“Catering CC did exactly as we dreamed! From the very first phone call to Chef Winston, he was kind, enthusiastic, and reassuring. He and his staff came on time and made the cocktail hour magical, thanks to his amazing skills. The charcuterie board was a work of art, and the small bites served up by his staff were Michelin star. I have to add also that both Chef Winston and each and every one of his staff were so personable, gracious, and giving. They gave us confidence and gave all who gathered a good time. Special thanks to his assistant Cherise, who was prompt, kind and reassuring throughout the process, too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

Kathryn calmly thought of everything ahead of me, and her planning and execution were incredible. The food was beyond amazing, served by absolutely delightful, courteous staff. Throughout the evening the guests commented to us that the food and service was the best they have ever experienced. I’ve even had calls since the wedding, saying just that! “I kept seeing posts about this place and knew I had to give it a try! We stopped by after church on Sunday, and I have to say—it was absolutely amazing.
From the moment we walked up to their stand, we were met with excellent customer service. Since most of the staff spoke Spanish and the menu was primarily in Spanish, one of the employees kindly came over to help us navigate the menu and place our order. Her patience and willingness to assist made us feel so welcome and was incredibly thoughtful.
Great service can make all the difference, and they definitely delivered. The churros were delicious, and the overall experience was just as sweet. We’ll definitely be back!“

We had two days to prepare a party for my brother in law, he is from Spain and we want to create Spanish atmosphere, so we call Paellas de king , Luis was so profesional, perfect on time . Having him coking the paella right at home elevate my party to a higher label . My brother in law said that the paella was an authentic paella marinera like he use t eat in Spain.

“Tim Edward’s was the glue that held my party together. With less than a month to plan and execute this event and with only 2 weeks given to them they problem solved for a lot of disconnected parts of our catering experience on the fly, some of which weren’t even their teams responsibility. If you aren’t working with Tim Edward’s and you’re throwing a massive party on the island you’re missing out. Also huge shout out for the filet crostini, still dreaming about it two weeks later 🤤🥰“

One meaningful thing she did was make sure the lids I accidentally left behind in my old apartment were retrieved and placed right at my new doorstep — which meant a lot. It’s rare to find someone who is that thoughtful and attentive. Gina is such an asset to this community, and I’m very grateful for all of her help.“
