“I have been to the Anchor Bar three or four times with my friends for lunch. Jeona has always been our server and she is attentive and polite. Refills, no problem. She is the only one serving and she has always managed to keep track of everyone. The food is good--the servings are substantial. The French Fries are the best! Although our group doesn't drink, I would suggest it for lunch whether you have a drink or not.“

“Great ambiance and very accommodating. We brought our dog with us, and they were able to sit us outside. Even though it was incredibly windy, they were ready with drinks and napkins. The seafood was fresh and out waiter was wonderful. Highly recommend“

“A little recommendation….while attending the concert last night (8/10/23) at Mid-Florida Amphitheater we stayed at the Embassy Suites in Brandon. We are Hilton people so staying at their family of hotels is always our first choice. But I have to tell you, this Embassy Suites takes customer service to the next level. From Matthew who checked us in, to Gina the bartender, to Mike and Millie who made our breakfast, to Chad the General Manager, they did not miss one opportunity to make sure we were completely satisfied. A bonus was that the hotel was a $12 Uber ride to the Amphitheater. If you can swing it, stay here when your attend your next concert.“

“I was so impressed by Todd, your front desk associate. He was always very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He addressed each and every issue/question I had immediately and was always receptive, attentive, and very courteous. He even remembered my name after just one time talking to him. I usually don't write reviews, but I was so impressed by his customer service skills that I had to make a review. No days exceptional customer service is hard to find if not non-existent. Please let Todd know that it didn't go unnoticed and it was greatly appreciated.“

“I came in for a quick lunch since I was in the area. I had the BBQ wings and garlic wings. Sooo good! I had a couple drinks and the bartender Rosie I believe was her name was so sweet and funny! I told her to surprise me with a drink since I didn’t know what I wanted and man was it good!!! I’ll be back even if I’m not on that side of town!“

“I love Brick House Tavern locations. The food is consistently good, the staff is friendly, the best game is always on at the bar and the drinks are worth the money. We visited this particular location during a cold storm and management refused to close the patio windows. I do love fresh air, but not when it is 45° off the coast of Florida. When we asked them to close them to keep the heat in they said no. My food got cold quickly. Sat at the bar with a few others and they were cold as well. I mainly felt bad for the bartenders who had to continuously grab cold drinks; They were freezing. I never got a clear answer why they would not close the patio windows, but the fact that I was not the only one who asked ruined this atmosphere for me.“

“We had two meals here, a proper dine-in dinner and breakfast to go. The food was adequate and tasty enough for a Hyatt restaurant near the airport. This is quite a large Hyatt with two towers so the place was pretty busy but not overwhelmed. There were no long waits. The service crew was friendly and appropriate but nothing over the top in terms of warmth and affability... if that's a word even.. they kept my debit card too which I didn't discover until we were long gone; only mildly inconvenient with today's technology.“

“Everything was spectacular, I would recommend seasoning the meats with some marinade to make it more palatable because there was only a very small amount of salt on the meats but the cooking, the service and the atmosphere were excellent. I wish you much success.??“

Ive been 3 times and never had a server great my table in less than 13 minutes despite making eye contact and saying hi. Takes forever to get anything - so dont go hungry or expecting prompt attention in the restaurant.“
