To complement the chicken, we also got coleslaw as a side.

The service was prompt, and we received our order in no time. The chicken was simply incredible. The spice blend was perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of heat. The skin was crispy and golden brown, while the meat inside was juicy, fresh, and tender. It was one of the best fried chicken dishes I’ve ever had in recent memory.

Every bite was a delightful combination of the spicy, crispy skin and the juicy, tender meat. The flavor was well-rounded, and I never felt any spice overpowering the taste. The medium spice level was just right for me, not too spicy or too mild.

“I never review airport spots but this was some of the best Chick-fil-A I’ve ever had. You could tell the tomatoes and lettuce were crisp and fresh, probably because it’s such a popular spot with high turnover. Solid layover meal. Also don’t be deterred by the line, they move pretty fast“

So happy i came to this location in Lenox Mall because Avery was so friendly and welcoming even while with another customer yet being attentive to that said customer. His team that evening were also on point especially because it was closing yet he still executed great service. It definitely doesn’t feel like it’s in a mall. Thank you Avery!“

They have the best drive thru system in all of fast food currently and even a long wait doesn't seem so long when your order is taken in seconds of your arrival and is ready when you get to the window. 60 cars in 6 minutes. Anywhere else you could have 4 cars in the drive thru and it could take 30 minutes to give your order another 20 minutes to get to the window to pay and some places will still ask you to pull down or park so that they can bring the order to the car. Chick-fil-A has the best system going and it is being done properly at every location from MLK WESTEND, NORTHSIDE DR, FORREST PARK, CONYERS, COVINGTON, DULUTH, AND LAWRENCEVILLE.“

“I would definitely recommend this store. I ordered food from them, and the delivery girl dropped it off in my apartment lobby. Unfortunately, someone stole my order. I messaged the delivery girl about what happened, and instead of just offering a refund, she actually came all the way back to my apartment to resolve the issue because I wanted my food, not the money back. “I've never ever had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A until today. I ordered two of the grilled chicken sandwiches and the rolls were awful. Stale and they literally fell apart when we tried to pick them up. I returned them to the store and. I have to admit, the manager, Dexter, did a spectacular job of correcting the situation. I told him I didn't want another sandwich, just some grilled nuggets and chicken strips. Not only did he exchange the sandwiches for the new items, but he gave us the larger size of both AND gave us a refund. Now that's customer service!“
