“This is such a great place, and I’m not the only one who thinks so, as the folks in Tampa have voted it Best Pub in Tampa in both 2024 and 2025. Independently owned by a wonderful human, George, for 10 years The Blind Goat has it all. Great beer selection, tasty food, a fantastic selection of spirits, delicious cocktails, two dart boards, a mini stage for events, a great back room, a great outdoor/patio space, amd more TVs than you can shake a stick at. “Our favorite bar. However the red head lady with the curly hair has a serious attitude problem. Throwing menus on the table, rolling her eyes at us, went up to the bar to my boyfriend and rolled her eyes at him. I understand life can be difficult, but it costs $0 to be nice.“

“I have been to the Anchor Bar three or four times with my friends for lunch. Jeona has always been our server and she is attentive and polite. Refills, no problem. She is the only one serving and she has always managed to keep track of everyone. The food is good--the servings are substantial. The French Fries are the best! Although our group doesn't drink, I would suggest it for lunch whether you have a drink or not.“

“Best bar in all of Tampa. Bartenders and staff treat you like family. The food is unlike any other regular bar food. Yes it’s bar food, but it’s bar food with a palate. The chef here always goes above and beyond on their dishes. You also have to try their weekly specials 🤤 10/10 great place for a quick date, or to come hangout with friends, any day of the week 🤙🏽“

“Outstanding decor and excellent location on the water. Wonderful food with modest prices. The presentation was everything and the flavors exciting. Won't name names, but the server was average. My friend frequents this restaurant and said the service wasn't the usual. Must have been an off day for her.“

“A little recommendation….while attending the concert last night (8/10/23) at Mid-Florida Amphitheater we stayed at the Embassy Suites in Brandon. We are Hilton people so staying at their family of hotels is always our first choice. But I have to tell you, this Embassy Suites takes customer service to the next level. From Matthew who checked us in, to Gina the bartender, to Mike and Millie who made our breakfast, to Chad the General Manager, they did not miss one opportunity to make sure we were completely satisfied. A bonus was that the hotel was a $12 Uber ride to the Amphitheater. If you can swing it, stay here when your attend your next concert.“

“I was so impressed by Todd, your front desk associate. He was always very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He addressed each and every issue/question I had immediately and was always receptive, attentive, and very courteous. He even remembered my name after just one time talking to him. I usually don't write reviews, but I was so impressed by his customer service skills that I had to make a review. No days exceptional customer service is hard to find if not non-existent. Please let Todd know that it didn't go unnoticed and it was greatly appreciated.“

“No working phone number. “Call Blocker” service wont let calls through due to malfunction. No posting of when the band starts either so we are unsure how early to arrive. Leaves customers unsure and lacking confidence. Food was good and atmosphere was great last time we went.“

“This has been our home for Giants football for going on 10 years now great place the best staff in Tampa by far. “Visited here with my family. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, enjoyed eating all foods. We ordered half dozen oysters, calamari, chef's steak, and seafood risotto. Oysters were huge and juicy! Overall, thought their seafoods were solid and good quality. My fav was the steak. If you are visiting Tampa, recommend checking out this place and take a walk around the restaurant with beautiful river view!“

“My first time going to Brickhouse And wow, what an experience! Sabrina was my waitress and she was phenomenal! She came at the right time, asked the right questions and had a very warm bubbly personality. It’s amazing to still see awesome customer service. Thank you so much, Sabrina! “I came in for a quick lunch since I was in the area. I had the BBQ wings and garlic wings. Sooo good! I had a couple drinks and the bartender Rosie I believe was her name was so sweet and funny! I told her to surprise me with a drink since I didn’t know what I wanted and man was it good!!! I’ll be back even if I’m not on that side of town!“
