“I take my client out to eat twice a month and we have went to different restaurants in Acworth and she wanted some barbecue so a neighbor of mines had told me that they had a good barbecue pork sandwich but she didn't like the barbecue pulled pork,pork in the ribs was too fatty and the macaroni cheese was dry and didn't have no taste to it, only thing that was good was the fried okra and the roll ,and the Sprite at the machine it was nasty. she didn't like the coleslaw cuz it had pieces of the core all in it, so she took about four bites out of her pulled pork in a olive baked beans sell for a teaspoon of it but she said she didn't want to come back we should have asked for a refund but she said it was okay she just won't come back“

“I’m giving a 5 because normally it is a five however I got what I normally get which is half slab and 2 sides and it wasn’t hot at all not sure what happened the last time I visited I even followed 2 people that walked out and paid for thier meal because of my belief in how good this food is I always promote them on my tik tok page so when I placed my order the lady said hey ur the TIK TOK BOY yea she said BOY this was the moment I decided I won’t come back haven’t been called boy since I was a boy but I’ve always gotten great service and hot food maybe they was having a bad day and learn how to address men as men NOT BOYS“

“Very busy night. Long wait but nice evening dinner with best friends. The waiter was adequate but not outstanding. Food was pretty good and we had big variety. Wife enjoyed 1/2 rack ribs and parmesan chicken breast. I had the salmon and grilled shrimp. Friends had ribs. Both cooked correct to order. Brussel sprouts were disappointing. Not crisp at all and more of a tangy flavor. They are considered a "signature" item with up charge so I wouldn't do that again. Strawberry pecan salad is excellent.“

“Last week stopped by Big Shanty Smokehouse in Kennesaw, Georgia. I’ve been going here for years and always has been one of my favorite places in Georgia. Paul Holden of Willingham's World Champion BBQ recently took over as the new owner in August and excited to see what he continues to bring. He’s top notch pitmaster in the competition world but also has been in the restaurant business as well. I got the brisket which was amazing and also some of their signature Turkey ribs (Friday Special) and of course some Brunswick stew and Mac & Cheese. Everything was very good and will be back soon. “I went to City BBQ ( Woodstock) for the first time on Veterans Day. Being a vegetarian I thought I would pick up my Veteran’s Day meal minus the sandwich. But, Stephanie was so kind, she chatted with her manager and was able to swap the sandwich for a side. She thank me for my service with true sincerity. I had no idea the sides were so good!! I came back again today and Stephanie greeted me with the same kindness and sincere friendliness I experienced on Veteran’s Day. I watched her show the same kindness to others. Her energy truly changes the atmosphere, and her willingness to go the extra mile for a Military Veteran and vegetarian completely changed my view of City BBQ!“

“Really disappointing. We used to go here when it was owned by Sam and Dave. That was a long time ago. Recent visits convinced us not to go any more. Both pork and beef dishes were primarily fat, and the potato salad was dry with weird texture around the edges. And don't get me started on the lack of cleanliness. Sitting at a booth, the wooden walls were filthy--really disgusting. No, I don't own or work at or know anyone who has a competing bbq place. Just can no longer recommend this one.“

“I love Rodney’s, the grilled catfish is so yummy. I was so sad when I hurd that they had closed the doors, I was shocked because the people of New Hope loved Rodney’s. My family had been there too many times too count, order their banana pudding for birthday’s and holidays. I had ordered food for the East Paulding football coaches and food for the team. I have never had nothing bad too eat at Rodney’s, so if you haven’t ever been go. The breakfast is awesome, and then lunch after church or Friday nights. “It's a food truck. It's hard to find good fried fish in Cobb. I ordered the fried whiting with sides of collards and rice n beans. The fish was fried and seasoned perfectly, not salty at all. The rice and beans were the best I ever had. I wonder if they sell a pint size of the rice and beans. The collards were good, too. I loved the food, a good value for the money. I will definitely stop by the next time I'm in that part of town.“

“Got the special tonight (6 boneless wings, side and drink). I got a side salad for my side and was charged .25 for the dressing for my salad. REALLY??? I asked a worker why I was charged for my salad dressing and she said the salad didn’t come with dressing. REALLY??? Had this exact same meal last Wednesday and wasn’t charged for the dressing. A quarter isn’t going to make me or break me, but the asinine reason as to why really pissed me off.“

He genuinely cares about his customers and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. The food came out fast and temps were in the "Goldilocks Zone." In other words, perfect! The salads were fresh and the soups were AMAZING!! I did have a margarita and it was deee-lish!! I have to give a KUDOS to our server Matt. He was the GOAT. “Newyork strip.... was wonderful. The Texas Tonion was a little of a let down, feels like they have changed the batter. Let me explain it like this, It looked, and the texture of it was like it had been frozen. It tasted fine. Just the presentation was off.
Oh and I think they have gone a lil overboard with the "parmesan crusted" everything. Lol“

“Staff were very efficient, clean environment. One of my favorite items on the menu has changed the pork chops are now boneless pork chops I don't like that as well as the chicken tenders are very small. I love Longhorn, but I'm not happy with the changes on the menu.“
