“Pollo Tropical never disappoints. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and hits every time. The grilled chicken is perfectly seasoned and juicy, and you can tell it’s made fresh—not sitting around like a lot of other fast food spots. The sides are just as good too, especially the rice, beans, and plantains—they really complete the meal.

What I like most is that it feels like a healthier option compared to typical fast food, but still has a ton of flavor. The variety on the menu is great, so there’s always something different to try, and everything is priced pretty reasonably for the quality you get.

The service is usually quick, and the staff keeps things moving even when it’s busy. The restaurant itself is clean and well-maintained, which makes the experience even better.

“The food is great. The customer service is fantastic . This is more of a to go spot there isnt alot on inside seating. They don’t seat too many people inside so unless you and one friend is willing to go in and just check to see if they can eat inside, order to go.“

“I order food through door dash online and they only gave me part of my order. They don't take calls and their fries are plain and stale. I don't recommend this place and if you do order you need to pick it up and check your bag.“

“It’s been about a week since we first ate at this Dave’s and the only reason I am even writing this review is because my 3 year old daughter won’t stop talking about her friend “Kira” (hope I’m spelling that right). She was so amazing, kind and her patience was beyond words. Our first time there, she gave my daughter 3d glasses to look at the art and had full Convos with her. She is very kind and was cleaning/straightening the store while she had down time. I didn’t see her stand still once. She needs a raise.“

“Every time we return from a road trip, we stop at the Pollo Tropical on 36th Street in Miami Springs. The cook, an older gentleman, makes some of the best rotisserie chicken you can find anywhere in the chain. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere feels like a neighborhood restaurant, with local families stopping in for a meal, although we usually take our food home. We always enjoy coming here, and the quality of the chicken is a big reason why.“

“It's the only Church's in my area, and it has been here for decades. I love it and no, I don't even read the reviews on this one. As I am super picky and don't want to know what others say. Put it this way, the food is consistently good and the drive thru service has always been courteous. No complaints from me.“

“We got the chicken tenders. They were huge order of six could be shared. Just buy an extra drink. They are delicious. They’re very tender juicy and the chicken by itself is not too spicy so you can add spice to your liking which I am happy about because I don’t like it spicy their special sauce is a mustard base sauce and very, very good so I got that it wasn’t too spicy but David lots of flavor when you’re in Walmart off of Griffin and university check them out. They are inside the Walmart shopping center.“

“The food is good but the people is a different story, I when to purchase a 14 piece meal for my kids and my self. and I was doing a favor for a friend, since I was going for my self, as he asked me to buy for her a 5 piece meal, everything was OK until a lady came to the register ( think it was the manager) I was using a coupon for each of the meals, I explained to her that one was for my home and the other one was for a friend but she kept saying I only can used one, again I explained that it was not for me the small meal why I'm going to get a 5 piece of I already was getting 14 pieces. just make to separate orders, but this small minded woman keep repeating her self that I can't, if my friend was there she still will have to do a second order... So no I will not recommend the location on 54st Northwest between 12th and 11th Avenue. they are rude and unprofessional... The old manager, was a kind an friendly lady. Train your management more than your cashiers... Their title goes over the heads. I'm going to Boston Market... even Popeyes is better...“

“As soon as walked in, a cashier named Karen took my order. Karen is such a sweet person. I ordered fried chicken. Karen told me that my food will be ready in an half an hour. So I waited in my car. To my surprise before I could get out of my car to get my food, Karen hand delivered my food to my car with a huge smile on her face. Because of her customer service, I will be back. “I like the flavor, the price, the quality and the freshness of Pollo Tropical everywhere I go to work in Broward or Dade County. This specific restaurant in Aventura is the one that falls short on the size of their portions comparing to others. Mostly chicken breast platters , protein cups and the amount of sauces, I suggest you check your food before leaving the drive thru window. This picture is that of a LARGE portion of a chicken cup of PROTEIN. Sometimes they add all the crumbs of the cutting board and some others they put breast but never fill to the top like other Pollo Tropicals. This was the third time I bought it and the amount was way less compared to other Pollo Tropical, that is why I am posting a review. Manager should make sure to train the employees to stick to the restaurant portions.“
