“Excellent Lunch and service.
The management team and staff are top notch. We took mom for her 78th bday and had an issue with our reservation. Ian and team went above and beyond and I mean way above and beyond to rectify the issue. I felt like we were in a top notch county club with all of the staff taking care of us. J Alexander’s is the real deal company. They actually care about their guests. That’s hard to find nowadays. We will be back and continue to tell everybody about how phenomenal the management, service and of course the delicious always consistent food is.“

“Excellent!! I went Just Spoons for brunch. First I would suggest make reservations. This restaurant gets crowded fast. I had the grilled shrimp and fried catfish w/ eggs and grits. Enough for 2 people and it delicious. My daughter had the curry shrimp and grits awesome and flavorful. My severer was Sean was attentive answered questions about the dishes and the drink menu is like no other I had the brunch punch ( contains alcohol)and my daughter the sunset ( non alcohol) both excellent. This my first time at this restaurant and it now on my restaurant rotation.“

“I had a great experience at this Italian restaurant! I ordered pizza and pasta alla vodka. Both were absolutely delicious, full of flavor, and cooked perfectly. The service was excellent. They brought out the wrong pasta at first, but quickly corrected it with no hassle at all. I had also requested a custom cocktail, and it was so good they should honestly consider adding it to the drink menu! Friendly staff, cozy atmosphere, and amazing food. I’ll definitely be coming back.“

“We just finished with our first visit here and we will definitely be back.. we started with a dozen raw which were very clean just a little small wife had fried catfish and I had blackened Mahi mahi.. of course we shared all and everything was awesome wife even liked the coleslaw and she is very picky with that. We had Brittney as a waitress very friendly and personable. The only thing we didn’t like here was the fact that they charge you for using a credit card and during this day and age everybody uses a card which means the owner makes a killing off of just that charge in itself but overall great experience and again we will be back for sure“

“First time visit for lunch today with friends, and we were all pleasantly surprised with the extremely clean, aesthetic design, and friendly, eager staff. Order at the register and build your bowl with tons of fresh ingredients. The staff even offered to cook my salmon after discovering it was typically served as sushi-grade salmon, raw from the bar. The Asaba Aioli was a nice combo of sweet and spicy, and the freshly brewed fruit teas are truly a treat with a sample-tasting bar set up at the counter. We will be back. #highlyrecommend.“

“Marumi sushi really has a huge menu with a verity of Japanese food like nato, hotpot, grilled meats, ramen, sushi, and so much more. The food here is truly amazing and it’s worth the wait!!! One of the best servers there was James, he was really knowledgeable on the menu and helps with any questions for people new to authentic Japanese dishes.This is one of those hidden gems restaurants!!!! “The food has always been on point! My husband & I have come here numerous times and the food is always spot on. The service is so so though. We ALWAYS have to ask for chopsticks, utensils, plates & the saucer for the soy sauce when we order sushi. No exaggeration we’ve had to do it every time.
Once we get those items, the rest of the experience is cool but we shouldn’t have to ask for those things when we’re ordering 2-3 types of sushi rolls or sashimi. It should be a given right after we place our order.“
