From the moment Xel approached me, her energy, kindness, professionalism, and enthusiasm immediately stood out. She appeared to genuinely enjoy her work and, more importantly, made me feel that providing an excellent experience for each customer was personally important to her.

Having experienced customer service in high-end retail establishments such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and Chanel, I recognize when someone possesses the ability to make a customer feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated. “Peace be upon this location. Just came from a pilgrimage in Ethiopia and was craving ChickFila. So happy i came to this location in Lenox Mall because Avery was so friendly and welcoming even while with another customer yet being attentive to that said customer. His team that evening were also on point especially because it was closing yet he still executed great service. It definitely doesn’t feel like it’s in a mall. Thank you Avery!“

Parking: It's also a gas stationWe have to wait in line outside for a pump it takes at least 20 min here, frustrating.“

They have the best drive thru system in all of fast food currently and even a long wait doesn't seem so long when your order is taken in seconds of your arrival and is ready when you get to the window. 60 cars in 6 minutes. Anywhere else you could have 4 cars in the drive thru and it could take 30 minutes to give your order another 20 minutes to get to the window to pay and some places will still ask you to pull down or park so that they can bring the order to the car. Chick-fil-A has the best system going and it is being done properly at every location from MLK WESTEND, NORTHSIDE DR, FORREST PARK, CONYERS, COVINGTON, DULUTH, AND LAWRENCEVILLE.“

“I would definitely recommend this store. I ordered food from them, and the delivery girl dropped it off in my apartment lobby. Unfortunately, someone stole my order. I messaged the delivery girl about what happened, and instead of just offering a refund, she actually came all the way back to my apartment to resolve the issue because I wanted my food, not the money back. She returned with a fresh order and made sure I received it. Truly appreciate the amazing customer service and kindness!“

“Very disappointed in the service I've received lately. Last week didn't receive my extra chicken strips. Last night, there was a hole in the bottom of my milkshake and it's spilled all in my car. And then today I wasn't given my waffle fries. I try to call and I get a busy signal.“

“I've never ever had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A until today. I ordered two of the grilled chicken sandwiches and the rolls were awful. Stale and they literally fell apart when we tried to pick them up. I returned them to the store and. I have to admit, the manager, Dexter, did a spectacular job of correcting the situation. I told him I didn't want another sandwich, just some grilled nuggets and chicken strips. Not only did he exchange the sandwiches for the new items, but he gave us the larger size of both AND gave us a refund. Now that's customer service!“
