“By far the best Dunkin donuts in the area. The kindest employees as well as the most attentive manager. We've been coming here for years, we will not go to another one in the area. If there's ever a problem, they work hard to correct it.“

“Dunkin is best in my book, but being a Dunkin spoiled brat and not wanting to be disappointed I try to get my large iced hot or cold brews when I know it is fresh. The corp stores are much better than the self owned stores that don't follow quality guidelines and use day old coffee sometimes. Money being their priority not like corp owned stores that have really high standards and the best good coffee. One time in the store on Okeechobee next to The PB Library the owner was there and I tried to speak to him to ask a question about the hours and he about took my head off. Really scary! Another good store is Okeechobee and 441. Also all up North FL i95 there is Dunkin. I get a large and drink half today half tomorrow because it stays so well in the fridge and is just that delic!“

“My daughter and i have been coming to this location proudly for almost 7 years, Its our everyday, morning stop. The morning crew has become family. Wished everyone else felt gentle when dealing with public workers. Thank you everyone, we love you!

“I usually go to this Dunkin very early morning around 6:30am on my way to work and every time I pull up to the drive through I feel like I get exceptionally service. The one guy that usually takes my order is always very patient and professional so I appreciate it! I usually always get the s’more’s cold brew and they always make it taste just right and look very presentable. I’m giving a 5/5 because I went yesterday and got a little early access to their pumpkin flavored munchkins which really made my morning! ? “

“I do love their blueberry iced tea, but if you don't ask for sugar, you won't get it. I am happy to report that she made me a new tea rather than sweetening mine which I greatly appreciated.

Dietary restrictions: They have a lot of options, sugar free, lactose free, veggie, etc.

Parking: The location is a little awkward for the drive through there is rarely space for all the cars they end up blocking the entrance.“

“The food is what you'd expect from Dunkin, nothing crazy but the speed of service and the people working there do a fantastic job, it my favorite place to stop when I need a pick-me-up on the way to work. Their croissant sandwich is a great breakfast btw.“

“The best Dunkin by far out of the many I visit throughout Palm Beach County. The staff there get to know your order, and customer service (unlike some, ok, most, of the other branches) is outstanding! They have fresh doughnuts throughout the whole day, and I've never had an issue with the bathroom there, despite multiple other negative reviews, toilet paper always stocked, soap always stocked, paper towels always stocked (which I much prefer to hand dryers). I'll actually drive out of my way and take a detour just to be able to go to this branch!“

“Customer service is horrible...most of the cashier's seem to hate their job. I purchased a ice coffee and the milk had a spoiled taste so when I went in to ask for a refund I was told that there was no manager in to do a refund and was offered another coffee and wouldn't you guess they made another coffee with the same spoiled milk I will never come back to this location Australia and 45th st...not to mention when you walk in they look you in your face and still make you wait a few minutes before they even ask may I help you...“

“I ordered Dunkin in the BP Gas Station through the mobile app by accident. I called the Dunkin in the BP Gas Station because I wouldn't be there for an hour. The Service Representative Shameka reassured me that it was not a problem and that she will make my order when I come in. She has a great customer service voice on the phone and even better in person. Fantastic employee!She is very welcoming and wholesome person. We sat and had our drinks/donuts in the dining room which was kept well.“

“I attend several Dunkin' Donuts locations and I have to say that though Location here at Military Trail just north of Forest Hill the customer service I received from Mumtaz above and beyond reproach she was very polite and very helpful if I could choose I would come to this location specifically and only thank YOU MUMTAZ!!!“

“For a change a Dunkin' that is clean! Imagine, the employees knew what they are doing and most of all they were accommodating and pleasant! We met some very nice Sheriffs on a break who didn't mind us asking them curious questions about law enforcement and their experiences. It was a fun early evening with 3 COPS, sipping on a good coffee while having a lively discussion about the state of the world! That's what Dunkin' should be all about!“

“Drive thru is always very busy in the AM's. There is a weird opening in the drive thru that has a "do not enter" sign, but people still use it to cut the line which increases the stress and wait time. Inside, the experience is much better. The staff is friendly and competent.“

“I think this place is service a solid five out of five really for being accurate with orders and having friendly staff.The location itself is located inside the gas station, and long lines can form when going in. They don’t have any drive-through service available here.The staff are extremely friendly and quickly get orders placed. I was surprised that our order consisting of three different people’s items was perfectly made with no issues.Lastly, the food did not have any freezer burnt taste. This is really nice as several other Dunkin experiences have had offputting tastes at other locations around the US.“

“I got off from work and went inside to get a snack and drink I ordered my drink online and went inside to see what I wanted to drink while I was waiting on my second order a older man came in and waited at the counter where online pick ups where a young black girl came over with mediums twist I never got her name but she handled the situation excellently he was complaining because he had to pay first not when he leaves and said he's never been to a dunkin like that and I'm from another state everywhere I've been you pay first he was just trying to cause problems the young lady handle the situation extremely well❤️ hope she had a good day“

The Boston Cream had just the right amount of filling, and the glaze on the other was perfectly sweet.

“I love when a place takes pride in the cleanliness of their bathroom. there was a sign posted in the bathroom saying that they take pride in the cleanliness of the bathroom and that if they were not sparkling clean to please let management know. They were very clean, way to go DD! I'm impressed. I also love that they play Way FM.“
