. The restaurant was so clean and the food was amazing. I had the chicken tenders which were absolutely phenomenal tasted great and I had the buffalo blue and the creamy garlic sauce, which was great as well. The waffle fries were awesome and the garlic toast was awesome as well. The Reese shake was great and the price was definitely right. I wish that we had one of these close by me, but I’m glad that I came here on a business trip.“

She was so amazing, kind and her patience was beyond words. Our first time there, she gave my daughter 3d glasses to look at the art and had full Convos with her. Staff are everywhere — greeting guests, directing traffic, cleaning tables, taking orders with incredible speed — all while somehow making the experience feel calm and welcoming rather than rushed.

Now for the food: spicy chicken on one of the best biscuits I’ve had in years, delicious mini chicken sliders, perfectly crisp hash browns, and decadent chocolate chip cookies that disappear far too quickly.

We had the Jones n’ Hot Chicken sandwich which was so full of flavor with a kick of just right amount of spice; the jalapeño fries were the bomb and last but definitely not least the sweet potato biscuit is to die for! There’s one employee in particular..a girl with short black pigtails and a lip piercing..who is incredibly polite and professional. She’s also very beautiful. This chick fil a is legit the only business open in the building on the whole block yet you can’t park for 5 minutes out front to get food. The garage is $8! The city should rezone the parking in front for 15 minutes Max or something. How are business supposed to survive here. They are losing a lot of business. We left today because the parking lady was harassing us. Meanwhile 6 police cars parked out front getting lunch, a city bus parked in the no parking zone to get lunch, 2 usps trucks parked in a no parking zone to get lunch. Are they special? “I got a large chicken tropichop bowl bowl with everything and a lemonade to go. I was in a hurry, so I did takeout.

The staff was friendly, and I asked for extra sauces—they were great about it. I always make sure to get extra because I really love their sauces.

“As soon as walked in, a cashier named Karen took my order. Karen is such a sweet person. I ordered fried chicken. Karen told me that my food will be ready in an half an hour. So I waited in my car. Food was great went through the drive-through but when the lady handed me the food, she said “thank you have a good day” and she closed the window so I drove off and me being distracted with the three children in the back I and didn’t realize that I hadn’t paid until I got to my destination!
I tried to call using the number to the website, but it’s customer service and there was no way to get through for Customerservice because all they do is assume that you want a refund when in reality I need the number to figure out how to pay as I’m not in that area
