“Loved our dinner tonight! We ordered the Salt and Pepper Ahi Tuna Salad. Excellent. Our waiter was Eddie who was the perfect waiter!!! Highly recommend!”
“We had a fantastic meal! The beet poke was fresh and had great flavor and the 3 ramen dishes we ordered were all out of this world good! I had a sake cocktail that was refreshing and well balanced and my hubby had a nice sweet potato beer. Definitely worth the hour drive for us!”
“Made a special trip to st Augustine on Memorial Day just to check out DJs. Extremely nice staff, and phenomenal fried clams. Had Both a cold and hot lobster roll, and a shrimp roll. I have to say I preferred the cold lobster roll over the hot, they were both very different so to try to compare the two isn’t fair. The cold one is so flavorful with some seasonings. The hot one was also good with just butter. The shrimp roll was also great! Because they were closing for the week they didn’t have any full bellies which is why I made the trip. But it’s okay because we will def be going back to eat!! Highly recommend”
“One of the absolute best dishes I’ve ever had. Dreaming of it, and I don’t eat meat or dairy, so that can be challenging or straight up boring when dining out! Can’t wait to go back!!!💙”

“Fresh, delicious sushi and hibachi. Restaurant ambience was very nice, cleanly, super friendly, and efficient service by Tristen. Greeted with complimentary soup upon seating and a delicious appetizer, and complementary dessert. One of the best sushi rolls I’ve ever had, the fancy sushi roll, pictured. Even a small souvenir included, highly recommend this restaurant.”

“Really fresh, good food. Blackened chicken wrap, fries, sprouts all good. Service good. Will be back”
“Probably my go to bagel place. Being a former NY'er im a tough critic. This place is NY style & quality bagels. Im always promoting it to patients I see. However several times I have visited 1.5hrs BEFORE closing & everything is sold out! Wth? They need to stock more. At least enough to last during buisness hours. Sold out? Crazy”
“𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰: 𝐋𝐚 𝐍𝐨𝐮𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞 - 𝐒𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐞 — Situated in this historic home previously owned by the granddaughter of Thomas Jefferson, this beautifully curated restaurant brings the tastes of the French countryside with their ambiance, imported wine, and French inspired cuisine. —- Michael Glinter has traveled to 68 countries and 36 states to get the flavor of some amazing foods. His view on reviews is simple – Taste, Presentation, and Service. He believes telling the reader a positive and negative unbiased look at the restaurant is essential. Let's take a look and see how this restaurant scored in these three categories during their lunch service. —- 𝐓𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞 / 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 Starter – Gougeres (Gruyère cheese puffs with mornay sauce): The puff pastry was light and airy texture complimented the creamy rich flavor of the Gruyère created the perfect balance between the two. The pairing of the creamy mornay sauce added a bit of savory depth to the dish giving you a decadent cheesy warmth with every bite. This will open up your taste buds and set the tone for the rest of your visit. —- Appetizer – Soup A L’oignon (Veal Broth, Comte, Croutons): Chef’s spin on French onion soup really breaks the stigma of what one would expect in a traditional French onion soup with the Veal broth providing a very rich flavorful base stock for the dish. The cheese is very different from a traditional Gruyère as it’s creamier and not as overpowering. My only criticism is the broth masks the taste of the onions a bit, but not being a traditional French onion soup it really stands alone as a signature staple for the restaurant. —— Entrée – Steak Au Poivre (filet medallions, cognac pepper sauce, pommes aligot): The filet was cooked perfectly to temperature (requested Medium Rare) providing a melt in your mouth tenderness that is comparable to any high end steak house. The richness of the sauce was very complementary adding a smoky depth and sweetness from the cognac. The pommes aligot, is a traditional French dish with bring mashed potatoes together with cheese, butter, and creamy creating a velvety texture and a comforting balance of boldness from the sauce. The only criticism would be the whole peppercorn was a bit intense in ways taking away from the perfection of flavors on the plate. —— Dessert – Pot De Crème (dark chocolate, chantilly cream, sea salt): Speechless. That doesn’t happen very often. It was pure heaven. The best way I can describe this dish in lament terms is imagine a chocolate mousse coupled with chocolate fudge. Every bite was pure decadence. The chantilly cream’s smooth and fluffy texture brings a great balance with every bite of the chocolate and the sea salt flakes adds not only the saltiness but the crunch bringing a dynamic complement of textures and flavors that embodied the entire dish. —— 𝐀𝐦𝐛𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 The restaurant offers both inside and outside spaces that took advantage of the historic elements of the building with a beautiful French flare making it a perfect place for couples, family, friends, and even for business. ——- 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 Stellar. Our waitress was extraordinarily attentive and provided detailed descriptions of the dishes and great recommendations that elevated the overall experience. —— Overall, this restaurant truly embodies perfection in every way, and I love how they have curated menus for both lunch and dinner which provide many options to enjoy the creativity and excellent execution of the chef’s work. I visit the Saint Augustine area every year and will surely keep this restaurant as a top preferred restaurant for my visits.”
“Quickly became our favorite restaurant in St. Augustine! Food & service are amazing!”

“This place appears child friendly but I went last night with my hubby for a date. Best shrimp and grits I’ve ever had in my life. Ceviche app was also chef’s kiss. My husband had the Chicken and Hoecakes dish. Again, 🤯! The desert was okay but everything else including staff were phenomenal. Atmosphere was nice, dim lighting surrounds you in raw architecture with an intimate feel. Drinks were also incredibly good. If you’re on the fence, get off it and go!”

“This is one of the very best Sushi restaurants that i have ever eaten at. The service was spectacular and the selection of sushi and sashimi was stupendous. I have eaten in many Sushi restaurants and I have to say this is by far my favorite . Whenever we are in St. Augustine I know we will eat there again. My husband, who does not like sushi, also loved the food he was able to get.”
“Used Sonny’s to cater our reception dinner for our son and now daughter..sliced turkey, pulled pork,Mac & cheese, baked beans, coleslaw and rolls were on point..also had sweet & unsweet tea and lemonade…everyone was well fed and satisfied with the food,as many said, its hard to go wrong with Sonnys..🤤..”
“What a great place. Food was wonderful and authentic and the service was excellent. So glad we went.”
“Visited The Raintree Restaurant to celebrate my 40th Birthday. We were looking for somewhere that had a romantic feel, variety of food options, and great service. The Raintree offered that and more. Tim was a great waiter; very attentive and precise. We will definitely drive 3 hours to eat there again.”

“Very cool place a lot of vegan options it leans towards Mexican dishes but also has great coffee and pastries. Easy parking. Place was clean and the staff was super cool and very attentive. We had the breakfast taco and they even had homemade cheese on them. Will definitely go back.”
“Visiting from Maine and stopped at Woodpeckers for lunch. I’m not sure anything back home compares! Everything was delicious, quick service and friendly staff. Definitely recommend the mac and cheese and Datil bbq sauce. I will absolutely be back on future visits to the area.”
“Very nice experience overall. I’m putting 4 stars and not 5 because for such an expensive place, the food should be a little more refined. For example, everything was very salty and the plating was slightly sloppy. Everything tasted good, though. Service was amazing, but the music was terrible. They were playing two kinds of music from different areas and hearing both was a little irritating. Easy fixes.”

“I go to West Egg at least once a week. Those biscuits are crave worthy! But I also get their bowls and they are happy to modify it for my tastes. It feels like a real local spot with love in the kitchen. You can tell they care about the food and the people they serve… I am so glad to have this local gem nearby!”

“Our Christmas Eve dinner was spectacular once again! I have used OBBC several times and each and every time all of our guests LOVE the food! Thank you! 🫶🏼”
“A True Hidden Gem in St. Augustine The Collage exceeded all our expectations. We’ve visited St. Augustine many times, but this was our first time discovering this incredible restaurant, and what a find! We were celebrating our 21st anniversary and stumbled upon The Collage online. Thinking it would be quiet on a Wednesday night, we didn’t make a reservation. Despite being fully booked, Megan, the restaurant manager, went out of her way to accommodate us, which we truly appreciated. Our server, Franco, was warm, attentive, and very knowledgeable. The food was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. We began with the beef carpaccio and watermelon salad; both beautifully prepared. For our main course, we each had the 8oz filet topped with gorgonzola sauce, and every bite was mouthwatering. Between courses, we were treated to a refreshing raspberry sorbet to cleanse our palates—a lovely touch. For dessert, we shared a warm pound cake with raspberry coulis and fresh whipped cream, paired with perfectly made espressos. The ambiance was quaint, cozy, and romantic, ideal for a special occasion like ours. We especially loved that the menu changes regularly, offering something new to look forward to each time. We’re so happy to have found this gem and will absolutely be returning. Highly recommended! Thanks Again, The Gennaro’s”

“I have eaten at the restraunt a couple times inside and it has been awesome everytime so I do recommend eating there. Service has always been awesome, but Do not order to go. The food quality to go is nowhere close to when eat eat there and that's disappointing. I ordered hibatchi chicken and shrimp to go and pretty good chicken and shrimp floating in sauce and a bunch of onions and carrots floating in watery sauce. Will never order to go again. Especially when my whole order was over 75 dollars.”
“I have eaten at Piesano's twice, and each time it was awesome! The food is absolutely wonderful - today, my party and I enjoyed a cheese calzone, shrimp scampi, and gorgonzola salad with shrimp. All were excellent. And the service and ambiance are exceptional. It is very quiet and comfortable, and the wait staff are patient and kind and don't mind if you take your time. Not many restaurants are quiet and relaxing these days. The prices are fair, as well, especially considering the high quality of the dishes. Highly recommended!”

“My first time to eat red meat in 5 years so I was looking forward to taking the personal challenge. We had the filet medallions and ordered them MR/M. Waiter said they would be definitely pink inside. There was no pink ANYWHERE and they were dry. Very disappointed but that will teach me to not eat those poor little cows! And stick with the seafood. Sorry, I have no sympathy for fish. We will still go back and give it another shot. We enjoy the ambience and the staff.”
“My application to adopt is pending, but so far, so good. Frisky Cafe's "Carla" contacted me the on day following receipt of my application-- e.g., the most prompt response of all rescue orgs., by far. With respect to the critical reviews for Carla-- they do NOT ring true. It was clear, per my extended conversation with her, that she was as generous with her time and patience as she was attentive and compassion-ate re: the welfare of her wards. Her questions and concerns re: my interest in adopting were most appropriate and reasonable -- and it was evident and clear that the welfare of her feline wards was her priority-- e.g., she would not go gently into allowing any kitten or cat to be adopted in haste, and released to a family or home not entirely-appropriate//suitable for the candidate adoptee. I assume it's possible that the individual(s) who've posted negative reviews-- taking issue with Carla's levels of experience, diligence, and caring -- have motivations, interests and "agendas" that conflicted with the best options for the feline adoption candidates. That noted, it was clear to me (based on Carla's questions and con-cerns, that her head (and heart) is in the right place. I'll be visiting the Frisky Cat Cafe this morning-- and I have no reservations about being open to her judgment and opinions.”
“The bartender and our server were the highlight of the night! Both extremely knowledgeable, approachable and available. The food was excellent and portions generous. Crispy fries perfectly salted, mussels cooked the right way and all meals hot and quick. We will be back.”
“The staff is the best, professional yet very friendly and helpful. The menu had a great selection. We tried the lobster pot pie, a bone in NY Strip and the salmon. It was a fantastic meal with excellent service.”

“First time customer! The manager, Jason, and his team are very hospitable and very patient. I didn't know how the menu worked, so I didn't go crazy with customizing my order, but overall, it was very welcoming. If you want fresh burgers and fries, this is the place! Highly recommend.”
“My husband and I frequently go to the Hardee's located on Mid Rivers Mall Dr & Mexico Rd, St. Peter's, Mo. We LOVE this location. The staff is always friendly. The store is always clean. And the breakfast is awesome. They all deserve a raise. I would have gone through your website to express this, it keeps wanting to pull up Tennessee locations, even though I state where I live. And when I actually find the correct location, it won't let me actually select it. Your app sucks as well, when it comes to ordering things. Orders won't go through, and when they show up, it's an hour later, which is setting your stores up for failure and pissed off people (customers and employees alike).”
“I called Denny's on Ponce De Leon in Historic St. Augustine, from out of state, to see if I could purchase a gift card for a guest who is staying at the Days Inn next door. Unfortunately they could not take a credit card over the phone. However after explaining to Brooke my situation, she was so gracious to offer my guest a free breakfast. I will forever be greatful to her and her genuine thoughtfulness and hospitality. I sure hope I can visit St. Augustine soon to personally meet with this great lady!”
“It’s always a pleasure and the service is always great!”
“Always ask your server where they go after work! This place was the perfect suggestion. We are traveling with a puppy and were welcomed on their patio. The atmosphere was very relaxing and made sense as a local haunt without snubbing the weary tourist. Irish coffee at 11:00 pm? Yes and thank you. Thumbs up to Barley Republic.”
Takeout Restaurants
“We’ve been coming to Ruby Tuesday every Thursday for a long time now, and one of the biggest reasons we keep coming back is *Kat*. She is hands down the best server we’ve ever had — not just here, but anywhere.
Kat always greets us with a smile, remembers our usual orders, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine kindness make every visit feel like we’re dining with a friend. Even when the restaurant is busy, she never misses a beat and still gives us amazing service.
Kat truly makes Ruby Tuesday feel like a second home for us on Thursdays. We can’t say enough good things about her — she’s exceptional!
Thank you, Kat, for being the absolute best!
— Your Thursday regulars 💕”
“I was on vacation when I saw this restaurant in St. Augustine FL. I saw the menu and said I have to go in and get something! I am a grilled cheese connoisseur and I make some good ones myself but oh my gosh, the grilled Mac and Cheese I had with I can't remember what kind of meat was AMAZING! So was the tomato soup! This amazing 70's music was playing inside and I was dancing waiting for my take out. It was so cool inside! They asked for my name and I told them. Little did I know when I came back in a few days later where we ate inside that time, that the man who waited on me 2 days before would remember me and call me by name! Holy cow! That was so cool! He said it was because I was dancing. I'm a dancer with 5 trophies so yeah, I was dancing to that good music but to remember me like that! If you love grilled Mac and Cheese or just grilled cheese in general and you love tomato soup, you have to eat here! I promise you will not be disappointed at all! Next time I want some Poutine and another sandwich! YUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
“Was in search of a good sandwich on a rainy night in St. Augustine this weekend and while scrolling through this place caught my eye. After checking reviews and the menu, we thought this might just be the place for us. Good choice on our part. We got the 5-O and the KGB, along with the pretzel nuts and some kool-aid.
The sandwiches were on point. The honey mustard was not too sweet, but great on the pretzels. Noticed there are a couple near my hometown, will definitely be looking them up when I get back. If your sandwich people, you can't go wrong here.”
“Our meal was excellent and our service matched! We started with the homemade onion rings and had 3 different burgers! The Cali, the Wannabe, and the Classic. All of them were absolutely phenomenal! The Cali had jalapeño infused bacon with the perfect amount of spice, the Wannabe had fried pickles and thousand island that made the burger, and the classic was exactly want you want out of a cheeseburger! All the burgers were cooked to our requested doneness while maintaining those crispy edges we all want! Job well done!”
“The stuffed cabbage was amazing and the pierogi in all kinds, delicious!”
“We have gone to La Cocina over the last 25 years at 3 locations. This is the most scenic location. The food and service, as always, was impeccable. I had the Filet, my wife the shrimp. Absolutely wonderful.”
“Good was fantastic and the show was entertaining. Often the guys don't the hibachi just go through the same old routine, but we saw several new things here tonight.
Pricing was fair, especially considering the quality of the actual food was higher than the last few Japanese steakhouses we've been to recently.
Would come back for more.”

“Tiktok Bullrider726. Started with Gator, it was absolutely phenomenal! Then had the calamari, crab burger and crab legs, everything was cooked perfectly 👌 The datil sauce was so incredible, bought a couple jars of it. The staff was friendly and answered all our questions. 1st trip in, will not be the last!”
“This is one of the most authentic French Patisseries I have visited in the United States! The level of service and fresh food quality is amazing. The lamination on the croissant 🥐 is exquisite and truly decadent. This patisserie is a must for any food enthusiasts! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“We walked in with a hungry, screaming, crying child who was determined to let the whole of St. Augustine know they were unhappy. As a godparent, it’s that 'sweating through your shirt' kind of stress, and we were prepared to apologize and leave immediately.
Instead, the staff at Treylor Park were absolute legends. They didn’t just tolerate the chaos they fixed it. They saw we were struggling, immediately turned on Bluey for the little one, lowered the music, and chilled out the entire environment. It turned a high-stress meltdown into a calm, quiet, and actually enjoyable dinner.
The food came out at lightning speed (which was much appreciated), and the service was some of the best we’ve had. It’s rare to find a place that genuinely has your back when things get loud. Brutally honest: they saved our night. We’ll be back!”
“Thursday nights Casa Maya is the go to for our group.. Chase at the bar and Edwin playing amazing guitar..”
“Kara was an excellent waitress always friendly always gives good recommendations. Excellent even in suggestion of bar drinks and willing to go the extra mile to make the customer happy.🩷”
Cheap Eats
“The food was magnificent. It’s a very small place and has an outdoor seating area. Don’t go here looking for a fine dining experience. It’s got an old school feel to it, counter ordering, outdoor picnic style shared seating. It also is connected to a brewhouse where you can have a great beer 🍺 while waiting or with your meal.
The Cuban taco was incredible and makes me thankful a few recipes made it the 90miles into the US.”
“This is a hidden gem, so I’ll type type quietly. The food here is fresh, tasty and good looking! I had the salmon salad. The salmon was fresh with a smoky flavor. Bottom was nicely done with-a brown crisp to it Home made salad dressing was tossed with the salad. Salad had greens, capons , mushrooms, red onion, cheese and a very good flavor. Hubby had the shrimp wrap with a spinach tortilla. Delightful flavor all around”
“We are not locals but this will be a must go to whenever we are in St. Augustine. All the staff were wonderful. Met the owners, chatted a bit and they are wonderful people. Food is great, wonderful view, covered and open dining with a great view of the river. Live music was the best.”
“What a gem St Augustine has in its’ midst! We recently visited the fine establishment after reading previous reviews and was overwhelmed by the kindness and expertise of the owner! We were novices and had never prepared blue crab before. Instead of being annoyed at our lack of knowledge, he explained at great length and in easy to understand detail, how to prepare his delicious crab in several different ways. We served up a delightful, delicious meal that evening! The seafood was exceptional! He and his small business is a real asset to the community! You won’t be disappointed!!!!”
“The food was amazing, services was great no complaints and food comes out very fast. I don't remember our servers name but she was the only one that spoke Spanish she was so kind so attentive and gave amazing service.”
“We had a great time the drinks decor and staff made it so fun !!! We will do this fun evening again !!”
“We visited Grouper Shack a couple of weeks ago. It was our first visit and we definitely have added it to our restaurants to have dinner. Know that you order first then find a seat. Food was served on paper baskets, but it did take away from the delicious food!”
“Just thought I was gonna go into this little joint. I was pretty fooled when I stepped in to a totally different atmosphere, a place where all the locals come, and it was packed, sat at the bar Andrew the bartender took care of us. He was amazing. He was on top of his game. Nothing unusual for him whatever he suggested was excellent service excellent food excellent wine excellent I drank sangria from Spain so did everybody else in the place? It’s my new go to it’s a hidden gem and I really thought this was just a joint and didn’t know if I was actually gonna eat here but was T fooled thank you so much guys for your food and service will bring all my friends and family to you.”
“Exceptionally good food, prompt service, and a friendly atmosphere.”
“The bartender and our server were the highlight of the night! Both extremely knowledgeable, approachable and available. The food was excellent and portions generous. Crispy fries perfectly salted, mussels cooked the right way and all meals hot and quick. We will be back.”
“I love beach vacations but I’m allergic to shellfish. Usually eating in a touristy, beach town is difficult but I swear Kyle knew every possible point of cross contamination on this menu. I had a fantastic Tuna Poke Bowl, my husband loved the taco salad, and my kids loved their spicy tuna roll and wave burger. Thank you to Kyle. Thank you to the restaurant for training their staff on allergens. We will probably go again because the food was fantastic and I feel safe there.”
“Great spot for food and then go outside to the back patio and enjoy great music and atmosphere”
“Beautiful sunset views! The tuna was excellent! great atmosphere The bartender was very knowledgeable about wines and had visited the vineyard of the wine choice we made. Good price points on the wine as well as the food. Definitely, will be back. Smiles, D”
“Early Valentine's Day dinner! The appetizer was a charcuterie board with a thoughtful selection of meats and cheeses. We spurged for the Tomahawk steak - cooked to a perfect medium rare- and it was incredible! The seafood dish was the best we've ever had with the star being the Blue Crab ravioli( chef exclusive to the weekend). Dessert was Chocolate Expresso mouse. 5 ☆ experience from start to finish.”
“Our second time eating here and it was amazing! Not to mention the service was fantastic. You can tell the ingredients are sourced high quality and fresh! We loved everything. This is our go to place for amazing food!”
“Ordered shrimp and grits... $21 for a large spoon of grits and not sure what was mixed in the gravy , and 5 small shrimp.. Awful tasting and not enough for even a small kid. So disgusted. Granddaughter got chicken po boy she said was good. I sure wouldn't choose this place for seafood..”
“We popped in here on a whim. Tucked down a little, cute street, fostering a wonderful vibe. It was about to sprinkle(maybe..Florida, ya know) but the owner said if we wanted to chance it, would could sit outside, as the wait time for an inside table was over an hour. We decided to chance it. So glad we did! Best chicken piccata I’ve ever had. Generous “wife portions” of wine, hah. And the food came very quickly. Really enjoyed the owner’s hospitality as well. Highly recommend!!”
“We came for a date night last night. The food was absolutely delicious! The jalapeño poppers were a new experience in a delightful way. A lady that was working, but not our server (she sounded like an owner or general manager) had a lovely conversation with us and made us feel most welcome. The sauces definitely tasted made in house and not from a bottle. Hubby is currently chowing down on some left overs exclaiming that it’s his new favorite restaurant.”
“We had dinner at Elkhouse Eatery and were so very pleased with the service and food. Wonderful presentation and delivery. It's a must try when your in town.”
“Awesome and delicious tasting food and the presentation was on point. Wonderful service - 10/10 I wish we lived closer so I can eat at this wonderful place more often. A true hidden gem- Thank you for your service.”
“Purple Olive never disappoints, offers a diverse menu of deliciously executed dishes, great staff and reasonably priced. Fortunately, we made reservations for opening night at new location and the food was stellar! The renovations are lovely and bar area warm and inviting. We started with a shared crab cake appetizer and pleasantly surprised. For our entrees we ordered the Mahi encrusted in macadamia nuts with a mango rum butter over jasmine rice with wok stir fried vegetables and the Korean style short rib with same rice and veg set up. No room for dessert this time, but if you haven’t tried their chocolate gateau please do, you will not regret. Kudos to Chef Peter and his staff.”
“My wife and I came here for our 31st anniversary. A highly rated restaurant. My meal, steak bowl, was very tasty. The steak was tuff. Over cooked I think. My wife had a fish meal. I forget which. She was very disappointed in the taste and quality of her meal. I have NEVER see my wife complain about a meal before. When our waitress (she was great!) Asked how the meal was my wife told her. Later a woman, not a lady, came to our table concerning our dissatisfaction. She seemed to be insulted and left in a huff. Normally a dissatisfied customer is given a discount or a free dessert. Something. Nothing was offered. What should have been an enjoyable dining experience for Saint Augustine residents celebrating their anniversary was left lacking. 🤢”
“Ashley took such good care of our family! We each got something different (kids Alfredo, kids spaghetti and meatball, lasagna, & chicken Marsala and dessert-gelato for the kids and bread pudding for my husband & I to share) everything was amazing! Thank for for giving us a wonderful wedding anniversary dinner 💞 we have been to this location a few times and it’s never been a disappointment!”
“Fantastic food and specialty drinks. We visited as part of our trip to St. Augustine' s, Night of Lights.
Boat Drinks is a bit off the beaten path, but we'll worth going to. Fantastic service, (shout out to Alex).
Char-broiled oysters were delicious. The sauce was exquisite. Peppered Shrimp and Datil Shrimp Sliders were winners.”
“Always a great stay here. The staff is exceptional and the rooms are very nice. The view is unbeatable. We look forward to coming every year.”
“Always an amazingly delicious experience. Excellent seafood and creative Italian dishes plus fantastic desserts such as the Limoncello cake. The live music adds to the chic atmosphere. Highly recommend!”
“Me and my family have dined here every time when visiting St Augustine and the food has never disappointed me yet, fresh food and a great atmosphere!”
“From the drinks to dessert everything was perfect. Once again, our dinner was fabulous! Steve had the filet, was outstanding. I had the tuna tartare stack, amazing! We shared the chocolate molten cake which was delicious, can’t find the appropriate word to describe because it was the BEST we have ever had. This is our favorite restaurant.”
“We were on the Rum Runner 21+ tonight and it was horrible. My husband and I wanted to get outta there so bad and we couldn’t. Another couple that was there could not wait to get off the ship as well. We get it’s a 21+ and totally fine with the bad words. But the way they talked about sex etc was just nasty and embarrassing. I would not waste my time on this if I were you. It’s nothing like it was said to be. Yea that sang and told jokes but that was it. No pirate stuff, no finding the treasure like we were told. Just not happy at all. We will not return.”
“The food was absolutely delicious. We tried the escargot and definitely did not regret it. The atmosphere in the once past pool was a different experience. Quiet, romantic and simply beautiful. Our waitress was phenomenal and cared to our every need. We can’t wait to come back.”
“Such a lovely afternoon! My husband and I are celebrating our anniversary this week. We found that The Chatsworth has an afternoon tea, which we always look for on our anniversary trips. We were not disappointed! From the warm welcome, to the lovely room with all types of tea china displayed, we were delighted. We had the afternoon tea, with a delicious assortment of teas and a 3-tiered serving dish. Everything was so thoughtfully set out -- such lovely sandwiches and desserts. We were able to enjoy our time there, without being rushed and just enough attention to what we needed. All the while, the music from "Bridgerton" was playing softly in the background. We highly recommend that you spend an afternoon and indulge!”
“Loved the complimentary Nights of Lights tour! 🎄 Becky was great, I learned so much about the history of Saint Augustine during the holiday season. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“Went here the first weekend they opened and for lunch to go. The beer selection is good, especially for international beers most places do not have. You HAVE to have the Bavarian Pretzel w/ beer cheese! It is Delicious! Their Hamburgers and fries are also delicious! Next try the fish and chips! I will make this a local haunt.”
“Aviles is a must try!! From the Friendly staff to the amazing menu options ! Aviles really exceeds all expectations! Bravo Aviles you are definitely #1 in my book! And thank you to all the amazing servers and Chefs they really go out of their way to make your dinning Experience exceptional and Magical !”
“I've been to hibachi restaurants all over and this one was great. Service was wonderful and the chef made it a super fun experience for my daughter especially. Huge portions, the usual fun fire/egg tricks, and delicious food. Sushi was also exceptional!
One confusing bit - website/Google said reservations required, which we called and made. But upon arrival, there was a large sign that said they don't take reservations. We checked right in and had no issue but just something to note!”
“I love their pizza and other food items. I go there often beautiful atmosphere and great music. A lot of fun!”
“Some of the best macarons I’ve ever had. Cute little place in the middle of downtown (they have a larger location a few blocks away closer to a main road that has seating). Atmosphere was nice and the ice cream macarons looked yummy.”
“This trading post and museum in Saint Augustine is an amazing experience that has to be seen. The history is rich here and we'll worth the trip and don't forget to buy something from the shop. Finally jump on the trolly and take a tour of this amazing city.”
“Last night we made a dinner reservations quite late The food was very good We were the last ones but were given excellent service We would definitely come again The server Spencer was really on point”
“I enjoyed the staff and their sweets. I had a bad encounter in another store in the outlet so to be greeted and treated so well was special to me. Im a customer for life. Also the young man who works here is an absolute delight. We really enjoyed him. The sweets out of this world!”
“We had no prior knowledge of Blackfly. We chose it because it was close to our rental. We smiled as soon as we walked in the side door leading to the bar area and everybody seemed to be enjoying themselves. The further we entered the very well decorated restaurant the more we knew we had made a good choice. To us, the best reason to visit St. Augustine is dining at the Blackfly! We went all out and had drinks, appetizers, their version of Coquille St. Jacques and their Chilli lime shrimp. Both were delicious and cooked to perfection with exceptional sauces. Main course was a Chef's Special which was baked shrimps, scallops over a bed of thai noodles and a sauce to die for. I had the bone in Pork chop cooked medium rare and it was delicious. Blackfly has a vast selection of wines in their wine cellar and we enjoyed a nice Honig sauvignon blanc. Kudos to Matt, our server, who throughout the evening gave us the right amount of attention and space to relax for our entire dining experience. The food was so good and well prepared that I was compelled to go to the kitchen to thank the staff and gave a large tip for the kitchen staff . Our evening at Blackfly was the highlight of our trip. Thank you Vaughn and staff, you have an outstanding establishment.”
“We tried to go into downtown St Augustine, but alas, the traffic was terrific! We decided to head back to our hotel. Along the way just over the bridge we found a great place on the St Augustine marina! Beaches had a very laid back vibe, the staff is very friendly and the service is great, even when under staffed!”
“Had a WONDERFUL experience with Tyler our waiter this past weekend. Great atmosphere, friendliness and the food was some of the beat you could ask for!”
“We had an exciting time celebrating our graduates, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The pizza was absolutely delicious, and we indulged in three mouthwatering varieties. And let me tell you, the house salad was incredibly fresh and packed with flavor! I can't recommend this place enough—it’s a must-try!”
“Savannah did a Great job serving us ,truly an a person to be working at your location”
“Absolutely fantastic service was very convenient fast food service our server Ashley knew all the answers to everything and she ordered for us we were not disappointed at all and have been there every time we visit. Lovely atmosphere must see”
“We I wanted to try this place for sometime now and we were just up The road at the outlets. The service was very good. My catfish was a little undercooked. My wife really liked the butterfly shrimp. They have some really good daily specials. We really like the great grits. Our total was just around $50 for two of us.”
“One by of worst experiences of our lives! Food is ok. Rude waiter, loud, perhaps high as kite!!!! Could not wait to get out of there. If you want to be treated poorly, and by Jason, this is the place to go. He has poor customer service.”
“I bought our piercings at the Port Orange city center event. Froze them until last night, cooked them today as directed. They were delicious. I will be getting them again”
“My wedding rehearsal, reception and ceremony was breathtaking. I couldn’t have picked a better place to marry the love of my life. Sierra and Heather provided amazing communication and support. Please put Embassy Suites on your venue list to view. You won’t be disappointed.”
“Ordered ox tail. Never had it before just heard how good it is. I'll tell you it was the best beef stew I ever had. Had cabbage and fried broccoli dam it was good will be back soon.”
“Enchanting and romantic. Cuisine was stunning, Chef K outdid himself. We couldn't stop talking about the flavors the next day. And a special thanks to Craig, definitely looking forward to next time ;) So glad Cellar 6 is back!!!”
“The food is typical Buffalo wild wings a decent meal with a beer or two. This place stood out for the Great customer service experience, and the manager Mr. Zanzari who keeps a constant eye on the place and makes everything possible to make sure all excels... Thank you Sir.”
“What an amazing new addition the Anastasia Blvd. Great intimate dining option with delicious food locally sourced! The steak I ordered was actually from The Chop Shop a local butcher and was paired with potato’s and asparagus I’m on a no carb kick so opted for all asparagus but the cut was good and preparation excellent. Bridget was our bartender and offered a wide option of craft cocktails however I’m a tequila and soda agave guy so typically stay in my lane. Again organic design and feel with a south Florida vibe great place to go for a drink and appetizers before downtown or stay for the evening either will be an experience you will enjoy.”
“Small and quaint, lovely staff, food was fast and yummy!!! Highly recommend over chain restaurants. EAT LOCALLY and support small businesses”
“The grand opening of the Texas Roadhouse in St. Augustine was a bustling affair, with diners pouring in non-stop. The managers and staff were well-prepared and eager to serve. As I arrived, I noticed the addition of a To Go walk-up window, a fantastic concept that I'll surely use in the future. Our dining experience was delightful, thanks to our server Taylor. She was incredibly pleasant and knowledgeable, making our time there enjoyable. Despite my son running late, she remained patient as I held the table for an extended period. While waiting, I couldn't help but notice Nay, one of the servers, who stood out from the rest. She was not only efficient and diligent but also showed compassion and care. I watched in awe as she communicated with an elderly couple using sign language, engaging them in full conversations. The couple looked so happy and appreciative of Nay's genuine personality, and I was equally impressed. I made sure to inform Nay's manager, Chase, of my observations. The staff's genuine desire to make the dining experience enjoyable is what will bring me back in the near future.”
“Was visiting the area and looking for a nice burger spot. It's delivery only but this was by far one of the best burgers I have ever had. And the Chefs seasoned potatoes really blew it over the top. Price was reasonable too. If you haven't tried it. Try it.”
“We always make sure to swing by for a meal when we are in St. Augustine. Food is always great! This time we did almost leave after getting some attitude from the person seating us and it wasn't off to a great start. Glad we stayed because the server we had was awesome and more than made up for it. We will be back!”
“We had lunch at the bar today. The chips and salsa were so good, nice and warm chips, the salsa has a great flavor. Our lunch was great and Alyson our bartender was super awesome. I would definitely recommend eating here if you’re visiting or local.”
“had the beef wellington tonight absolutely fantastic, I tried my wife's grits which i normally hate this place changed my mind tonight they were fantastic will 100 percent go again”
“I will eat here again. All I wanted was shrimp, it was fresh and taste nothing like the flash frozen shrimp you get in bags. My husband enjoyed his fish sandwich.”
“The BEST food!!!! I have eaten here twice and have gotten the shrimp and grits both times. The best I have ever had!!!! This time we got dessert too…peanut butter and chocolate pie and salted caramel cheesecake. I could have eaten my weight in both! We have been home for a day and I am ready craving it all and can’t wait to go back!! Also love the quiet atmosphere and the view of the water. My husband got the prime rib and he said it was delicious.”

“Great burgers that have the freshest lettuce and tomato toppings of any restaurant I've been to. Pickles and onions taste great also. And you can customize the amount you want. Also, there aren't too many places that have real dairy shakes. But you can get real dairy here! Steak n' Shake definitely has the best shakes, and during happy hour they're half price. A very friendly place and the owners really put a lot of effort into making it a very pleasant dining experience.”
“Green Tea is the best Chinese restaurant in the SA area. Food is always delicious and the owners and staff are very nice people. I had the Pepper Steak tonight. I ordered it with double onion and double gravy and it was prepared just like I asked. If you want really good Chinese food, go to Green Tea.”
“Ok, so it has been a while since I did a review. This summer I am starting a blog on biscuits and gravy. So today my fiancée and I decided to enjoy the day in St Augustine. I made a post on 904Eats on facebook and asked for a place between Jax and Aug on HWY 1. I got The Spot Cafe. I ordered the southern comfort, biscuits, and gravy with chicken between them. Came with eggs and home-style potatoes. It was so good. When I start my biscuits and gravy blog (summer 2025). I will be sure to add this place. The biscuits were fluffy and most. The gravy just needed a little more pepper for my taste. On my blog scale, I will give it a 9.5 out of 10. Views going on Yelp, Google Review, and my blog page coming soon.”
“These cupcakes are probably the best I have had in a very long time. Thank the Good Lord I do not live nearby. I would be 50 pounds heavier. They are excellent. The first bite truly was not my last. The flavor and the batter so rich and delightful. Thank you. Your shop is as cute as a button.”

“Visiting from Maine and stopped at Woodpeckers for lunch. I’m not sure anything back home compares! Everything was delicious, quick service and friendly staff. Definitely recommend the mac and cheese and Datil bbq sauce. I will absolutely be back on future visits to the area.”
“Would 110% recommend this place! We had great service from Brian at the front to Amanda our server! She was friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. Our party had a lot of questions and she answered all of them. The food was delicious, probably the best Italian food our family has had in a long time. Definitely great serving sizes. Would recommend anything with the marinara sauce, you will love it! Will be back for sure.”
“My family and I enjoyed MOJO tonight. We have been several times but this was our first with two kiddos. (Our son is special needs and our daughter is two months old). The staff was extremely accommodating and generous, our meals weee delicious with large portions, and the waitress was very helpful with helping us get in and out easily with two strollers and To-Go boxes, bags, and drinks. Even on such a busy night with the crowds in town for the lights, MOJO made our trip worthwhile and even more enjoyable. We will absolutely be back!”

“Wow! Came here because Calico Cactus supports the community (teacher appreciation love), but will return often because it was a great experience! Amanda, Robin and Isabel treated us like we were family! It's so clean and lovely inside! The food was out of this world! I'm not a big fan of breakfast tacos but now I can get enough! The way the homemade tortilla wraps softly around the crispy potato and scrambled egg made it the perfect handheld! The cheeses and sauces tied it together with great flavor and right amount of kick. The iced coffee cooled me down on a hot summer day-such a perfect brunch! Can't wait to bring friends!”
“I can not shout this ice cream truck out enough!!! This whole experience took me back to my childhood of being excited, running to grab some money and picking out what ice cream flavors we wanted, except this time I witnessed it through my children! :) and the sweet lady who was serving my children their ice cream even reminded me to capture the moment of her handing them their first ice cream cones from an ice cream truck!! Such a beautiful wholesome experience”

“We always enjoy stopping at this location on our way home from work!! But today was spectacular. Joy greeted us as we walked in,took our order. She even cleared our table at the end. What a ray of sunshine. If she is not Already management I highly recommend a promotion for her.”
“Where do I start! Best sushi I’ve had ever!!
Absolutely incredible atmosphere sitting at the bar watching your sushi made from Kenny, he is a master of his craft!
Extremely friendly and kind staff with wonderful food and sweet tea!
Took pictures but the food was so good we started eating before I could grab a picture lol!
Big thanks to Kenny and the crew at Pacific Asian Bistro for such a great meal and wonderful experience!!
