“The Barcus brothers not only sell the juiciest, meatliest, most flavorful ribs ever, but they also do it at an unbelievable price -- I just spent $7 and got more ribs than I can eat. Try E & J's BBQ on S. Monroe (that's Edwin's place), but don't miss Bryan's brisket here at Long Bones..“

“First let me say how much we appreciate Tamra Tatum at Southern Smoke of Tallahassee. Hands down professional 10 on all cylinders. We were in a bind after the hurricane and needed a Caterer for our event 10 days away. Tamra was the calm in the storm. She worked to get our quote within 24 hours, meeting our timeline and budget.
On the morning of the event Tamra accommodated our guests with special dietary restrictions. Baby that salmon was on POINT!!! All of the food was amazing from the Smoked Chicken to Mac & Cheese, Fried Okra the greens all phenomenal.
Southern Smoke served our guests patiently with smiles and extra care. The food and service made our formal event even better!!! Please if you haven't already, try them out! You will not regret it!!! Watch out Tallahassee! Southern Smoke is here to stay!“
