“I don’t usually do these kind of things but it really is something I need to say. So I go to the drive thru today 2/20/25 at 1:30ish and i pull to the order screen and let them know I have a mobile order. I then proceed to pull around to pick up my order and I see 2 girls standing out outside. So I pull on up to get my food and I’m confused. Why do you have 2 people standing outside right before you pull-up to get food? Normally they are standing out where the heaters and fans are to take your order. It’s 31 degrees outside and these girls are standing out there under nothing. I think it’s absolutely ridiculous they are having them do that. If you want them outside at least put them under the heaters!“

“IF U GO TO ARBYS IN BREMEN GA PLS PLS PLS CHECK UR FOOD I HAVE 2 BROKEN LEGS & 2 BROKEN ANKLES AND MY WIFE WENT TO ARBYS TO GET ME SOMETHING TO EAT AND SHE TOLD THEN THAT SHE WANTED THE MEAL LARGE GOT TO THE WINDOW PAID FOR THE FOOD GOT THE FOOD AND GOT HOME I HAVE A LARGE DRINK A LARGE CURLY FRY BOX WITH A MEDIUM AMOUNT OF CURLY FRY’S I CALLED THE 5 TIMES BACK TO BACK WITH NO ANSWER AND ALSO I HAD A DR APPOINTMENT THE OTHER DAY AND WE STOPED BY THERE AND ORDERED MY FOOD LARGE WITH A LARGE CURLY FRY AND GOT TO THE AND THEY GAVE A A MEDEM DRINK AND A MEDIUM CRINKLE FRY WHEN I ORDERED A LARGE CURLY FRY AND WHEN WE WENT BACK THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH THE GIRL AT THE WINDOW GAVE AN ATTITUDE AND SAID WELL U SAID MEDIUM AT THE SPEAKER WHEN IT WAS ME MY WIFE AND MY MOM IN THE CAR AND THAT GIRL CALLED ALL 3 OF US LIERS SO IF UR IN THE AREA DO NOT EAT THERE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BC THEY WILL RIP U OFF MY CHARGING U FOR A LARGE AND GIVE U A MEDIUM IM CALLING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU BC I KNOW CORPORATE IS NOT GONNA DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT………….“

“Driving from Atlanta Trussville. AL (Birmingham suburb) on I-20 we stoped by this Jacks to order a large Diet Coke and large fries at the drive though. (I had a mild snack attack.). The fries were excellent - hot and just the right level of crispness.

Vegetarian options: French fries are vegetables, aren’t they?,

“Ordered inside, waited 15 mins for Bailey to take our order from the warming area after it was made. The place was really slow, so there wasn't any reason to take so long. The only reason we finally got our order was the manager walked in and told her to do it. Will not be going back there again. Two burgers cost 20 dollars plus they were cold .“

“at the time of my visit this was one of the cleanest well-organized and courteous staffed Wendy's I've been in in a while. I made it a point to let the manager know. she also was very cheerful. June 23rd 2019 p.m. And yes the food was just as good. the drive-thru was busy or backed up, you get a stubborn customer from time to time, I went in and service was very fast and correct. when passing through I will stop again.“

The young man that took our order was very nice and efficient (I believe he was in training, but did a really great job). He went the extra step and helped me get our trays to the table.“

“Papa John's customer service is outstanding! I called in my order. When I arrived, for some reason, they couldn't find my pizza. They apologized profusely, refunded my money, replaced my pizza AND threw in a brownie. Although it wasn't necessary, it was very much appreciated. Thank you for the awesome service!!!“

“I got a couple of sandwiches and a salad today. My sandwich was made perfectly and the salad bowl was full! I have been yo the other location up the road and they don't put any care into preparing their food but this place is Awesome! Keep up the good work!“
