“The staff helped us surprise my daughter in the best of ways for her birthday. Her sister came in from out of town and hid out of sight until the birthday girl’s food came. They let the surprise sister wear an apron and they came over as a group so the she was hidden. Then the sister stepped out with the food and surprised the birthday sister. It was fabulous!! They were so kind and helpful. It was perfect. Food is always excellent too.“

“Decided to celebrate our 21st wedding anniversary at Eddie V‘s. Everyone was friendly and chef prepared a special complementary tuna app for us, it was delightful. We started with cocktails and oysters Rockafeller, Candy ordered the salmon with a bourbon glaze over carrots that was very flavorful. I chose the 10 ounce fillet that was cooked perfect, although I wish I'd added an accompanying sauce, and a side of au gratin potatoes hit the spot. We kept the evening off with the bananas, fosters flambé table side, the perfect end to a perfect evening. And I didn't even talk about the specialty cocktails and extensive wine list. Can't wait to return....“

“Coconuts has consistently been my "Go-To" spot when guests are in town or a special occasion comes up. From the Drink Menu & Appetizers to Deserts and everything in between; they have always been spot on! Valet makes parking easy in the busy beach area, taking away the hassle of having to find a spot. The staff is always kind and courteous- I especially appreciate the mindfulness when I mention my food allergies. I'm confident I can order anything off the menu and not have to worry about an accidental contamination and reaction. If you go- don't leave without ordering the Scoobies and a slice of Key Lime pie!“

“My husband did great choosing this place for my birthday dinner last week! My friends had the Mahi Mahi, husband had the grouper, and I had the fish special with orzo/crab fritters. For dessert we had key lime pie and the icky sticky. The octopus appetizer was great also. I had a guava punch cocktail. All around an enjoyable experience!“

“The food was very good! I had the risotto with beef tenderloin, and it was delicious—rich, flavorful, and satisfying. However, I'm giving four stars because the portion of risotto was quite large compared to the amount of beef tenderloin. A bit more balance between the two would have made it perfect.“

“I was visiting from NJ and looking for the perfect Florida beach vibe. It was a Monday afternoon so I wasn’t expecting much When I walked In the Aruba Beach Cafe just in time for the 4pm Happy Hour and saw the Salty Pirates Duo on stage, I had to stay to check it out. The food was incredible, as was the really friendly waitress. The Salty Pirates were awesome and a lot of fun. Looking forward to returning next time I’m in the area!“

I had a great experience at Hook Seafood & Wings thanks to Daniel, the cashier. From the moment I walked in, he was respectful, fast, and professional. He greeted everyone with a positive attitude, stayed focused even when it got busy, and made sure every customer was taken care of quickly and accurately.

What stood out the most was how patient and clear he was when explaining the menu or answering questions—he never made anyone feel rushed or ignored. You can tell he takes his job seriously and wants people to leave happy.

Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. Shout out to Daniel for holding it down and keeping the vibe solid!“

“These guys are THE BEST. Not only is the food just as amazing as it’s always been (I’ve been a semi-regular for nearly 25 years), but the staff and management are top notch. Recently my best friend passed and his brother knew he loved Catfish Dewey’s, so he wanted to have a dinner there with local friends, neighbors, and colleagues. I went in and spoke to Joe, the manager. He assured they’d make it happen and they did so, flawlessly and with great attention to detail. They managed a party of nearly 48 people in addition to their regular clientele, even bringing in extra staff to help with the event. These folks went out of their way to make sure this special event went flawlessly and it did. The waitresses, whose names I cannot remember (I told you I wouldn’t…sorry! Ha!) were amazing. Food runners, on point. Bartenders, outstanding. Management, excellent. There’s a lot of love and care in this establishment and it should be celebrated. There’s not enough of that these days. Support local businesses who care, especially those with GREAT food AND great people like Catfish Deweys.“

“Reservation was for 7:30pm and when we arrived we were immediately seated. Restaurant seemed bright for dinner service. 30-45mins into dinner they dimmed the dinning room. Drinks were ok but not to the level for this establishment. We ordered crab cakes and oysters Rockefeller. Oysters were great. Crab cakes were a little underwhelming. We went with the 50oz waygu tomahawk, medium rare, truffle mashed potatoes, corn pudding, cream spinach. The steak was amazing and almost fell apart in your mouth. Truffle Mashed Potatoes and corn were great but cream spinach was not and we did not finish it. I have to say that the service level was top of line and a highlight of dinner. All in all just a good dinner but not great especially for a Michelin Nod restaurant and the price point. There are better steak houses in Ft Lauderdale.“

“We loved our food with great service! The mussels in a garlic marinara sauce were the best but more bread to dip would have been appreciated. I had Broiled Scrod with garlic roasted green beans topped with roasted red peppers. Others had broiled scallops, shrimp scampi, fish and chips. The fish dishes were delicious and being from Eastern Canada on the seashore, we were more than delighted to have had such great seafood in South Florida! Kudos to the Chefs and Kitchen Staff!! “Anthony’s is simply great! They were able to accommodate us with a last-minute dinner reservation, and as always, the experience did not disappoint. The food was fantastic, and the service was top-notch—Diana in particular was amazing! The staff is consistently attentive and friendly every time we visit. Tonight, we started with the Calamari, Caesar, and house salads. For our mains, we had the Mussels in red sauce, Eggplant Parmigiana (do yourself a favor and ask for it with the Bolognese sauce—absolutely worth it! Thank me later!), and the Mussels & Clams in champagne sauce. We wrapped up with a perfectly done Crème Brûlée for dessert. The drinks are strong, tasty, and always hit the spot. Every dish was delicious, and not a single complaint from anyone in our group—which is rare! We’re already looking forward to returning soon.“
