“The food is always hot and fresh. You can tell it is prepared after ordering. Not too salty, like some of their competitors. In the process of losing almost 100 lbs, PDQ is my fast food go to. The grilled chicken tenders are seasoned just right. They are filling. I switch out the fries and get the broccoli. All very low in Weight Watchers points. I love their unsweetened green tea. No matter which PDQ I visit, the staff is always polite, courteous and helpful. Sometimes they make suggestions that actually saves me money. I appreciate that.“

I like hot sauce on my chicken because I like the flavor. This place is a chain restaurant from Guatemala and incorporate the flavor into the batter, but no heat, it is wonderful. The chicken is juicy. The wife had roasted breast which was tender and cooked perfectly. Their Cole slaw is perfect and a delight. The Cheros were very good too, nice and warm. “Tried this place out a few months ago and forgot to put my review. This is the cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever been to. Placed and online order for pickup. Greeted by the manager as soon as I walked in. Extremely nice guy. Decided to order a specialty drink while I waited and it was really good just a bit pricey. The food is really affordable and I enjoyed everything. The macaroni and cheese is very close to KFC's so nothing special but tasty enough. The tenders were very good and everything was made fresh. “I recently tried Krispy Krunchy Chicken and honestly, I was surprised by how good it was. The chicken was super crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with a nice Cajun-style seasoning that gives it a little extra flavor compared to regular fried chicken.

The sides were also really good — especially the biscuits, which were soft and slightly sweet, and the fries were fresh and well-seasoned. The portions are generous for the price, so it’s definitely a good value.

It’s not a fancy place since it’s usually inside gas stations or small stores, but the food quality makes up for it. Service was quick, and everything tasted fresh.

“Someone needs to make Chris the manager asap! No offense to the current manager. Actually I take that back.. the manager there was zero help during the phone conversation i had with Chris when I accidentally called the wrong location (by the way google needs to fix numbers to certain locations because I just hit dial valrico chick-fil-a & it called the Bloomingdale). There was some confusion because when the first woman who answered the phone didn’t clarify it was the Bloomingdale location. I explained I had just came through the drive thru, what I ordered and how I paid. Unfortunately she was unable to find my receipt and since I had ran home to drop off the hot food I did get to my older kids I didn’t have the receipt on me. When I returned back I parked in the parking lot because I still had my younger kid with me and my dog and that’s when Chris hopped onto the phone to try and help. At first I expressed I understood it wasn’t Chris fault but the more I became frustrated that they couldn’t find my receipt especially because the woman who answered asked if I drove a black SUV and I did so I assumed I definitely had the right location and she had remembered who I was. Eventually Chris apologized that they were not able to give me the kids meal even though Chris stated he believed me and could hear my child getting upset in the background which is when I got more upset and started to raise my voice because I couldn’t understand if the woman that answered asked if I was in the black suv she must of remembered me coming there, they were saying they believed I didn’t get my meal, they could hear my child upset over it then why couldn’t they just give me the kids meal without the receipt. I mean it’s a freaking kids meal just give the crying child the dang kids meal at this point.. you claimed you believed me and I wasn’t lying I really did purchase a kids meal I never received. Let me clarify that I didn’t realize when I drove away I didn’t have the kids meal because I received two bags, one with the number 3 with lg fries and a spicy filet so I figured the other bags was the kids meal but it was just the kale salad so when I got home and opened the bags, I saw they never gave me the kids meal. After 10 mins of Chris trying to come to a solution, he finally asked if I was calling the right location and that’s when we understood I wasn’t! Chris stayed extremely calm and respectful even when I started to become very emotional over the fact they wouldn’t just give the kid his meal that I had just paid for 10 mins prior with cash! Chris also expressed that people call his location often expressing they didn’t receive food not realizing they are calling the wrong location which I believe is because google has the wrong numbers associated with the wrong locations! Anyway, Thank you Chris for all your help and I hope for Chick-fil-a praises you for all your hard work, understanding and the fact you stay calm under pressure! It was a pleasure to speak with you and I know one day you will be an amazing manager if that’s where your future brings you!“

“What an experience! It was our 18th wedding anniversary and we decided on GrillSmith. I had been craving a great ribeye and I was very much looking forward to a great meal. We arrived with our two children and waited a moment or two at the host stand. We were greeted by a server named Kaylyn. She saw us waiting and immediately offered to help. She was very friendly and courteous and we asked for her to be our server. We were quickly seated and the experience just got better as the night went on. The bartender, Juan, brought our bottle of wine to the able and served it. He was a great pleasure to speak with. We all had steaks that were cooked perfectly. My ribeye was exactly what I had been craving! Charred on the outside and a perfect medium rare center. Kaylyn (I hope I'm spelling that correctly) was absolutely spectacular! She exceeded our needs and expectations and will be our requested server moving forward. When we asked to speak with the manager to share our experience, Allison came to the table. She too was very kind and we were all too happy to tell her how much we enjoyed everything and appreciated the hospitality. “I really didn't have a restroom that was usable kind of a close knit store but I really liked it and the owner was there and he was really nice and willing to help me decide whatever I wanted told me what was good and fresh and so I got two pieces of chicken a biscuit and some mashed potatoes and gravy and let me say the mashed potatoes and gravy were 10 out of 10“
