I had the best torta I’ve ever tasted, the bread was perfectly fresh and soft, and every bite was bursting with flavor. It’s hard to find something this authentic back home in Valdosta. I also tried their aguas frescas, and they were incredibly refreshing and flavorful. My 10-year-old daughter ordered tacos and surprised me by eating four! She said they were the best tacos she’s ever had.This place is absolutely worth the drive. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend for anyone craving true Mexican flavors!”

This was where my Spanish 2 class chose (unanimously) to go for their off-campus, graduation lunch, and ordered their food in Spanish, loved it all, and had so much fun. I fed the whole class and another educator (13 people—11 of them teenagers/ known for eating a lot, also a couple of vegetarians and gluten intolerant that found menu items they loved too) for around $270 (this amount includes a 20% tip). Dine in or take out, I highly recommend La Tiendita.”
