“Such an amazing place. We were starving after a long day at universal, and very quickly found something close to our hotel with not much thought into what we were wanting. We walked in and immediately loved the decor, music, and menu. With 3 teenage boys and a picky husband, finding a place we all love is tough. Mission BBQ was definitely a hit for our entire crew. “My family was visiting from Ohio and found this place. We were very impressed with the service and food. We tried the ribs and pulled pork, with sides of Mac n cheese, baked beans, and fries. Little one got grilled cheese. We have zero complaints. The free donut, cinnamon and sugar, included with your meal was also delicious. Donut was fresh and made in front of you. We also got to meet the owner, who personally came to ask us how the BBQ food we ordered was and provided the orgin of how the idea become reality. Highly recommend a visit!“

“Just called Rivers Lakeland to place a pick up order. Man answered the phone. Stated they don't take orders by phone have to do online. Told him I tried that wouldn't work. Said that's how they do take out. I've been going to 4 Rivers for years. Was ordering for six people over $100. Told him I'll find some place else to order from. Won't be back.“

“Had a delicious lunch today for my birthday at Smokemade Meats and Eats. You will find this restaurant right off of Crystal Lake in an old Pizza Hut building. When you walk in, simple tables and chairs, a menu written on brown paper taped to the glass blocking the food, a corner area with paper plates, plastic cutlery, igloo with water and take out containers. There are also some picnic benches outside. The table ordered one brisket sandwich, one pulled pork sandwich, half pound brisket, medium mac and cheese, medium potato salad and banana pudding. There were two types of barbecue sauce on the table. One was a spicier vinegar and the other was a sweeter mustard. My husband would have really liked the vinegar base but it had no thickness like traditional sauce. We ended up using the sweeter mustard. It was good. The sliced brisket needed no sauce. It had an amazing bark, it was moist and tasty. The pulled pork and brisket sandwiches were equally good. A huge stand out was the amazing macaroni and cheese. I took a bite and said "oh, this is delicious". I really liked the potato salad as well but it is more of a sour cream base with dill versus a mustard or mayonnaise based salad. Both of the side items were made fresh in-house. I could literally come just for the sides. I really wanted to try the zucchini and tomato salad but we didn't get it this time. Oh, the sliced bread that comes when you buy a half pound was really soft and good. It was not that traditional Wonder bread that some places throw on the tray. The banana pudding ended the meal. I did not try it but heard it was good. We were greeted enthusiastically and everyone was friendly. Enjoy!“

“I ate there for the first time and my I add I spent 23.00 which I wasn't complaining about but I ordered the pulled chicken quesadillas, to start I have no idea what cheese it was made with but the cheese did not blend or mix well when melting the tortilla shell and I guess to avoid the burning issue they took it out but it looked like fake cheese with a little bit of chicken here and there. no sour cream no salsa. OK. then I ordered the maccaroni and cheese... that looked luke kraft Mac and cheese out the box and seemed to havr been made with a powder product cheese and not real cheese either. then I also added corn bread which I didn't see it was jalapeño cornbread. I was immediately taken aback by peppers in the cornbread. I guess that is a south thing. not too bad just not my cup of tea. and lastly the baked beans they were ok not bad but for the entire meal I had to put it in the garbage I couldn't eat that at all. I wouldn't recommend and I will not be going back either. the picture is me trying to eat the quesadilla without the nasty looking cheese on it and even that didn't save it.“

“This place is hidden inside a little gas station. The portions are generous! The ribs are fall off the bone with some of the best bbq sauce evah! Finger licking for sure! The brisket was moist and smoked perfectly! Now let’s talk sides....collard greens are smokey and delicious, Mac n cheese is on point! I can’t wait to get for sum chicken and key lime cake! 😋“

A friendly family atmosphere greeted me at the door, with the added touch of care that was immaculately given to every detail. The aroma from the kitchen activated my taste buds, as I stared mesmerized by the extensive menu. Finally, I decided to go for the “Diesel Sampler”. The brisket was so succulent that it melted in my mouth. The ribs fell from the bone with such flavor that no sauce was necessary—the pulled pork I used to sample the homemade sauces. As I was told, the sauces will soon be available in the local supermarkets (as I can attest to becoming a family staple). “An unusual location for a restaurant inside an almost abandoned strip mall, but going inside it looks like a Korean bar with the round metal tables. Their menu has some dishes that aren't commonly found. The best dish we tried was the LA galbi. The bibimbap and spicy naengmyeon were just ok. The service was great, prices were very reasonable for generous portions, and the nice ahjumma gave us barley tea. I'd come back to try more dishes.“

“Me and family went to Bulgogi House for Happy Hour while visiting for my sister’s graduation. We had a good time as we got to enjoy plenty of beef and the wait staff was so nice. If looking for a Korean BBQ place to visit in Orlando, this is it. Would 10/10 recommend.“
