“CM Chicken has become one of my go-to spots when I’m craving fried chicken and want something a little different from the usual fast food options.

On this visit, I ordered the garlic soy chicken tenders with sweet potato fries and a Milky. It turned out to be a tasty and satisfying combination. The sweet potato fries were warm, crispy, and the portion size was more than enough. The chicken tenders were also generous and filling. It was my first time trying the garlic soy flavor, and I’m glad I did. The garlic taste was noticeable without being overpowering, which made it easy to enjoy every bite.

The restaurant itself is small, but it’s clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff has always been friendly during my visits. While you wait for your food, they usually have Korean music videos and K-pop playing on the TV, which adds a fun touch to the atmosphere. Service is efficient, and my food has never taken very long to come out.

For parking, I recommend checking the side of the plaza along NE 13th Avenue, next to the liquor store. There’s a colorful musician mural on the wall, and there are a handful of parking spaces there. Somehow, during the three or four times I’ve visited, I’ve always managed to find a spot.

“My husband and I stopped by for an afternoon date, and wow! the quality of the chicken is incredible! I ordered the chicken tenders, and they were perfectly juicy. The breading was light and flavorful, not overly heavy like at many other restaurants.

I tried the Hot Honey Garlic sauce with my tenders, and now I wish I could take home a whole bottle! The waffle fries were crispy, perfectly cooked, and absolutely delicious.

My husband ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, which came with a delicious honey mustard sauce that was absolutely amazing.

Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. We’ll definitely be coming back with the kids so we can try the chicken wings!“

“So we’ve been Die hard raising Cane‘s chicken restaurant fans never cared for the sauces though, but I would have to say Huey Magoos Restaurant definitely beat them. French fries are much better. Chicken is actually better. Sauces are way better service was just as friendly, the Restaurant was not hectic and loud, food was made fresh and hot. Definitely my new go to spot. “It’s been about a week since we first ate at this Dave’s and the only reason I am even writing this review is because my 3 year old daughter won’t stop talking about her friend “Kira” (hope I’m spelling that right). She was so amazing, kind and her patience was beyond words. Our first time there, she gave my daughter 3d glasses to look at the art and had full Convos with her. “We love Krispy Kruncy Chicken! This location has halal meat (certification displayed!) which is wonderful. We love their chicken tenders and biscuits. The location is not traditional inside a gas station, however it's well worth the fantastic flavorful chicken.“

They’re very tender juicy and the chicken by itself is not too spicy so you can add spice to your liking which I am happy about because I don’t like it spicy their special sauce is a mustard base sauce and very, very good so I got that it wasn’t too spicy but David lots of flavor when you’re in Walmart off of Griffin and university check them out. “The food is good but the people is a different story, I when to purchase a 14 piece meal for my kids and my self. and I was doing a favor for a friend, since I was going for my self, as he asked me to buy for her a 5 piece meal, everything was OK until a lady came to the register ( think it was the manager) I was using a coupon for each of the meals, I explained to her that one was for my home and the other one was for a friend but she kept saying I only can used one, again I explained that it was not for me the small meal why I'm going to get a 5 piece of I already was getting 14 pieces. just make to separate orders, but this small minded woman keep repeating her self that I can't, if my friend was there she still will have to do a second order... The bad: The family side portions seem small to feed a family of 3-4. I wanted to try to grilled chicken but they no longer had that available.
