“I love this place and go here often. The food is wonderful and fresh. My only complaint is they never get my order correct… never!!! I’m either missing something or they get it completely wrong. I mainly order the snack combo, with extra slaw and US tea. Today they forgot my slaw, once I told them I had to wait 5 more mins to get it and my US tea was sweet tea. Very frustrating.“

“I've been there so many times now that Ronnie knows what I want when I walk in. I need to try other menu items but the ribs and chicken are so good that I can't leave there without them. This is the type of place you would drive by and ignore but look at all the cars parked outside, they're there for a reason. I've seen Ronnie pull ribs right off the smoker and bring them inside to serve. You can go to the chain restaurants in Albany but this place has the best tasting barbecue in town.“

“The five star review is for Albany GA. I wish our Zaxby's in Columbus GA was good. The Zaxby's in Albany, GA food was very good. The food was hot and seasoned perfectly. I love the chicken fajita quesadillas. Columbus, GA Zaxby's is not good. Schomburg Rd location was terrible. The food tasted like day old food and I ordered around 11 am. The Zaxby's at Kitten Lake is hit or miss. So, I haven't visited Zaxby's lately and probably won't unless I'm in Albany, GA.“

“It's okay this time.two week's ago I had to leave because they didn't have anyone to cook crispy chicken ? so I left and went across the street to churches chicken ? and I don't really eat churches chicken but we had to that day ? and my mom was upset thank you for no service that day. You're greeted at the drive thru menu, the ease of placing your order was as smooth as a baby's face, the employee that takes your payment and hands out your food is very polite, and the food is both hot and correct. Today, I ordered the half chizza combo- and I LOVE it!!! I will be ordering from this KFC again!
