“We had a fantastic meal! The beet poke was fresh and had great flavor and the 3 ramen dishes we ordered were all out of this world good! I had a sake cocktail that was refreshing and well balanced and my hubby had a nice sweet potato beer. Definitely worth the hour drive for us!”

“This place appears child friendly but I went last night with my hubby for a date. Best shrimp and grits I’ve ever had in my life. Ceviche app was also chef’s kiss. My husband had the Chicken and Hoecakes dish. Again, 🤯! The desert was okay but everything else including staff were phenomenal. Atmosphere was nice, dim lighting surrounds you in raw architecture with an intimate feel. Drinks were also incredibly good. If you’re on the fence, get off it and go!”

“While the host here could use some work, (just sitting out on the front on his cell phone), the rest of our experience was good. However, we stopped by a few nights later to eat here again and were told we weren’t able to eat inside, even though there was nobody seated inside. Other than that, we really enjoyed our experience here. Our server disappeared halfway through dinner, but was quickly taken over by somebody else and they never missed a beat. The food was absolutely fantastic. We split the two meals, and they even had pre-split them for us before they came out. Highly recommend! Great backyard area if it’s not too hot!”

“A True Hidden Gem in St. Augustine The Collage exceeded all our expectations. We’ve visited St. Augustine many times, but this was our first time discovering this incredible restaurant, and what a find! We were celebrating our 21st anniversary and stumbled upon The Collage online. Thinking it would be quiet on a Wednesday night, we didn’t make a reservation. Despite being fully booked, Megan, the restaurant manager, went out of her way to accommodate us, which we truly appreciated. Our server, Franco, was warm, attentive, and very knowledgeable. The food was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. We began with the beef carpaccio and watermelon salad; both beautifully prepared. For our main course, we each had the 8oz filet topped with gorgonzola sauce, and every bite was mouthwatering. Between courses, we were treated to a refreshing raspberry sorbet to cleanse our palates—a lovely touch. For dessert, we shared a warm pound cake with raspberry coulis and fresh whipped cream, paired with perfectly made espressos. The ambiance was quaint, cozy, and romantic,ideal for a special occasion like ours. We especially loved that the menu changes regularly, offering something new to look forward to each time. “The guy at the Italian deli next door said this place was great so we walked over while we waited for our catering order from the deli. We were immediately greeted and ordered saki which arrived quickly. Then the sushi chef gave us a free appetizer of tuna tataki that was amazing! They subbed avocado for cream cheese in our double salmon roll and it was so fresh and delicious! Definitely check this place out when you are in the area!”

“I have eaten at Piesano's twice, and each time it was awesome! The food is absolutely wonderful - today, my party and I enjoyed a cheese calzone, shrimp scampi, and gorgonzola salad with shrimp. All were excellent. And the service and ambiance are exceptional. It is very quiet and comfortable, and the wait staff are patient and kind and don't mind if you take your time. Not many restaurants are quiet and relaxing these days. The prices are fair, as well, especially considering the high quality of the dishes. Highly recommended!”

“My husband and I frequently go to the Hardee's located on Mid Rivers Mall Dr & Mexico Rd, St. Peter's, Mo. We LOVE this location. The staff is always friendly. The store is always clean. And the breakfast is awesome. They all deserve a raise. I would have gone through your website to express this, it keeps wanting to pull up Tennessee locations, even though I state where I live. And when I actually find the correct location, it won't let me actually select it. Your app sucks as well, when it comes to ordering things. Orders won't go through, and when they show up, it's an hour later, which is setting your stores up for failure and pissed off people (customers and employees alike).”

The location was clean, well-lit, and felt safe, which is especially important when you’re spending extended time charging. What stood out most was the level of customer service. Because I didn't realize this till I was at work, I was to far from that one so I went to this one on Ponce De Leon Blvd. and they went over and beyond for me, they made me a fresh one this time with egg and it was so soft lol not like the other one which could have broke a window. “I was on vacation when I saw this restaurant in St. Augustine FL. I saw the menu and said I have to go in and get something! I am a grilled cheese connoisseur and I make some good ones myself but oh my gosh, the grilled Mac and Cheese I had with I can't remember what kind of meat was AMAZING! So was the tomato soup! This amazing 70's music was playing inside and I was dancing waiting for my take out. It was so cool inside! They asked for my name and I told them. Little did I know when I came back in a few days later where we ate inside that time, that the man who waited on me 2 days before would remember me and call me by name! Holy cow! That was so cool! He said it was because I was dancing. I'm a dancer with 5 trophies so yeah, I was dancing to that good music but to remember me like that! If you love grilled Mac and Cheese or just grilled cheese in general and you love tomato soup, you have to eat here! I promise you will not be disappointed at all! The secret was that the owner was rather proud of his original home made corned beef, the key ingredient of my fav breakfast meal from way back….it was absolutely delicious!!! “We had no prior knowledge of Blackfly. We chose it because it was close to our rental.  We smiled as soon as we walked in the side door leading to the bar area and everybody seemed to be enjoying themselves. The further we entered the very well decorated restaurant the more we knew we had made a good choice.  To us, the best reason to visit St. Augustine is dining at the Blackfly!  We went all out and had drinks,  appetizers, their version of Coquille St. Jacques and their Chilli lime shrimp. Both were delicious and cooked to perfection with exceptional sauces. Main course was a Chef's Special which was baked shrimps, scallops over a bed of thai noodles and a sauce to die for.  I had the bone in Pork chop cooked medium rare and it was delicious.  Blackfly has a vast selection of wines in their wine cellar and we enjoyed a nice Honig sauvignon blanc.   Kudos to Matt, our server, who throughout the evening gave us the right amount of attention and space to relax for our entire dining experience.  The food was so good and well prepared that I was compelled to go to the kitchen to thank the staff and gave a large tip for the kitchen staff . Our evening at Blackfly was the highlight of our trip.  Thank you Vaughn and staff, you have an outstanding establishment.”

“I said yes that I would recommend, however if you have young children I want you to make an informed decision. They used to be kid friendly, but I was told my children could not be “running” around. I have a 2 yr old who I stayed right next to the entire time. I apologized to people if she got in their way. Many people smiled and enjoyed the smiles of a child. She was not running around with my 6 year old like a wild child. This has been a great place to sit with our family for years. We have even met friends with young kids who all played together. The staff would engage with the kids and make it such a great experience. We may have to choose a different place for the next few years 😞”

“I was on vacation when I saw this restaurant in St. Augustine FL. I saw the menu and said I have to go in and get something! I am a grilled cheese connoisseur and I make some good ones myself but oh my gosh, the grilled Mac and Cheese I had with I can't remember what kind of meat was AMAZING! So was the tomato soup! This amazing 70's music was playing inside and I was dancing waiting for my take out. It was so cool inside! They asked for my name and I told them. Little did I know when I came back in a few days later where we ate inside that time, that the man who waited on me 2 days before would remember me and call me by name! Holy cow! That was so cool! He said it was because I was dancing. I'm a dancer with 5 trophies so yeah, I was dancing to that good music but to remember me like that! If you love grilled Mac and Cheese or just grilled cheese in general and you love tomato soup, you have to eat here! I promise you will not be disappointed at all! “Last night we stopped at Maci’s Ice Cream in St. Augustine. We had a fantastic chocolate chip ice cream and we had a wonderful cherry vanilla ice cream. But interestingly the best part of the experience was meeting
Colin. This 18 year old Flagler college student was the heart and soul of Maci’s.
He greeted us warmly. Explained the ice creams to us. Expertly scooped them into a cup. Placed the spoons carefully. Then handed the ice cream filled cup to us. We then talked with him for a few minutes.
Hard working, bright, personable. Consider stopping at Maci’s. You will not be disappointed…..especially if Colin is working.”

Sit inside the neighboring taproom for a good beer with your bowl
Portions on the hotbox are large, poke is just right
Poke isn’t what we’d traditionally expect, but it was good (raw onion and macadamia nuts really works)
Kaluah pork is super tender but a little salty
Don’t sleep on the musubi
Mac really wasn’t for us. Missing something (a little sriracha steps it up a notch)”
