The place was super clean, but what left me most pleasantly surprised was the excellent service of its employees. Everyone is very attentive, friendly and makes the customer feel very comfortable. Eduardo and Maria are excellent at taking the order super fast, and with a smile. Iliana and Rony were also very attentive. Thanks for everything!“

“The chicken wings and drums were amazing. I had the garlic soy and i absolutely loved the taste. The drums and wings i give a 10/10. My partner had the chicken tenders and unfortunately were not as crispy as the other two. I had fries with my meal and sadly the fries were horrible. They were fried too long and were burnt. The fries i give a 2/10. As for the price i cant believe how EXPENSIVE this place is. Its crazy expensive. My partner and i sat for lunch. We bought two meals and it was $60!!! Ill prolly go here once or twice a year because for $60 i didnt feel the value. Its good chicken but $60 for two lunches? Ill pass.“

“This place is delicious. It's a big pricey but worth it. You get a ton of food and the chicken is excellent. The chicken is fried perfectly without being oily and greasy. It's crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Excellent fries, very crispy and they STAY crispy. Very delicious place. Even with sauce the nuggets don't get soggy! Great late-night option, much better than other fast food options.“

“I had the pleasure of being served by Britney at Huey Magoo in Cooper City, and she absolutely MADE my visit. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. She was attentive without being overbearing, anticipated what I needed before I asked, and made sure everything from my drink refill to the final check was perfect.

My order was handled quickly and accurately, and the food arrived piping hot and delicious. Britney even checked back mid‑meal to make sure everything was to my liking. Her positive energy really elevated the whole experience.

“The food is good but the people is a different story, I when to purchase a 14 piece meal for my kids and my self. and I was doing a favor for a friend, since I was going for my self, as he asked me to buy for her a 5 piece meal, everything was OK until a lady came to the register ( think it was the manager) I was using a coupon for each of the meals, I explained to her that one was for my home and the other one was for a friend but she kept saying I only can used one, again I explained that it was not for me the small meal why I'm going to get a 5 piece of I already was getting 14 pieces. just make to separate orders, but this small minded woman keep repeating her self that I can't, if my friend was there she still will have to do a second order... So no I will not recommend the location on 54st Northwest between 12th and 11th Avenue. they are rude and unprofessional... The old manager, was a kind an friendly lady. Train your management more than your cashiers... Their title goes over the heads. I'm going to Boston Market... even Popeyes is better...“

The bad: The family side portions seem small to feed a family of 3-4. I wanted to try to grilled chicken but they no longer had that available.
The review: I recently visited an Pollo Campero El Salvador and was in
intrigued to find out we had one in the states as well. The chicken carried the same taste as well as the fountain drink options from the county. I would come back, as they offer a different flavor to the chicken I have yet to get anywhere else.“

“As soon as walked in, a cashier named Karen took my order. Karen is such a sweet person. I ordered fried chicken. Karen told me that my food will be ready in an half an hour. So I waited in my car. To my surprise before I could get out of my car to get my food, Karen hand delivered my food to my car with a huge smile on her face. Because of her customer service, I will be back. So just recently was my first time having them here in the states and I have to say Europe cooked them better. The batter and skin of the wings I received here weren't an as crispy wing.
