We’re no strangers to good food—we’re certified foodies—and this meal easily cracked the top 10 meals of our lives. We started with the pimento cheese and gnocchi to share, and both were downright insane in the best way. Creamy, rich, balanced—like Southern comfort and fine dining had a baby. For entrées, we ordered the shrimp & grits and the Campanella with beef ragout… and then proceeded to eat off each other’s plates all night because we genuinely couldn’t decide which one we liked better. The shrimp & grits were smoky, buttery perfection, and the ragout was slow-cooked, soul-warming magic. Dessert? Blueberry cobbler and chocolate bread pudding. We were already full, but we pushed through like champions. Both were ridiculously good—the kind of good that makes you consider licking the plate. And major shoutout to Bree, our server—she was absolutely wonderful. Friendly, attentive, and spot-on with every recommendation. She made the experience even better. “I just stumbled upon these guys the other night as I was searching for food delivery on Google. I was a little skeptical to try them because I had never heard of them before but to make a long story short, I'm glad I did. I will definitely be ordering from Food Shuttle again in the future because they have Ted's Montana Grill on their menu and that's one of my favorite restaurants. I am giving them 4 stars just because I think they could use more restaurants on their site but overall, I would say they are a very solid service and I would recommend them.“

“So my first impression of this WNB was on the misunderstanding side, after I placed a call in order and went to pick it up. However, it was corrected after a few minutes of respectful communication and understanding on both sides. Thanks to the young lady behind the counter for letting me know why the guy was a bit standoffish at first with making the correction needed. I can't stress this enough that all customer's aren't the same regardless of race, color, religion, gender or appearances, there are a few bad apples but there are some very good ones too.
All combos ordered were very hot and cooked to everyones liking, except the crust on the boneless wings were cooked a bit to hard so I didn't enjoy them, also the presentation wasn't good after I asked for the fries to be removed, other than that everything else was fine.“

Hannah is an ah-mazing waitress and even though we don’t come often, remembers us and our drinks. Great food and true hometown feeling. Wish we lived closer!“

From the moment I contacted the restaurant, everyone was incredibly kind and very professional. The staff informed me of everything that happened, took responsibility for the situation even though they did not have to, laughed with me at the insanity of it all, and the manager on duty went above and beyond to make sure mine and my boyfriend’s night ended on a high note. The reuben was packed high with meat, so many French fries that you can't finish them, and very tasty hand breaded chicken tenders! I would have loved to try a dessert but I couldn't begin to finish my main meal.“

“We are regulars who come here all the time. Our experience has always been great, but lately it hasn’t been all that great. The manager is rude, she’s this lady who has blonde hair with a weird volume. A couple of times, we have witnessed her yelling at her employees and being rude to customers. She seems pretty obnoxious and unprofessional at her job. One time, we went to go pick up our order, and the door was locked. A kind employee let us in, and we heard her yelling at him and asking why he opened the door. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened. She always locks the door when there are still customers going in and out of the restaurant. That’s very unethical. Everything seems rushed because of the manager. The hostesses are kind, the food rocks. But somebody needs to replace this woman with somebody who is more professional.“
