“Finally! A Japanese place that serves Okonomiyaki. This is a popular dish in Japan that I grew up eating when I lived there. It provided me with a sense of nostalgia as I do not come across this as often as Takoyaki, which I also love. The interior matched the theme of the restaurant, an Izakaya. I will definitely be returning when I visit Sarasota again.“
“The food was very delicious except for the gnocchi didn't care for that much. I am in love with the little spread they bring with the bread, they bring 2 types of bread which both were great. So yummy. Thank you for the bit of heaven in my mouth. They seem to have a great relationship with their customers very personable and I love that. Definitely recommend this place. They gave us little pizza appetizer that was phenomenal complementary. very happy with this place.“
“Food was fantastic and our server Abbey was wonderful. Very attentive and gave us great suggestions. We had the lobster appetizer, followed by soup and salad. For entree my husband had the Steak Diane and I had the crispy duck. We finished with chocolate mousse for dessert. So decadent! We will definitely keep it on the list for special occasions. A little too pricey for every weekend option.“

“What a great experience! Wendy , Ivo and The man himself Pietro made our anniversary dinner amazing ! The Chicken Franchese was so tender and delicious. The veal chop with the Parmesan Risotto was even better. Highly recommend this place. What made the evening so great was the how well the staff worked together to make our visit perfect. “We have been to Fiorella's 4 times since the first of the year. I believe they opened in August of 2022. We chose to try it in the first place because it was open on Sundays and the menu looked very appealing. The chef and servers are great. The pasta (house made) dishes are especially good. There is typically a starter, pasta and entrée special each night. The bruschetta starter is unique, not your typical style, and awesome we get it every time we go. The chef is willing to accommodate a diners personal wants and needs. The portions are a perfect size, not too big and not too small. We haven't tried every dish on the menu yet but those that we've had were excellent. It's a small intimate type of restaurant. Make your reservations early for the weekends because they fill up fast. We took friends with us the last 3 times we went there and they all thoroughly enjoyed it. This is fast becoming our new favorite Italian restaurant!“
“I took my nephew on a date to this incredible restaurant. We loved the atmosphere and all the lights. The food was the best I’ve had in Sarasota so far. The beef carpaccio was for sure the best I’ve ever had. I have been coming to the area for the last 22 years and I will definitely be back to this incredible restaurant.“

“Don't miss Teddys if you're ever in the Venice area but get there early because it fills up quickly. Teddy's doesn't serve food but they do have beer and wine that you get for yourself and pay on your way out. Very clean and eclectic. Teddy is very particular about who he allows in so please bring your manners and enjoy yourself.“
