I had the best torta I’ve ever tasted, the bread was perfectly fresh and soft, and every bite was bursting with flavor. It’s hard to find something this authentic back home in Valdosta. I also tried their aguas frescas, and they were incredibly refreshing and flavorful. My 10-year-old daughter ordered tacos and surprised me by eating four! She said they were the best tacos she’s ever had.This place is absolutely worth the drive. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend for anyone craving true Mexican flavors!”

“Deep Brewing Co. is a fun place to grab a meal and a drink, with a lively atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and enjoy yourself. We visited twice during our stay, and while the experiences varied a bit, there was still plenty to like.
The standout menu item for us was the cheeseburger. It was absolutely delicious and one of the best things we ate. If you're visiting for the first time, it's an easy recommendation. The gyro was also very good and packed with flavor.
The beer selection was another highlight. The Belgian Tripel was outstanding, offering plenty of character without being overpowering, and the Hazy IPA was equally enjoyable. If you're a craft beer fan, Deep Brewing Co. has some excellent options on tap.
We also tried the Roast Beast sandwich, which unfortunately was much saltier than we expected. While the quality of the ingredients seemed good, the seasoning overwhelmed the rest of the flavors.
One thing we noticed over the course of two visits was that consistency seemed to be a challenge. On our first visit, the espresso martini was exceptional with a rich coffee flavor and the perfect kick. When we ordered it again on our second visit, it wasn't nearly as bold or memorable. The same theme carried over to some of the food, where certain dishes really impressed while others fell a little short.
Overall, Deep Brewing Co. has a lot going for it. The atmosphere is energetic, the beer is excellent, and when the kitchen and bar are firing on all cylinders, the food and drinks are outstanding. With a little more consistency in execution, this could easily become one of the area's top dining and brewery destinations. We'd gladly return, especially for the cheeseburger and another Belgian Tripel.”

I do not mean heat so much as I do flavor from spices and seasonings although there was a little zip and scotch bonnet flavor. Most pieces were tender but one in particular was a chew-fest and I think it all could have used a little bit more time. Cabbage mix was cooked spot on of well past raw but nowhere near mushy and was very good with some vinegar. Rice and peas flavor was very good on its own but ate a little dry and I'd like them less seasoned but with more curry goat sauce texture wise. Beef n chicken patties were good, with nice scotch bonnet flavor but a little underfilled and pasty inside and I wonder what brand they use. I will definitely eat here again but will probably find someone to split my food with. Some people complained about prices of main dishes but I think the price for the curry goat was spot on for the quality and quantity of food. I do wish that half portions for maybe 2/3 the price were available, as I really did not need anywhere near that large of a portion and I think people would be more willing to try some of the main dishes.”

Visited on a Friday, got a decaf drip...tasty....nicely allowed a refill for free (like at Starbucks). However, came back the next day. Ordered a ham-egg croissant and a drip decaf. Was given an Americano decaf (like the day before, since they don't make decaf drip) and charged for it, not for drip as the day before. No apologies. Plus their payment processor added an automatic 2 dollar tip which should not be set to tip at 20 percent by default. The ham-egg-cheese croissant was flattened and not very good. Plus if you want half and half you have to ask a barista, like its a big deal. All in all my opinion dropped. It's a Starbucks knockoff chain local to Florida with ice cream (at the one I went to) but not always as good or generous as Starbucks. This felt slightly less generic than most Starbucks due to the fancier rustic/industrial decor, but it's also small inside so tends to feel cramped.”
